I decided to go for credit counseling before I went too far down the slippery slope into debt. As someone who burys their head in the sand when I become overwhelmed, this service was exactly what I needed. After we went over my debt and expenses, we created a budget. When everything was all laid out in black and white, I was able to confront my financial situation from an informed position. After I made the initial inquiry, the agents were extremely helpful and professional. The first agent I spoke to, Asia was a delight! She was kind, helpful, friendly and made the intake enjoyable! I dont recall the second agent I spoke to s name and, although was clearly reading from a script, this did not bother me as she maintained and professional and helpful demeanor. The 3rd agent was ***. He wrapped up the intake with me and was generous with his knowledge, answered my questions and alieved my concerns by offering clear and consise explanations. My head is no longer buried in the sand and I and looking towards a bright future! I am a widowed mother to a 17 year old daughter who is getting ready for college. I am a small business owner, and a home owner. I highly recommend ACCC, *** without reservation.American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc.
