      My workmans comp. adjuster ************************* is the worst. Too many excuses on why she can't do her job on time. Liberty Mutual cares nothing about their clients whatsoever... She's definitely an example of why this company keeps getting bad complaints.

      Absolute worst experience I have ever gone through with a insurance company. After getting a rental car the insurance rep calls me back a week later saying that I dont qualify for a rental even though I cannot drive my vehicle how it is and confirming everything with him before I got the rental. Constantly being told false information and being threatened by the rep that I will be charged if I dont return the vehicle on a certain date even though I told him I wouldnt be able to that day due work and funeral. After asking for the manager to call me she refused to and would only communicate thru email and when I call in the rep would not transfer me to a manager. This is the worst company I have ever seen I hope I never have to deal with them again.

      I believe that they are trying to fraud me out of money that I do not owe. I canceled with them in January of 2022. I received a letter from them saying that I owe them and when I called i was told that it is an bill from October ************************************************************************************************ full and on time. The Letter received is notifying Me that it has been submitted to a collection agency.

      I had Liberty Mutual Insurance for my business. ************************* as the broker. I had a buyer of a home, file a lawsuit against the seller of the home and my insurance. The lawsuit was not a legal lawsuit. We did not work on the home in the lawsuit or the buyer of the home. Liberty mutual was named as insurance for my business. They then cancelled me and non renewable contract. ************************* did nothing to help get insurance back.

      I would rate with zero stars if I could. I would highly not recommend this insurance agency for homeowners insurance. After only a year with them they hiked my insurance almost another ******** from what it originally was. I filed a claim back on July 30th and is still not resolved because I don't have the money to pay the roofing guy to fix my **** and is now causing other damages to my house due to the lack of communication. I've spoken to two different agents on my case with very few responses back or they never pick up their phones, or answer any of their messages, emails, or text messages. I've also talked to a supposed team lead and they did not even answer their phone as well. By then end I'll probably have a new house they will be paying for since no one wants to get back. I get becoming busy but a month later? Come on now, this is ridiculous. My damages are going from ****** to most likely about ****** now because of the wait of this ridiculous company who are clearly incompetent in doing their jobs and following through.

      I have been attempting to cancel a liberty mutual umbrella policy connected to the home I sold in October of 2019. We relocated to **************, at that time. Somehow when all insurances were cancelled the Umbrella policy, which is on top of our homeowners was not cancelled. As the payment was on auto pay, I did not discover what it was for until a year ago when the payment was automatically paid for 2021-2022. After a couple days of calls/on held times of over an hour, I was told I needed to prove that I sold the house. This is public record!!! After sending in closing docs from my attorney I was told more records were needed. I gave up as the premium was paid for a year and there was no refund possible, no way to cancel this policy. THANK GOD I was able to take it off autopay. They owe me over $1000 in premium refunds.BBB- please investigate. I just told *****, the phone rep I finally called

      I am writing you to complain about the failure of associate SW in his communication regarding my salvage side of my claim. I emailed him multiple times trying to get a corrected *** return label mailed to me since August 23rd. He never replied to me. I finally called today and he claims he was contacting me every two days via phone, email, and tect message. The truth is he has only called me twice. He NEVER responded to my emails. And he messaged me through text Aug 18th, Aug 23rd, and today. The message today was to inform me that he sent the updated return address label for the power of attorney. This is the worst most drawn put process for a claim I have ever experienced. It is over a month since the accident and the collision side of the claim is still not handled. I had Geico for many years before switching to Liberty mutual and never had this long drawn out process for the collision side. I am very disappointed in the service I have received.Agent SW lies about his efforts and I can prove he never did anything he claims to have done. There were no communications everyday or every other day. If you look at the electronic trail you will discover that I am telling the truth. I work from home and I have my cell phone (the only phone number I have) beside me all day every day. There is no way he called me every two days!

      BEWARE So on 07 14 2022 a ****************** truck that Liberty Mutual insures backed into my brand new truck with less then **** miles on it. The truck was found to be at fault. I have made numerous phone calls to ************************* the adjuster assigned to the case,his supervisor ***************************** and not one phone call was given back to me! I did receive one email and replied back as I have many questions and no one has responded. I am beyond frustrated and my next step will be contacting the better business bureau and insurance commission. Think twice before getting this insurance. I just need to speak to SOMEONE,

      My vehicle was a total loss after their client caused an accident. The whole process of getting them to take care of it was horrible. They held my payout because the shop refused to release the vehicle because they had bad business in the past and liberty mutual would not take care. Liberty mutual said it had not to do with me and they were working on the payout a week later told me there would be no payout unti the car was released. Held my payout causing me to lose lots of money and I had informed them of that they made me take my time out of my already busy life to do their job. The shop didnt want to hurt me or my life in any way they just wanted liberty mutual to do right by the old car they abandoned in the shop. The shop did release the car after they knew liberty was holding their beef with the shop against me. Getting a hold of anyone at liberty was hard only text or email unless they called me. The have no business calling themselves an insurance company. They treat people badly and Im sure what they did to me is against the law or at least it should be. I couldnt get a loan for a new car due to this after I found a car I still had that loan hanging over my head. They basically stole my lively hood by not doing what insurance companies are there for. I cant imagine why they would want to pay for a rental so long (I dont even want to drive it ) but h*** lets let them pay for it since they cant do the right thing . Its not my fault they abandoned a vehicle months ago at that shop and stopped paying storage. Im not their client so the made me their example

      I wouldn't recommendSAFECO INS. to the devil. These people have done nothing but ripped me off for 6 months. I was in their right track program,ended up with a $320 discount. When it was time to apply the discount they added money to my insurance.I got a lame excuse for it. I did all that good driving and did not receive my discount. I've had several bad encounters with this company. I'm surley in the process of finding another insurance for my car. All they do is LIE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY
