      I was reached out to on March 6th, repeatedly ignored by my agent ******** basically for 3 weeks of excuses. She knew I wanted to start my policy on 4/1/2025 and still ignored me. Only after I reached out to another agent did she call me back. Only to put me on hold to tell me that everything she quoted me in the last month they can't actually do., THere communication was terrible, and the outcome was just not satisfying as they wasted my time for over a month

      I would leave no stars I filed a claim with the adjuster and because he had to notify the management company to get the plumbing report he lied about contacting them and just left my claim pending so I canceled my insurance and about to get a lawyer so they can find out who was the problem was it the management company or Liberty Mutual cause I'm over them both....

      Absolute waste of my time. Spent 30 minutes on the phone to get asked the qualifying questions at the very end.

      This is the worst insurance agency I have ever delt with. I have not delt with many but this company denies everything no matter how obvious.They denied my roof and I had to get a public adjuster.I asked for a supervisor and 3 people later I find out one of the "supervisors" is not actually a supervisor.C ****** can't read her emails and will go months without checking and then blame it on the customer. She is very rude and unprofessional.*. ******** presented to be ger superior and did absolutely nothing and still very rude to deal with.J ********* was nice but again did nothing. Including not responding to a public adjuster for months until it got pushed up the chain.C sharp was the only one that helped he told me a ******** was not c Powells supervisor. And he finally stepped in and made c ****** do her job. As she did not acknowledge receiving any of the paperwork I sent just weeks ago, again, and yet others in the same email recieced everything I sent.Stay away from state auto insurance unless you just want them to take your money and you have to go years without getting what you paid for insurance coverage. Then having to hire a public adjuster to oversee they actually do their job

      ****** is an abysmal insurance company. Terrible customer service then raise rates without any notification or reason. Then when you try to get the issue clarified or resolved you get nothing but a run around from customer service who won't give a straight answer and the "underwriters say they need this and then they need that..." Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.

      We were told by their representative that we couldnt add our 2025 travel trailer to our policy do to NY State Law. The law states you are prohibited from insuring any camper, trailer etc in ******** ! What planet is she from! Called progressive .. no problem. Switching all our vehicles over. This was the last straw Liberty Bibbity.

      I had Safeco Insurance on my car for three years with no issues. Unfortunately, my checking account was compromised, so I had to cancel it and open a new one. In the process, I forgot to update my payment information with ******. Instead of reaching out or offering a chance to correct the issue, they dropped my insurance. When I called to resolve the situation, they refused to reinstate my policy and told me I had to find another insurance ***********'s extremely disappointing that a company I was loyal to for three years would treat a customer this way over an honest mistake. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care and flexibility. If you're looking for an insurance provider that values its customers, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

      For one, they're every expensive compared to other companies and other companies you get more. And 2nd, they won't cancel your policy. Your agent has to. I have a good agents but if you have one that is a dud and doesn't answer your calls or call back, you're stuck paying for insurance. Mine, unfortunately, has been very busy. I called ****** customer service and took me 15 min to talk to someone. Then they tell me they can't cancel my policy, he has to. So how can I get a refund for being charged when I tried canceling it, last month. I wouldn't do business with ****** if they had the cheapest coverage.

      Worst customer service of any large insurer. Multiple calls, with being transferred over and over or hung up on completely. Do not do business with them if you ever have an issue, the customer **** are obviously trained in avoiding to actually help their customers
