      My credit report contains a false SANTANDER discrepancy that needs to be removed. I sent them letters demonstrating errors on my credit report, and I have receipt numbers **** **** **** **** **** 54. I wrote them a letter on 08/18/2023, but I never heard back, and this account is harming my credit rating. If they don't reply, I'll launch a lawsuit.

      I paid off my balance through a Chase issued check (I refinanced my home to pay off my bills and ***** preprinted the check with an overpayment of $1,046.29) which was applied on 8/11/23 to my Santander account. On 8/12/23 I phoned Santander Bank asking the overage be mailed to me. I was told a check would be mailed in 10 business days. On 8/22/23 I contacted Santander again that I had not received a check - they issued me a reference number - ******* - that they were reviewing my request. On 9/11/23 I phoned Santander again that I still have not received my check. They said it was probably lost in the mail and would re-issue another check and it would be mailed 4 to 7 business days. Another Inquiry #******* was given to me on this phone call. On 9/18/23 I contacted Santander Bank again that I still havent received my check. I demanded to speak to a supervisor - whose name was ********. She informed me that a stop payment has to be made on the first check and the bank had until 9/19/23 as a deadline - then they would reissue another check, and that I had to wait another 10 days for mailing. To date I have not received my refund of $1,046.29 I feel I have been given the run around and they have no plans to give me my money! Please help me.

      I had a Santander car loan a couple years ago that ended up getting defaulted. This was at the same time the Santander class action lawsuit took place which I was included in and received a $200 check in the mail for it. The lawsuit claimed that Santander is required legally to forgive all loans covered in the lawsuit, which mine is. Yet despite this they have sent my loan to credit collections in the amount of $5,121 which is false and needs to be removed immediately.

      I have a current auto loan through ***************** They are refusing to accept principal only payments towards the loan. This action violates the terms of the loan contract that states no penalties for paying off the loan early. The monthly statement even says I need to call **************** to have my principal payments applied as such. When calling **************** Im told no payments can be applied to principal only and every payment is subject to interest. **************** has in fact charged me interest on every payment including payments for principal only. **************** needs to honor the terms of their contracts and payment options and apply any payments for principal only to the principal payment without a penalty of an interest payment.

      My stepson notified his mother that he had received a debit card for an overpayment made in my car...he was the co-signer. I never received the card. I contacted the company twice now. First time they said they would cancel the first card and issue another one. Today they have no clue what is going on.

      I bought a car from a dealership and Santander Bank didnt get the title for the car and Im not able to put a tag or pay taxes leaving me unable to drive the vehicle. *** contacted Santander Bank continuously about the situation and was told that the dealership had up until a year to submit the title which was not true they had 45 days according to the **** I have asked to be released from the loan since Im unable to use the vehicle and was told no. I need help getting out of this situation because its causing me problems with trying to buy a car that has a title and can be registered.

      I wrote two checks against my checking account. On Sept 12 they did not show as posted to my account. On the morning of Sept 13 they show as paid even though they put my account negative. I was also charged two insufficient funds fees, one for each check. I had already received a wire into my account that day (Sept 13) which covered most of the amount needed, but I was short the full amount. I quickly wired additional funds and deposited additional funds to more than cover both checks. I also called the branch to discuss the two checks with them and to notify them that I had deposited more than enough funds to cover both those checks. The bank representative reassured me that the checks were showing as paid, and the would not be reversed since I had more than enough funds to cover the checks. Throughout the day on Sept 13 each time I checked the account the funds were clear and available. On the morning of Sept 14 I checked the account and CONTRARY to what the bank representative had said, and CONTRARY to the funds that were available in the account, the bank had reversed the two paid checks, and returned them unpaid. There was zero transparency about what was happening in the account. And there was no reason for the checks to be returned, when there was sufficient funds.

      I had a number of fraudulent transactions on my bank account number ********** through GrubHub in ********. There remains two amounts $37.02 from 7/3 and $11.98 from 7/3 that have never been credited to my account. It appears that the letter I wrote on 8/14 following up on the issue has been ignored. I do not live in ********. I've never been to ********. I do not know anyone from ********. This is money that was taken from my Social Security check and needs to be returned.
