  From quoting to install, Window World communicated professionally and effectively. I had two exterior doors replaced by ****** and his partner yesterday and they worked diligently to complete the install, cleaned up after install, and reviewed the door hardware operation. I'm completely satisfied and would use Window World for future projects.

  Jeremy and his co-worker were gr8! They executed an excellent job! Very very happy with their work. They were tidy, considerate, detail oriented and thought outside the box as they worked thru the job! Excellent! Highly recommend WindowWorld and these 2 gentlemen who came out to do the job..

  Window World came with a very large crew to replace all the windows in my home. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Honestly I was super surprised and impressed with how quickly they worked and that they kept this pace until the very end. The leadership (Ariel, Bryan, and Cody) introduced themselves to me right away and continually checked in with me throughout the day. I very much appreciated the cloths and plastic they put down all over the house to protect my floors and I also love that they vacuumed every area after they were done. The windows look fantastic and I love that they were so good about replacing the siding. I have been very impressed and happy with this company and service and would very much recommend them to everyone.

  I purchased 29 windows from Window World. I shopped three other vendors and came to the conclusion that Window Workd was offering the best deal for quality windows. The windows were installed by a very efficient crew in four hours and twenty minutes. The crew was staffed by very friendly and professional workers, who did an excellent job. Every window was a perfect installation. I was also impressed with the clean- up process, which left my house in good order. I received a full demo relative to the window features and a supervisor stopped by after the installation was complete to see if I had any questions or concerns about the windows or the installation. I also received a call the following day to inquire if I had any issues or questions regarding the windows. The whole process from purchase to installation, to the follow- up exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Window World to everyone who is contemplating the purchase of new windows.

  I hired Window World of Western Massachusetts for a new roof install and they blew me away. They were able to start the project one day early and were able to complete the project within the three days we all expected. They threw in plenty of unexpected extras, yet charged not one penny over estimate. Justin and his crew were a pleasure to work with. These guys actually ENJOY working with each other. The entire time they were here, there was always smiles, some laughter and a boat load of competence. Clean up during and after the job was also outstanding. Not one single nail or other dog-unfriendly item left behind. We had 40 MPH wind gusts during this roof install yet crew members were seen literally running after debris before the wind took it away. WW of WMass is coming back in a few weeks to install a garden window in the kitchen and I look forward to their return. If I ever need any of the products and/or services that they offer, I will certainly call them first.

  We are very happy with the windows, doors and insulation installation that happened over the past 2 months. Ariel and the window crew and Shady and the siding crew were the best. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating throughout the entire process. The workmanship was superb and we are so happy the upgrade to the house.
