****** impacted my credit and sent my account to collections due to their poor backend payment services. I updated my autopay with all my vendors, including ******. However, ******'s autopay did not recognize the new card. I also did not receive an email or paper notification that my payment method was rejected. Before I realized it, my account was in collections. I called my agent and ******, and they confirmed it was a system error. I was also told that they did not wish to have any clients from my state. I have never been in collections, but thanks to ******, I now have a **** on my credit (which has been paid off). I advise to stay away from any plans they offer.Liberty Mutual Group

We have been liberty insurance auto and home products for last 20 plus years for all our insurance need.For the first time in 25 years we filed a claim because of the water leakage in the bathroom which destroyed our bedroom . We also found a would developing behind the wall in the bathroom. We provided all the information required to liberty mutual and filed a claim. The claims keeps delaying the resolution. It is very hard for us to follow up with the claims. Please help and guide us on next steps. We have all the communication correspondence with us.claim number Fwd: Claim# ending 3868 . My experience with Liberty Mutual, particularly with *** *******, has been one of the worst Ive ever had with any company. The process of handling my claim was unnecessarily drawn out, filled with accusations that I had stolen my own car, which was both insulting and baseless. The stress from this ordeal was so severe that it affected my wifes health, adding even more frustration to an already horrible situation. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency throughout this process has left me deeply disappointed. I would not recommend Liberty Mutual to anyone looking for a reliable or supportive insurance provider.Liberty Mutual Group

Couldnt have handled my situation any worse than they did. Unfortunately hit a deer and needed a repair done on my car. It started with them forgetting to tow my car over from the salvage yard to the body shop, I had to make sure it got there myself because the insurance adjuster (Hong ****) and his manager (******* ******) didnt answer for days. After already being multiple days behind they left the plates at the salvage yard and they ended up getting destroyed. Due to having no plates I had to extend my rental car, asked them if an extension was possible because the entire process has been delayed because of their mistakes. The only answer I got was that it was not in my contractual agreement to extend it. So now Im close to $1000 in rental charges and still have a drive-less car. They are unwilling to do anything about the situation and have now started to ignore all calls.Liberty Mutual Group

I was charged a huge increase on my automobile policy for an accident in 2023. It is not listed on my renewal why I got the increase, the date of the accident, accident details, and when the additional premium charge will be removed. Every insurance company I was with would list the specific accident that was a chargeable accident on the renewal with the details and when the increase will be removed. To just increase a premium and not give specific reason why is unacceptable and unprofessional. My renewal police actually states I have a no violations discount. Since there is no information about the increase, it should be removed!Please resolve this ASAP!! Thank you,****** ******Liberty Mutual Group

They are horrible company, I crash my car these days and they sent my car for their dealership but there is not a dealer so I tried to move to another place my Chevy dealer because my car is 2023, I paid attention on their game because they wanna use bad parts used parts in my car, they dont wanna spend money. I hate this company I hate more than everything and I hope they cant work anymore. I paid so expensive for nothing dont use them neverLiberty Mutual Group

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I have a very healthy tree that slightly overhangs the roof of my house, they are demanding it is removed for no good reason or they will cancel my homeowners insurance policy. Absolutely trash company I'd avoid at all cost.Liberty Mutual Group

After being a member of Liberty Mutual for 15 years with Home and then Auto and Life for 11ish . I have cancelled all due to my home premium increasing 95% in one year from $2404 to $4702. I have not had any changes or claims since 2017 (Roof). They told me this is due to inflation and adjustments. I call ********. But, they would not provide more info or details and just gave line this is what computer is telling us. Computers only compute what a human has entered. They said they couldn't do anything other of course than remove coverages and raise deducts higher to drop measly amount ($700, no were near where I even was last year). I believe this to be ill-willed business practice for profits based on losses because they want to customers to leave on their own so they can claim loss. Profits over customers.Liberty Mutual Group
