      **** in customer service was very fast, very efficient, and very friendly. Liberty Mutual is very lucky to have such a person. I hope the person who needs to see this review does, because they need more employees like ***. I would hire her myself, if I could. Thank you ***, job well done.

      I'll tell you what I think but you wouldn't care anyway. Liberty Mutual for homeowners insurance is the worst. I had them for 25 years and never put in a claim. My house was damaged in a microburst with large hail and I had 26 thousand in damages. Siding, roof, gutter, garage etc. After the one claim in 25 years they called me a risk. It took one year and many phone calls and many visits from company officials. Finally settled it. Every house in the neighborhood was damaged and their companies settled and I was the last house to get done. They run you in circles. Wouldn't recommend them for anything. My brother had Liberty as well as my parents and we all dropped them.

      Liberty mutual seems to have deceptive business practices. They automatically give you a discount for their right track program regardless of whether you sign up. They tell you when you sign up that your premium will not change yet if you sign up and the discount is less than 10% They increase your premium. This company should not deceive their clients into binding a policy for an amount that is not the true premium. I feel disappointed with this company and deceived by their phony premium. Liberty mutual intruded into my personal life for 3 months only to have them increase my premium.

      Well. No stars is not an option. Claim on our travel trailer is denied because a crack in the frame from the axles making impact with it in a bad construction zone, is "normal wear and tear". Ridiculous. "Denied". Then ghosted me for an entire week with no responses or calls. But after multiple. And I mean. MULTIPLE. Calls. I was able to get a hold of an "expert" who then changed his tone to "well your in between steps, the initial review was denied, then it goes to the appraiser". THEN WHY NOT JUST TELL ME THAT!? instead of just saying denied, and that's it. This company just wants you to give up. But I will not give up. I will camp out at the main office in my broken camper you don't want to cover, until someone has answers if that's what it's going to take. Now I get a response, meh, maybe once a week requesting more pictures of this or that. So every week I get to go out in the rain and roll around in the mud, because the incompetent insurance company can't do their job! It's renewal time, guess who will not be insuring our business, 2 cars, RV, and home anymore!?

      Awful. Just awful. The response was just a reiteration of the prior events. Same lame excuses for denial. Official paperwork giving a totally different reason than described by the manager for the claim being denied. Always asking for more pictures. Or more this and that. Takes weeks to get calls back. Awful customer service. They give you another guys email and he never responded to multiple attempts of contact. We would love to settle this without either party needing to get representation.

      I am a manager at an auto body shop in *********** *************. We had a claim come through the shop and the estimate was terrible. The bumper cover was torn and we told we had to repair it. Not in all the years I have been in this business (25) have I been told to repair a torn bumper. We would have ATTEMPTED the repair, however, the tear was by the stiffener, which is why it tore there in the first place. I wrote a supplement to replace the bumper cover had the part here already and they denied the supplement. The adjusters are the rudest I have EVER had to deal with in my life and trust me I do this all the time. The " adjuster's manager" has no management skills whatsoever and was just as rude as everyone else I had to deal with. I explained the location of said tear and why we felt it necessary to replace. He then proceeds to tell me "fine you can sent the pictures but it's not going to make a difference". So professional of him, I believe he deserves an award! So our shop will no longer be taking claims from Safeco/Liberty Mutual because they expect shoddy workmanship and they are currently paying THE LOWEST labor rate out off all other insurance companies. If you do not want a surprise bill after your repairs I recommend using another insurance carrier. Liberate yourself from Liberty Mutual BEFORE you need to use them. Trust me you will thank me later.

      I am a victim of a car crash, that the driver hit me, I ended up with whiplash, and a dented bumber.Liberty Nutaual claims adjusters and underwriters want to Bully me, and refuse to cover the costs and replacing my bumber with used parts that devalue my car. I don't care if all insurance companies do this. Buyer Beware, I'm not only being disrespected, but this company doesn't put new parts on your car for replacement. This is dishonest and dirty business.How shameful. I was hit by a driver who now ai must use to pay for my car. It's insurance fraud.

      I dont even have safeco, and dealing with them after one of their clients hit me has been thee worse experience by far. The claims rep was probably the rudest person Ive spoken too, speaking down on me, I mean if you cant be bothered then dont insure idiots that negligently hit people. I realize Im going to get a generic response, but seriously if I have been through this much aggravation and I dont even have them I would take my money and run before using them!

      If anyone at Liberty Mutual asks for personal information during a quote while you are shopping around for insurance, do NOT give it to them. ******.******@libertymutual I had all my emails, phone calls, and voice messages saved, ************* stamped stating that I was not going to need a policy through Liberty Mutual and she never returned an email or voice message. They established a policy that I never signed and then drafted almost $200 out of my bank account. I was directed to escalate my problem to a ******************** within Liberty Mutual ******.*******@libertymutual to assist me on getting my money back. Again, no help and no call ever returned. I had to go to my bank to assist me in attaining back the money from an unauthorized debit out of my bank account. This all occurred around 8/24- the end of August 2022. This morning, I woke up with an email from Liberty Mutual Will another bill. Id laugh if this was funny.

      I canceled with Liberty Mutual on 8/10/22, my last Pmt was made 7/21/22. I received a letter today 9/26 from debt collector stating I owe $425 to Liberty. I called ins company & the rude rep said that when monthly Pmt is made it is for the previous month, which makes no sense. She said there was nothing else we could do, but pay it.
