Justin and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. They removed our old roof and installed a new roof in 90 degree heat, all in one day! The crew were all experienced, professional, and hard working. The new roof looks so good.

We needed to wait months for a custom made storm door but it certainly was worth the wait. Beautiful construction and modern features beyond our expectations. The installers were the best!!! Courteous and professional. Walked us thorough all the features and details. Such wonderful guys with great skills. This is the 2nd time we have had WW upgrade our windows. The first time was 3 windows and this time was the remaining 10 windows. The 3 man crew did an excellent job. They worked quickly and the quality was outstanding.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

They were wonderful! **** and two other gentlemen came and they were extremely polite all three of them and got right to work. They were very careful with the door and my woodwork. Had a roof put on very poor respect for my property not one flower or **** did not have some part broken damage to the siding and at least 2screens threw trash from roofing material on the lawn dead spots everywhere have pictures to show the trash on the lawn in the sun which intensify the heat to kill the lawn will never hire this company for any work again best part was a owner showed up would be at my home next day all day never showed up and then trying to replace the screen that they repaired could not and then broke the window clip poor excuses and not one worker apologized for the mistake!Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

My parents go roof, new windows and siding done for their home and window world exceeded our expectations of what things were going to look like. Everyone that worked on that house was soo welcoming and courteous. Always in a good mood and they were very respectful. They were punctual everyday and even though they worked in the house during the hottest week in June, they never complained nor did i ever see any of them get angry or frustrated. Jordan and his team were awesome!!! Along with nick who also went by a few times to check on things. Extremely satisfied with everything they did and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! Upon a recommendation from a friend who used Window World we called and made an appointment for a new front door quote. After 5 other quotes from companies we saw during the Home Show-Window World came and made me wish they were our first. Many wasted hours with other companies are hours of my life I will never get back! Very professional and didn’t waste our time or give us lies about non standard door size that we received from another company. One salesman even came to our door smoking a cigarette and felt it was fine since he lived nearby?!! He was late and Rude! Our door was installed perfectly. Jeremy was excellent and Brian (project manager) even stopped by during the install to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Extremely pleased with the results and hopefully we will be repeat customers next year when we replace our windows.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

I recently had a very large beautiful bay window installed by Window World of Western MA. The installers: Ryan, Joe, and Brennan were very professional from the get go. Arrived on time. While two of the installers were setting up, Ryan came in measured again and gave me a complete explanation of exactly what was going to happen during the old window removal and then the new window installation. Answered my questions without any hesitation. Cleaned as they went throughout the process. Took me both inside and outside to show me and explain to me what was being done and why. A credit to Window World of Western MA, these guys got the job done! I will use Window World of Western MA again. I've already recommended them to my family members in this area. Some of my neighbors have already commented on how nice, clean, and bright this window is.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.
