Justin and his crew did a fine job on my roof even when fighting mother nature. They had to quit the first day due to heavy rain and came back on Monday and finished the job. Excellent job and they cleaned up the area very good. I will seek Window World for my next project.**** *******Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Had windows installed today 08/26/24 by Ryan and his crew. The installation went extremely well and was completed in a timely manner. Ryan even rehung my bllinds. Thank you for a job well, and very professionally done. Would highly recommend Window World of W. MA. and would utilize them again if necessary.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Ryan and the entire crew were fantastic professionals. They were not 9th in time, they took the time to walk me through what they would do; kept me updated with what was going on; addressed the small things that needed attention and left our house and yard in immaculate condition. They had a great attention to the details of installing 10 windows in an old home, while taking great care to make sure the trim and sills were not damaged. We love our new windows and can’t wait to order the next 15 for the rest of the house.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

We called Window World of Western MA to get an estimate to replace two 25 year old skylights and the roof over our three season porch. Yesterday a team of 8 or more replaced the old roof and installed remote controlled skylights. I noticed how smoothly they worked as a well oiled machine, appearing to really enjoy working together and completed the job in one day. They moved some furniture on the deck and in the porch before starting work. The whole area was cleaned well, including the rain gutters. We highly recommend the team at Window World for your roofing and window replacement. They are professional, skilled and worked very well as a team. Justin and his crew did a wonderful job on our roof. They came on time, kept debris to a minimum and talked us through every step. We even added a roof vent for our bathroom, removing a side vent that never worked properly. They incorporated it into their work without hesitation. At the end, again walked us through what was done and ensured we were informed and happy with the result. Their focus on us as the customer was refreshing and much appreciated.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.
