      My rental property was damaged under natural causes. Im waiting to speak to the 6th agent to solve my claim issues. Speed is not of priority, nor is customer service. I will be switching due to the lack of knowledge the staff that Ive spoken with has, and the lack of communication in a timely manner.

      They randomly dropped our coverage without cause or notice of any kind. No tickets, no accidents, they never sent a letter or an email and no phone calls. We literally didnt know (because we are good drivers and hadn't needed anything) until we went to login to compare another quote and the stupid app said we had no policy. Its actually a legal requirement for them to notify us - 0/10 would not recommend.

      I would highly suggest not doing business with this company especially if you are a small business. They charged our company an additional $8,000 after an audit on top of our already extremely high premium. These rates are ridiculous and you can certainly get better service and cheaper rates from any other company. Don't do it. Never again.

      Mutual Liberty offers low insurance prices as long as you keep your car in a locked garage. However, if you drive, forget it. Get a cracked windshield and have it replaced? Liberty will not cover you. Someone backs into your car and drives away? Liberty will not cover you. But they will refer you to their "partner" company that will charge several times as much to cover you. This company is a bait-and-switch scam. Stay away!

      Horrible don't return calls and keep your money for months after receive and still waiting to get paid in would never recommend and only give it one star because it is required they should not be allowed to do business in the state

      I had the worst phone call I've experienced in my work setting with Insurance Agent ***** *******. He was extremely unprofessional, blatantly rude and ******* the conversation as he had no interest in providing me the necessary information to help my guest. I was appalled at the way I was spoken to in this phone call and hope that he handles guest experiences kinder than he handled this.

      My 24 year old son just bought a 2016 **** edge for his wife and child. His payments are $250 a month. He called to put insurance on it in ** and they quoted him $600 a month full coverage. This is criminal!!! Hes never had a ticket, never even been pulled over so this is unbelievable that they would charge anyone like this. We went with a different insurance company and now his payments are $122 a month for full coverage. This insurance company needs to be investigated.

      Wish I could choose to take away stars but forced to give one to let others know that this company is terrible - Only pay for what you need but don't expect to get it! I was injured in a car accident after paying premiums for 10+ years. Liberty Mutual's doctor agreed that I was hurt (through no fault of my own) and dropped me because it looked like I was not going to get better any time soon. ***? I had to use to get medical costs and since my lawyer took a large chunk of the settlement I had to pay a large portion myself and got very little from Bibberty for the time I missed work, etc. The *** assigned to my case from Liberty was never available and did not ever call me me back. Every time I see their commercial it makes me both mad and sad.

      Liberty mutual does not care about their customers.They have slandered my name and never returned calls as it related to my claim. They have spoke to people behind my back and lied on me to deny my claim after 11 years of paying premiums. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE RACIST AND RUDE!

      We had Liberty Mutual for our homeowners insurance, and its been nothing but a nightmare. Honestly, do NOT waste your money on this company. They dont care about you or your home they just want your money and will do the bare minimum when it comes to covering damages.A tornado/hail storm hit our house, and when we filed a claim, they said they would only cover our roof and 2.5 sides of the house. That means were left with mismatched siding because they refuse to cover the cost to match the undamaged siding.We havent even moved forward with the repairs yet because we dont want our home looking like a mismatched mess. Its incredibly frustrating being stuck in limbo, trying to figure out what to do while Liberty Mutual hides behind their policy fine print.If you care about your home and want an insurance company that actually stands behind you, do NOT choose Liberty Mutual. We fooled ourselves into trusting them, and now were paying the price literally. Find another company that wont leave you with a patchwork house and a headache.
