      I have had the worst experience in my life , my car was crashed and they forced me to pay for insurance for that car until they was done with their investigation them refused to pay the money back once they was done . They have attitude and very unprofessional

      Safeco insurance is by far the worst company dont return calls dont do what they say dont pay fair on their claims avoid the company at all cost

      I had two policies with Liberty Mutual, both were for car insurance. On June 23, 2024 I cancelled one policy due to rate increase. On August 11, 2024, I cancelled the second policy due to rate increase. When both policies were cancelled, I received a pro-rated return of my policy premiums. On September 19, 2024 Liberty Mutual deducted $17.08 from my checking account without my authorization.On October 19, 2024, I saw that Liberty Mutual had another withdrawal scheduled for Monday October 21, 2024. On Saturday October 19, 2024, I called the 800 number of Liberty Mutual and spent one hour talking to a billing supervisor. This person could not explain why the withdraws were made. I am going to call my financial institution and dispute the validity of these charges and I am going to have to pay $50 to have Liberty Mutual blocked from making future withdraws from my account.

      They are so disgusting with their money. With them for over 3 years and raised the premiums every year and sometimes MIDYEAR. Finally decided to cancel and they CHARGED ME for my unused policy instead of refunding me. I called over a week ago to remove a driver and a vehicle that were no longer in the same household and got a quote. Called a week later when there was still no change made and they suddenly can make the changes but the quote went up a couple hundred for the year because it wasnt completed the week before!! I had told them to complete the change the week prior but they didnt. They were trying to get closer to the payment scheduled date to charge me the full amount with the car/driver that werent in my household anymore. I instantly started shopping around and found a way better insurance. Insane how bad they treated a loyal customer that autopaid every month on time. Will never use them again.

      I recently had a flat tire on the interstate on a Sunday morning on my way to the airport.I have roadside assistance so I contacted them to send someone to change my ******* took an hour for the person to show up and then he wasnt smart enough to lower the spare tire. He gave up and left an hour later.I have been on the side of the interstate for 2 hours with no resolution Finally I called back and told **************** that I needed to get to the airport and to have my vehicle towed so I could get going.I waited another hour and no tow truck.When I called back the lady on the phone said that I had to pay $105 for the tow.I explained that if they had sent a competent person I would not need a tow.She explained that if I didnt pay I would be left on the side of the highway with no help.While I was on my trip I called and explained the situation to the road side assistance office and they said I would be refunded the money for the *******, they are refusing to repay me my $105.I need help in getting my $105 refund and an apology for the terrible service

      Despite numerous emails and phone calls, my claims agent, ********* ***** (*******/******) has not been able to get ONE adjuster to OK $500 to replace shine coating on my vehicle (I was not at fault). 60 days has passed since I first alerted her to my need to have shine coating replaced. I have the string of emails to prove it. When I emailed her yesterday (10/16/24) to inform her that I called the "President's" line (?) and made a complaint, Christian emailed twice within hour after that email I sent to her, which was a miracle. I'm still waiting for the "President's" representative to call me to take my complaint.

      Sexist. I paid for our policy, set it up, and opted to have my husband listed as the primary insured for a four dollar difference in rate. I'm having the vehicle registered in my name, so to have my name added to the ** cards, they had to ask direct permission from my husband. Infuriating, insulting, sexist nonsense. List both policy holders on the cards in the first place!

      I have been with them over 3 years and they canceled my policy never did I receive any mail monthly mail that I requested from the very start I've had problem after problem and they were so very rude

      Horrible!!! My elderly friend has been paying auto insurance on his son, unbeknownst to him, for 5 years!!! The only time he EVER drove his vehicle was when he was learning to drive at 16yrs old!!! NOW, my elderly friend cant get his son off the insurance policy. They cant send him correct documents to sign. They send incomplete documents that you cant sign and return (as they require)!!! Liberty is absurd and ridiculous!!! So glad my insurance isnt with them. Horrible for the elderly who have been customers for years. Shame on you!!!

      Unfortunately, my wife lost her wedding ring. Of course she was devastated. She is a **** at a ***************************** where we live and spent the 1st few days wondering around campus looking for it along rhe path she took the day she believed she lost. Thankfully we had it insured as it was an investment. So I call my local insurance agent who informs me an adjuster will call in the next few days. The adjuster was ******** ***********. She didnt call in a few days. She called the very next morning. I explained the details to her and I could tell she sincerely was empathetic towards my wife. It was obvious she was good at her job because she so tactfully extracted tge required information from me. I still cant believe it. The very next morning I received notice of a pending payment for the full amount of the ring. So grateful to Cristella and Safeco! Thank you ****** and thank you **********!
