      Safeco is a horrible company to work with. We have been invoicing them for over 8 months on a job that we did, that they are unwilling to pay for. If you are a Contractor, do not work with this company or for any client that has this company. They will not pay and they make any excuse for not doing so. They wonder why Contractors hate insurance so much.. They are a prime example

      I contacted the ******************** Team and the problem was rectified quite quickly. I appreciate the concern and efficiency to make things right. We finally got paid, even though the Claims *** was quite rude and very reluctant. Im sure if he didnt get paid for work done, he would have a different tone.Thank you for resolving this

      I am rescinding my fix to this complaint. I am still in disbelief that the Claims *** on this matter has chose to play games with us a little longer. We have had 3 checks made out to only our company for payment on this project and of course, this check, the one we have been fighting for since MAY of 2024, he made sure to put the owners name on it as well. The owner lives in another state so of course the check was rejected from our bank. Our bank also stated it would not process the check at all due to our client not being on our account. The Claims *** said this was standard practice, which it is not, and tried to argue that we would have to send the check to another State, get the owner to sign it and then hopefully they send it back to us. We have worked with many insurance companies and this has never been an issue. This Claims *** should not be in the insurance business. He is rude, and has told us many times that we dont deserve to be paid for our work. He says he has been professional but he has been anything but that. I had to argue with him longer to explain to him that it doesnt work the way he thinks it does. He was just playing games and trying to waste more of our time. I should charge interest, fees, gas and time for all of this c*** he has put us through. This has been a full time job within itself and I have never seen less professionalism than by this guy and LIMU. I even tried emailing the original Service Team *** that helped issue the check in the first place and he didnt even respond to me. NONE of this is ok. *** ***** should not be working at **** and should definitely not be handling claims. Our Client has yet to have his claim settled over a Year later. This has left such a horrible taste in my mouth with LIMU, who is also our home insurance provider, that we will be changing to another company. Its all a scam and they will do whatever they can to get out of paying anyone, whether you are the client or the contractor. Whether you work with them or have been paying them. Sad how insurance companies think they can treat people this way.

      I truly wish I could give Liberty Mutual a lower rating, Im in the Military and moved from on base to another duty station. I called up to cancel my policy and started a new one, the new one ended up being with Geico thank god! Im literally going on 8 months now of trying to cancel this policy and they keep threatening to send it to collections. I have called close to 20x now, I just sent them what they ASKED for and they still refuse to cancel my policy. Do you treat all Military people this way or is it just me? From here on out I WILL NEVER use them again and I will make sure none of my soldiers EVER use Liberty Mutual. Why is it so hard to cancel a policy youre a 150 billion dollar company and youre worried about canceling my policy?

      Liberty Mutual is the obsoletely the WORST insurance Company I have ever deal with. They are liars and theifs. They attached bogus claims to you account if you initiate a claim without completing once you realized it is cheaper to fix yourself and apply cost to deductible. They raised my policy twice in one year without any explanation except for inflation. That is not good enough for me.They also made it harder for my to switched insurance company because of open claim which doesnt exist. After calling them several times and contacting ***** nexus they were able to remove bogus claim and was able to go with another ************************** they are saying I still owe them money and put me in collections. I honor my name and price myself in maintaining a good credit and here they go trying ruin my name.People be aware read about them. They are absolutely the worst.The biggest mistake I have ever made They cannot be trusted period

      They quoted me homeowners insurance, they took my money then they canceled because there are no railings on my porch. What I found out is railings are required for porches over 30 high. My porch is not. Also there were breakers missing in my breaker box which is a very easy fix. They didnt discuss or give a grace ******* I believe they cant find good people. Ive been in my house over 35 years without a claim, cant they see that? Never again will I spend a ***** on anything from Liberty Mutual b

      if I could give 0 stars for this company I would in a heartbeat. SafeCo/Liberty Mutual is the WORST option for car insurance. I had a wreck in November of this year and ****** said they would fix my car and SENT A CHECK to my body shop mechanic. After 3 weeks of no contact or updates or anything at all, I got a call saying my car was being totaled. I am not 8 thousand dollars in debt on a car I was told was going to be fixed until it became inconvenient for ******.

      Im leaving a 1 star bc I can not leave a lower star review. Ive been with liberty mutual for 4 years and never had a claim. This year I had a piece of equipment catch on fire and was a total loss. They refused to pay the amount that I owed at my bank leaving me owing over $13,000. Shortly after the claim was settled they sent a letter to me dropping me because of unacceptable loss of property. Extremely poor company and would not recommend to anyone ever.

      Terrible company that bought out my Mother's old policy and they did not renew her at the end of the year. **************** i the worst I have ever seen, they will not give you numbers to departments and it takes 24 hours for an email to match with your account. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor at any time one has to call you back within 2 days. Four times they had me take pictures that were discussed specifically to ultimately deny the renewal anyway. My Mom is 83 I can't imagine what they do to older people who have no help. No stars need to be an option.

      We have been with ****** for 7 years. Bundled our home and auto with them. About 6 months ago they drastically increased our auto. No reason. No accidents or ticket history. Like doubled in amount so we switched to State Farm. We left our home owners with safeco cause they had a better rate than State Farm. Now our home owners went from $1800 a year to $4200 a year. No claims. No reason. They claimed they did an audit and sent me a letter to see if we still had a tile roof. We have had them for 7 years and have never had a tile roof. This is ************. No one has tile roofs here. They said this wouldve saved me $700 a month and then there was a 30% increase in area along with not bundling home and auto anymore. Ended up dropping them for home also. Our insurance gal thinks that they are trying to pull out of some states and rather than pulling out they are hiking rates so the insurer will drop them on their own.

      Thanks for the response but we have already switched insurances. We gave ****** the opportunity to fix it and they didnt. Even the guy I spoke to on the phone was shocked at how high of a jump it was. Said its not a normal increase. Im not expecting a resolution. I just wanted others to be aware before they consider you for insurance needs.

      multiple times charging me for late fees and notification fees, I have the house insurance on escrow and every year get this $10 and $6 for notification... on what I get an email a couple of months after the escrow account has paid and $6 for what, I don't even get physical mail... thousands of dollars every year in their pocket and still pay this trick, I have another insurance ready to switch... same goes for my gooseoff agents.

      It I could give this company a ZERO, I would !! This is my far the BIGGEST SCAM of a company who is only hungry for money!!! I have been a customer with them for 13 years , and got into a first incident where a deer hit my car! They suggested a collision repair company saying it will not take more than 3 weeks!! I was able to get a rental( we pay for the extra premium) for up to $30 a day! It has been a month since my car has been in the shop and these crooks will not extend my rental for another 4 days until I get my car back !! Its the only car I rely on to get me from work and to my home! Talked to a supervisor, worthless woman! Spoke to a Presidential person, also another worthless person. They didnt solve my issue and continued to laugh at me for calling the presidential person. After being a loyal customer with a ****************** incident they were NO HELP!! Not to Mention their premiums keep Increasing with any explanation from anyone!!! Run and find someone else !!! They are HUNGRY FOR YOUR MONEY!!

      I did and the representative did not solve the problem and when I asked him if he had a solution he laughed and told me no. So therefore, it was not resolved and my whole family of 7 people will be leaving Liberty Mutual! I work in a school system and I also informed my workers of how this company is a scam and DOES NOT VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS OF 12 years
