      Our Liberty Mutual rep stopped communicating with me because I kept on pressing to get payment on a house claim, and claimed added expenses that we incurred. They said they would have been willing to put us ** in a shady hotel in the worst part of town while our house was repaired, but didn't give us a cent worth of help when we holed ** in one bedroom and bath in a corner of our house for five months. We saved them $20-$30 thousand in expenses had we moved out. But nothing to help us stay put. Other insurance companies paid people to stay in their own homes.

      With the reviews that I have read I cant do anything but give 1 star. I canceled my policy ASAP. I can not afford to lose any money. I was with my insurance company for 10+ years. Ill be renewing my policy with them. Sorry liberty mutual your reviews are they worst Ive ever seen.

      They are not trust worth. They will steal from you. Do not give them access to your account! Be warned!On 11/22/22, I was talking to them about purchasing auto and rental insurance. I gave them access to my bank account. Soon after I was disconnected. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to get them back on the phone to no avail. I hot voice mails after voice mails, recommending I call other numbers. When I got people on the phone they will transfer me to a particular number that let you leave a voice mail. I left many. Finally I could get no one any more. I told the computer to cancel my insurance. It said, "Can't do that!" After hearing this several times, I left several messages, saying, "Do not take money from my account until you speak to me". The next day, the took a total of $1,179 from my bank account. I went to work that next day. I came back and called. I got a person and told him to cancel my insurance. He informed me that they already took money from my bank account. I reminded him that I left lots of messages saying not to do that. He said they would refund the following week. I saw no refund. I called they said they would refund on the 7th of December. I demanded an immediate refund. He refused saying that the process already started and they could do nothing about it. Today is the 6th of December. They sent an email saying my account has been credited, but that it would take 7 business days to see the money. This is the process I was told already started on the 23rd of December. They are also super expensive. If they struggle to refund money they took from my account, how will they not struggle to pay claims. Avoid them like a plague. Trust them at your own risk.

      I am very dissatisfied with LIberty Mutual.After several years my auto policy was dropped. After being on the phone for an hour with many different support representatives, none of which could help, it was determined that we were dropped becausewe filed a claim nearly 2 years ago to tow a broken down car one time for a few miles (since sold for a new one), and had two windshields replaced several months ago. Two windshields across the three covered cars that I own, and only two over the course of many years.I live in *******. It's a desert. There are rocks everywhere. There is sand and dirt blowing all the time. Annual windshield replacementsare expected every year. This is what I pay for!I've paid Liberty Mutual nearly $3,200 per year for several years (not even including the homeowners policy payments). No tickets. No accidents. Three, soon to be four drivers. All safe drivers and good grades for the students.One tow for ~$150. Two windshields for $200-$400 each. Several thousand dollars in profit for Liberty, and then I'm dropped with a letter in the mail.Is this how Liberty normally operates??? Dropped after using the service for which I'm paying, and for minor things? Even though Liberty still has nearly a 100% profit margin on my account? Zero ability to disputeor escalate according to the multiple representatives I've spoken to. Several of which even expressed theirdissatisfaction with the company's policies and recommended competitors. Wow! This is a terrible indicator if your own customer representatives don't value your practices!

      ***************NEGATIVE 5 STARS*****************Worst insurance ever. They wouldn't pay out when I went on a vacation trip through 3 states vehicle was broken into in one state then at our destination it was hailed on with moderate all over damage. They refused to pay out because I had put comprehensive insurance added on to liability the day before the trip. I was more concerned about hitting a deer or cow than what happened to my vehicle. Trust me when I say to stay far away from this corrupt company. The worst part was they wanted to interrogate my children, family, and friends when they had nothing to do with the damages. Completely obtuse and unprofessional agents

      Liberty Mutual is the worst insurance company I have ever seen . They have submitted a neg on credit report as if they are or were a creditor to me . No matter how much I dispute their claim they will not remove it !Please spread this and do not use them for insurance when you leave they will will put up lies on your credit report.

      My monthly rate just went from ***** a month to ******. A 41 dollar a month increase. They excuse is that the price of medical increased. They pay the same so it's just a lie. No accidents or tickets and this is what I get. No thanks. Worse insurance company ever

      ***** and seemingly unwilling to pay my claim after a written settlement was issued to me and they accepted 100% responsibility for the damage caused by an accident. (Liberty mutual is not my insurance, the woman who hit me was their insured) Initially they estimated damage of just over $2,000 by Liberty Mutual. Then the body shop looked closer and the damage estimate exceeded $7,000. After determining my car was a total loss, Liberty Mutual required that I sign over the title of my wrecked car and overnight it to them. It is over a week now and I have still not been paid in full. They stopped paying for my rental car so I have no car, No rental, no completed settlement, but they have the signed title. My mistake was signing the title before I had the money. Don't make the same mistake. They also ask me to sign the odometer statement but to leave the reading blank on the document. This is unethical and probably illegal. Beware if you find yourself working with them as you can not trust them to do what they say they will do.

      Be cautious with using liberty mutual with your personal or commercial insurance coverage. I was in an accident nearly 3 years ago. I have dealt with over 50 adjusters throughout claim. Every time we come to an agreement in my claim they change my adjusters and I have to restart. My most recent adjuster even threatened if I will not sign their offer he wouldnt agree to other items they have agreed to. I requested speaking to his supervisor and was told that she didnt want to talk to me nor did she have time to because he was the person in charge of claim. Since I have spoken to his supervisor and was told I needed to deal with him. I have reached out to the office of the president of liberty mutual complaint line multiple times and still no help. Even had one adjuster tell me that COVID was not an issue in America and there were no delays in repairs or additional items and expenses in my claim. *** been lied ignored and even threatened while dealing with this claim. They have ignored my claim and payment reimbursement through this claim just to get closer to cut off date. This is just a tip of the issues I have had throughout claim.

      After filling this review I reached out to liberty mutual multiple times to speak with their presidential team as requested to get this matter handled. I was informed that I would receive a call back ASAP. Still no call back from them or their team.
