POLICY CANCELLED, ATTEMPTED TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE, E-SERVICES DOWN. NOW IM BEING PENALIZED. REP TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY CURRENT AND PAST DUE & A FULL YEARS WORTH. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY & INSANE. I WILL BE SEEKING OTHER INSURANCE PROVIDERS.Liberty Mutual Group

1 starABSOLUTELY WORST Insurance Ive ever dealt with especially being a homeowner. I had a slab leak/pipe burst occur in my home that I have lived in for 10 years; I did what What a honest homeowner is supposed to do call the insurance, elaborate and what not. Restoration team came in and I was told rest assured youre in good hands youre covered your insurance is covering this; They were explaining what items should be stored and I said I did not request items to be put in storage- your insurance sent us youre covered -severe damage took place, my living room floors my dining tile floor the kitchen tile in the laundry room and in my half bathroom had to be removed the bottom surface of the walls and drywall had to be removed my breakfast bar demolished cabinets removed washer, dryer, stove disconnected my first floor became Ground Zero. The adjuster showed no empathy when I had to cancel on her because I had to attend to my grandpa who is 88 and has dementia- huffing and puffing- saying seriously- witnessed by my roommate. The lack of communication, delayed responses, I didnt get response for over a week- even ******************** told me they couldnt get a hold of her for a week her response was ** was gone last week not returning my text messages, or calls, emailed vague rude responses: Its my day off Talk to the insured for payment Thank you policy has been met. Regardless of policy a homeowner has rights!!! ******** told my Contractor regarding reconstruction was talk to the insured and the *** is primary what do you mean the *** is primary??? LIES!!! *** never covers interior damage and up to this day no answer OR response AT ALL. HILLVIEW *** Was no help either they were awful at the responses took weeks for them to get back in fact it took two months for them to reply and come to the conclusion that they wont file a claim. 3MONTHS NOW W/NO KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, DINNING, LIVING ROOM, HALF BATH- Still ground zero. We had a house fire in January of 2019. State Auto was horrible. We lived in a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. They would only let us get a 1.5 bedroom 500 square foot apartment that was rundown while our home was being rebuilt for a family of 5. They quit paying our rent for a year so we were paying rent and a mortgage while our home was being rebuilt. They never reimbursed us for any of our cost of living expenses. They never paid for the rest of the damages to the home we had to come up with some of the money on our own to build our home out of pocket or we would not have been able to build. They never gave us proper value on personal items. These people are scum. So we are taking them to court and our first hearing is on the 4th of October at 9:30am in the First District Court in *** ***** ****** case *****************. It will not let me post any details here or else I would. I will not let them get away with this. I have 80 grand put away for this. We need to not let these people get away with this any longer. 5 starsWe've had State Auto for several years. We used it for the first time today (roadside assistance). They were so incredibly helpful and got us towed within an hour. After waiting hours for our rental car roadside to help us to no avail we were so thankful for them.Review fromMonica D.

We parked at a campground when their customer back a motorhome into my $176.000 one year old rig. I traveled **** miles to the factory the next day. Before I could arrive they sent me a quote from photos I sent. I was completely unaware suspension damage. Shredded a tire and created more damage. Ignored my repeated texts and emails. Finally sent me a text five days later with their policy on supplemental claims. I send new photos of all damage along with the factory quote. I have only spoke to a ***** the day of the accident. I get the Sorry Im out the office replies. No one has call me since that day. I called my insurance company a adjuster came the next day. I sure feel sorry for Safeco/Liberty Mutual customers. This is our home and they are not willing to settle over a couple $1000 dollars resulting in loss time, travel, meals and hotel. Be careful who you purchase insurance from, Service is like buying oats for your horse. If you are satisfied with the oats after they been through the horse they are always cheaper.Liberty Mutual Group

I spoke to ******************* claim #**SSN**-0002 the night of the accident. I send photos of the superficial damage the next. I left ** to bring the unit to the factory and quickly realized the damage to the slide box and wheel alignment and underside was far worst than realize. I send a factory quote along with supplemental photos. I have made numerous attempts by phone, emails and text. I get the box message,I am out of the office. On the 3rd she emails me my $176,000 claim is beyond their limits. I send an estimate for $7,600. I have no idea what she is talking about. I suggested a phone conversation might clear things up. I also ask for travel expenses for a motel, meals and mileage. I told hear a supplemental claims for a carpet and 3 pieces of vinyl tile would be forth coming. I put my unit in the shop on the 3rd for four days to pick up Friday the 7th. While the repair will not be complete our HOME will be sealed up and road worthy and we are needed in ***************. The total claim is $9,0000 for your insured backing into a parked RV in its space correctly would they please reach out to me.Review fromJasmine S

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Worst mistake I could have ever made. They are not flexible at all and refused to work with me after I explained to them that my family was affected by Hurricane ***. Money hungry business that doesnt care about the well fare of their clients.Liberty Mutual Group

**************** is terrible. I asked for a supervisor because the rep wasn't answering my questions due to a language barrier not her fault but I need help. I spoke to a guy named ******** who told me I had "no shame" because I asked to speak to someone who knew English better and then proceeded to hang up on me. Please do not misleading by Liberty Mutual Insurance. I had good services by Liberty five years ago, so slected Safeco because it was from Liberty. When My house was damaged by plumbing leaking, I found it was worst services I had met. Without professional estimators, and sent their venders to play estimator role, provided services with insurance no covered. Please take special care they asked you to sign without services list. Since Safeco insurance charge was a little cheaper, but you would find that the services be worst. Leave away from SafecoLiberty Mutual Group

Our catalytic converter was stolen over 2 months ago. State Auto refused to agree to pay ************. For two weeks they paid rental and storage, then made us take it to another garage (dealership) and now they won't agree to THEIR cost either. You can never reach a live person, and they're slow at responding to voice mails. We have not had our car for almost 3 months now and are getting NO help from State Auto!!!Liberty Mutual Group
