CCS *********************** 02062-0607 Re: CCS File No. 05 0108 51516-5-L90C90 According to the State of New ****************************** I did not have automobile insurance coverage on the *** truck from the date it was transferred to ********** on April 3, 2024 until July 5, 2024. I paid Liberty Mutual (hereafter referred to as Liberty) approximately $80.00 per month for coverage on said *** truck. Due to Libertys inaptness regarding this matter, I canceled all automobile policies with them on July 11, 2024. Here is a bill to Liberty Mutual for coverage I paid for but did not have under the laws of the state of **********. The amount is approximate due to the fact that my online account was not accessible to me once I canceled the coverage.$ 808 for 10 months = $ ***** per month times 3 months (April- June) = $242.40 - $105.86 (amount of collection notice) = $136.54 (the amount I have overpaid Liberty Mutual)The amount of $136.54 is the amount Liberty Mutual owes **** was a customer of ********************** since 2005 with no late payments. I am appalled with the customer service of *********************************************.Liberty Mutual Group

This is the most horrible and useless insurance company!After 10 years of consistent service with another insurance company, these guys lured me in with an initial fair offer just to raise it like crazy 12 months after!They never sent me my insurance cards or the contract! As a matter of fact they have not even sent an explanation for the renewal and cost increase!While I paid them for the full year last year, out of the blue they send me a bill for 95$ just one month before the end of the contract with no explanation! How on the earth they can bill me again when I paid them full already. To put salt on the injury, they just added another $15 late fee for being a few days late!They do not phone either!If there is no other insurance company in the world, I would not insure anything with them again!!!!!!I wish Old Town Insurance who was my broker had given me better consideration on the quality of the service and not lured me into this trap!Stay away from Safeco insurance!Liberty Mutual Group

This company is the worst! Sorry I left **********. If you have a policy with Safeco/Liberty Mutual, they will find a reason to not pay on your claim. Go through your home and take pictures of everything you own and I mean everything! Shady businessLiberty Mutual Group

Don't call them asking a question or a conversation because they would turn into a claim and now it's hard for me to find homeowners insurance! They have duplicates of claims for me that should have just been a conversation and they won't fix it with ************ Find an insurance company that would educate you, not these clowns ??Liberty Mutual Group

Impossible to get ahold of. Call and all i can talk to is an automated voice that is no help to me. I just wanted to talk to a real person and can't even get that. I am a third party calling on behalf of someone and they can't do anything for me. The first party has to call and do everything themselves. I deal with companies like progressive, state farm, *****, etc. and they are all so much easier and user friendly. I can atleast get through to a real person. Would not recommend this company to anyone for any service.Liberty Mutual Group

I think they deserve less than 1 star. My car was stolen. I had to provide them updates on information when I could get a hold of my claim *** or the supervisor for weeks at a time. Thanks to myself, for diligently looking for my stolen car, it was recovered 30 days later. I had to pay a $410 tow bill out of pocket because 24/7 roadside wouldn't answer. Then I got a hold of the *** 1 time that morning and was advised to pick a shop and let her know so she could authorize it. It took another week and several calls to supervisor to get it done. Then just a few days later, rental car company called and told me they were contacted by insurance saying they wouldn't be extending my rental and I was charged over $100 for 2 days so far. Now we only have 1 vehicle and one of us will be getting fired for not being able to get to work since I can't afford to pay for rental. That's what I pay insurance for.Liberty Mutual Group

I have contacted you about this ongoing problem. Since the last time I contacted you there have been some other issues including having my car towed from dealership that did my estimate without my authorization knowing from our previous conversation less than 12 hrs before that I said no to the salvage price offer I was given for my car and I specifically said I would pick my car up and bring it home the following day. The tow driver from ******* in ************ also has no authorization from me to take my car. I spent an entire day getting my car back in my possession. I have not been reimbursed for towing bill and have a balance left on available funds for rental car that I was told in not entitled to use after 90 days also. I was offered salvage price for my vehicle, among other incidents and nothing has been done to help me and haven't even been contacted by anyone.Liberty Mutual Group

I have endured very rude and uncooperative behavior by your claims **** from the beginning of this claim. The estimate is not correct and I was advised I wasn't getting another. The diagnostics weren't even done by a technician, it was performed by a customer service *** for the dealership. There is incorrect information on it also and 2/3 of the ***air bill is labor and some of it doesn't need ***aired. I also have better car ***lacement and I have been offered low ball salvage price for the value of my car. I owned it for 6 months before it was stolen. It was in excellent condition and ******* . I can provide confirmation from the dealership it was purchased from. The comparison vehicles are not even near me. They are up to 900 miles away and not even the right kind of vehicle. I have been treated horribly, from plain rudeness to physical threats of violence by carport employees when retrieving my car from them. I am a longtime ****** customer, but this year I was forced to look elsewhere, due to a very large premium increase. I have left messages over several days now with my agent indicating that I want to cancel my policy. Finally, I decided to call corporate customer service. There was a very long wait, but they did eventually pick up. The moment I said I wanted to cancel my policy, I was cut off and the number of my agent was automatically dialed. Of course he did not pick up. His office is about ********************************************************************************** person. This is totally unacceptable customer service. This company hasnt done anything to help our home. We recently had a leak in our bathroom and they are saying they dont cover plumbing. When we had a flood in our basement they said they will cover equal the cost to our rug but only covered 1/3Liberty Mutual Group

I purchased business liability coverage for 1 year and prepaid in 2023. 2024 comes around and I prepay for the entire year again. A month later I get a letter saying they performed an automated audit and bumped up my rates, I sent dozens of emails and phone calls attempting to get this retracted as nothing about my business had changed. I have had zero claims ever. They eventually stopped replying entirely, sent me to collections, and fully cancelled my account after 8 months (despite me prepaying for the year). They have refused to work with me on ANY front, and only serve to automatically steal your money. Do not use this worthless insurance group. They do not deserve to have a business.Liberty Mutual Group

I have been waiting for months now to receive my disbursement; from the car accident inwhich I was involved. I was informed by my attorney that it was mailed out...without any tracking information. Here It is in the 3rd month and still nothing. I am completely lost at this point as to way this is being handled in such a unprofessional manner.Liberty Mutual Group
