      We canceled a renters policy in 4/15/2023 and they did not cancel it until 10/27/2024! Took over $200 from us and refused to refund us after taking money directly from our account several months in a row and after canceling it several times every month for a year straight to no end in sight!

      I have hurricane damage in ********. I failed my claim after the storm I'm dealing with the insurance company has been a disaster. There is nothing they wanted to compensate me for except giving me pennies on the dollar. This was all after my deduction. A tree fell on my porch and the quote for repairs was $10,000. They only allowed $2,200 for repairs. Trees destroyed my entire fence and the quote for repairs was $8000. They only paid me $1800. I have a lot of damage and everything was treated the same way. The option I was given was to pay for repairs out of pocket and send it to Liberty Mutual with no guarantee they would reimburse me. Consumers need to be careful in choosing their insurance companies and make sure I have high ratings.

      Trouble! We have had Safeco through liberty mutual for 4 years flat tire today in our Rv tried to contact roadside assistance had dropped calls , trouble customer service. Never could get any help !!!! We were on our own!!! We will be finding another policy!!! I will check reviews first.

      Terrible company. Bait and switch. After one year of coverage they doubled my premium for no reason. Did not notify me by mail, email or phone call. I asked why they doubled my premium. The response I got was it was expensive for them. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service.
      Do not recommend this company.

      Liberty Mutual are not for their customers they are for their pockets. How is it my policy went up almost 800 dollars for the new coverage period. This has to stop why are youll charging for the same mediocre coverage that really benefits you not the consumer. If I had no choice because if I leave try want to penalize you for a lapse in coverage as a way to trap all customers in paying for ********************** without any choice. All these insurance companies need to be held at a standard where they cannot abuse their power and shake down working class people. Very unhappy with how they have treated me and as soon as Im able to get from under neath them I will not give them my business. They want business and continuous loyalty and that is a 2 way street. I wouldnt give them your business.

      Joy ******** was rude and I was the one who their insured hit me and my kids . She was rude and disrespectful her manager never called back and now Im out of money because of things they wouldnt cover

      I have been trying to cancel my policy with liberty mutual for almost 6 months now. I keep getting told that the policy was cancelled but I just received another bill from them for the canceled policy. They are threating to send the bill to collections, but the policy was supposed to be cancelled by our insurance agent back in June!!! Do not do business with this company. They will not help you and give you the run around.

      Not only will this company overbill you and try to cover their mistakes when you catch them. They will also send your account to collections to cover their own failure to keep accurate records. Additionally, run your DMV report on an annual basis, I learned that they reported I had a claim last year, but I didn't. Of course I only found this out because I was shopping around for new insurance. Once I canceled this insurance after 1 month, they sent me a check for $8.00 on my homeowners (which was paid in full VIA escrow) and stated I owed the $85 for my auto, after stating I would be refunded in full. Don't bother trying to reach them, they will refer you to your agent, who doesn't have access to their full database of historical records. This is by far the worst experience I have had with an insurance company ever. The amount they owe me is so small, I am thinking it's a civil case.

      Liberty Mutual recently advertised with Navy ********************. I belonging to the ************ decide to get a quote. The rate wasnt as good as the one I currently have. So I decided to stay where I am. They have sent me a denial letter, saying they wont accept me cause of my credit. I hope this doesnt affect my future insurance quotes from other companies. I decided not to sign with them. They retaliated by sending me a denial letter. Very unprofessional, and childish, for such a large company.
