    I bought a Braava at Amazon after 2 months the Braava jet would not dry mop I called customer service and they told me to return the Braava and they would send another one. Something is wrong here the replacement has the same problem wont dry mop only wet mops. After another hour on the telephone the ,customer support told me to return the first one and they will send a brand new one with a new charging station and they would send a new one after I send them an email that I returned it. I did that and they didnt acknowledge the return. I need to return the replacement and I need a new label for return. They are ignoring my messages. I will give them couple of work days and if they dont respond I will write a letter to the company. I checked Amazon and I passed the return date of 30 day return. This unfair, irobot service said that cant refund the Braava because I purchased it from Amazon. What kind of business is this? I will check Amazon again too

    This is my second iRobot and they both act up! I do not want to call their customer service because it takes forever to get someone! Even though I purchased an extended warranty that doe not help to obtain service! Terrible company!

    Bought a s9 and Braava combo in March 2021. The Braava stopped working after a year. I called tech support and was advised to buy another one because they wouldn't fix it because it was out of warranty. They offered a $50 credit, which is nothing for how much these machines cost. Now the s9 vacuum is not working properly. Contacted tech support again and was told to send it in for repairs at a cost to me of $125. So I paid over $1,000 for two machines that don't work and one that I had to trash. My old 980 I bought 5 years ago is still going strong. Seems like the newer machines are not made with the same quality, care or support. I won't be buying any new irobot vacuums any time soon.

    If I could give less than one star I would. We have went through three Roombas, all the same product. The first one had some sort of a technical error and completely shut down within a month of us getting it. We tried everything to get it to work. Finally, the company sent us a new one. The second one had the exact same problem about three months after we got it. The company sent us a third one. The third one has not had that same issue, but works terrible. This was an issue with all three, but this third one really takes the cake. It randomly gets stuck on things that have never moved, it detects things that arent there, and completely skewed the map of our house multiple times, it runs into walls and cant figure out how to go around them, even though the wall has been in the same place that it has been in the past two years that we have been in this house when it does work, it doesnt **** up anything. I have replaced the filter, the brushes, everything. It never takes the same path and there are areas of the house it has never hit. Lately, it gets stuck while trying to dock. It just sits there and its wheels spin. It cant figure out how to get the last 2 inches to dock itself completely. If we didnt spend so much money on this thing, I would throw it off the back deck. Literal garbage. Biggest waste of money ever. Its always something. We will never buy another iRobot product. Ever.

    Absolutely awful, awful, awful customer service. I bought a J7. All I need it to do is pick up floating dog hair on my hardwood floors. The dog hair gets stuck literally on the inside of roller tube instead of getting sucked up into the dust bin. It says the roller need to be cleared every 2 minutes. Then it started giving me that same error when I had literally just cleaned it out and put it on the floor. It also gets stuck frequently which means I have to follow it around to put it in the right direction. I might as well vacuum myself. **************** completely gave me the run-around. If you expect to return the item, that would be a false hope. They are sending me a J7+ to replace the J7 when I actually don't want this product at all. 2nd, the J7+ has a huge self emptying dustbin on top of it, which is an eye sore. The J7 at least is on the floor and somewhat out of eye range. If I wanted a J7+ I would have ordered one. They also can't give me an answer if the extended warranty I bought for the J7 will apply to the J7+ that they are sending me. If it doesn't, I will consider pursuing legal assistance.

    Horrible experience. I have been waiting almost two months for assistance fixing my Roomba to no avail. DONT BUY A ROOMBA - CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST WORST WORST!!!

    I have a j7 and a braava jet. The j7 is marginal at best. Skips places and double runs others. The braava wont dock, it wont complete a map of my home, it just smears the floors. It skips large areas and double mops others. It does not learn well at ********** of money. ****** gets a survey before you can set up your machine, explains the positive reviews.

    Roomba I3 given to us at Christmas . Purchased at Target in nov 2022. One roller split into 3 even pieces. Called cs and got a customer agent in *********. Provided gift receipt from Target that said we could return the whole unit to target until March the first. The agent said I needed the actual receipt, again I explained it is a gift. It shows I can still return it until March 1st so its not more than 90 days old.. All I need is the roller, a **** part. After an hour I gave up. I am taking the entire unit back to Target. Poorest customer service. Bad language barrier, crappy parts no supervisor to talk to either.

    My j7 quit working about a month after I got it. After sending pics to customer service, I was told that a replacement would be sent to me in 7 to 10 days. After waiting over two weeks, I called back and the order was never completed. I was then told that a replacement would be expedited in 2 to 3 days. After six days I called back, and nothing had been done, and now they are saying it will be at least five more days. I really have my doubts about that. They will not let me talk to a supervisor and really dont act like they want to help. Very poor company.

    I purchased a irobot s9+ and m6 in June 2020. It started having issues 3 months later. After multiple back and forth with CS a replacement device was sent end of March 2021. This replacement device has worked until a few months ago now iRobot isnt honor the 2 year extended warranty they promised when the replace device was sent out. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Not worth the $1k for the device.
