  I have been extremely lucky to have had ******** as my Byrna customer service rep. *** empathy, kindness and attention to detail are a TRUE assest to the Byrna team. I sincerely thank both Byrna, for being EXTREMELY gracious by replacing my target tent TWICE AND ESPECIALLY ********! This ***** lady is a true customer service professional that ANY company would love to have DOZENS of. You have a GREAT employee in this young lady. I pray she receives the recognition and compensation that she most definitely deserves.   I'm sorry my response is not as fast as Byrna customer servicer *** ******* I called & spoke with ****** & requested an e-mail copy of the instruction manual for my LE . That young lady is faster than a speeding bullet. She said as soon as we were done she would e-mail the manual. WE hung up & my request was on my computer.Every *** such as ******, cares, knows their job, & wants to make sure are happy & satisfied. Thank you Byrna, ****** & all the Service ***s I have had the pleasure of dealing with. *****

  I had a wonderful experience today, speaking with a young lady by the name of ******. She was not only very informative, but she was also very, very helpful with all of my questions and request. She answered every question very professionally and in a timely manner. I really appreciate the professionalism And the attention that she gave to detail on handling my order. Im sure most of the people that work for you do a very nice job but just wanted you all to know that in my opinion, she did an exceptional job. This is my first time purchase and I can tell you I will be buying more product from you in the near future. Thank you again for all your help as it is much appreciated. I also also want to mention that part of the other reason Im purchasing this product is because of the backing of ***** ****.   After visiting the Byrna website over and over, I decided to actually call the company. ***** helped guide me through the process of ordering all that I need to get started. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. Looking forward to getting my BLE in the mail soon!!!!

  I'm happy with my Byrna pistol SD. It satisfies my wife's concern about having a pistol firearm in the house and I don't have to deal with California's firearm regulatory requirements. Its has a good sturdy feel to it and operates as advertised. Id recommend it if you want some level of protection in your home and whereabouts.

  Love the product and the service when I called. I've bought 3 Byrna's now. 2 x SDs (one for wife, one for Dad) and one LE. I have a CCW, but I like having the Byrna for when I'm out on walks with the dogs in MD which has a retreat requirement in public places, so using lethal force can be fraught with legal problems. My wife is not a "gun" fan, but she likes the Byrna SD, was surprised by how lite it was, and shooting it is not a traumatic as the .357.My Father, lives in **, a once great state with PRO self-defense and gun laws.... but that is no more. He can't carry, concealed or otherwise, and at his age, he could be taken advantage of or attacked by dogs or coyotes when he is walking his little dog. As he gets older, carrying and shooting his current handguns presents problems for him (legal and physical). The Byrna is lighter than his full frames, doesn't have the same recoil impact, and can be used to repel dogs or coyotes (both 4 and 2 legged). Great products and great alternatives. I'll be leaving specific product reviews as I take my wife and father through their training with the Byrna's and how they respond to complexities and actual use of the launchers compared to other handguns they've used.

  Great company. Bought two LE pistols and love them. Use them to get rid of wildlife in my yard. Easy to use, works fantastic. Also talked to ****** at support via website. She answered all my questions, was extremely knowledgeable and very personable and professional

  Great purchase. They can be used for practice and to also fend off assailants without deadly consequences. In the crazy world we now live in, we need to protect ourselves from predators as well as from lawsuits from some legal problems, if you are aware of what's been happening to property owners needing to keep safe from many dangers that didn't seem to happen before. Thanks to Byrna for making great products to protect ourselves and our property.

  Back Ordered! They dont tell you this before they charge your card. Purchased 18 days ago and it still has not even shipped. Wish I had not ordered. **************** is nonexistent.

  I have located your order and it has been shipped. In order to be as transparent as possible and notify customers of the current shipping timeline, Byrna does have a very large, bright orange banner at the top of the launcher product pages stating that orders are shipping around 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. To further clarify that the items will not ship immediately, the button that is used to add the items to the cart is labelled "Backorder Now." 
  
  I do see that you reached out last week after hours for an order update and **************** responded early the next morning when we were open and let you know that orders containing launchers would ship from our warehouse approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase and that some orders may take slightly longer.
  
  I also see you sent a second email this week and our **************** team responded very quickly letting you know that your order was being packed and that tracking information would be sent shortly.
