      I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the delay in resolving our claim for pipeline water damage at our home. The protracted settlement process is putting my familys health and well-being at risk due to prolonged exposure to drywall dust, insulation debris, and potentially hazardous conditions. I feel it has been a constant game of delay, delay and delay.

      They doubled our premium without a notification of the 5000 dollar increase. When I talked to a representative the only explanation they could offer was a discount that had been applied had been removed. All the quotes I got for a new insurance werent even 5k for the YEAR, much less 10k in total. I will never do business with this company again and suggest you find another company to insure your home unless you want a nasty surprise come Escrow Analysis.

      Your agents basically told me that its normal in ***** to have a 10k insurance payment (its not) and to kick rocks. Not sure what you can do for me.

      They over charge my husband for years he trust everybody I just really found out he beening paying thousand for our car to be insured. My husband health is failing he doesn't drive anymore so I called Liberty mutual to cancel it. After I cancel his truck my payment monthly 698 00 for 1 car 2018 **** escape ******* miles really Wow this just too high .I'm trying to cancel the whole thing they said we owe cancel fee why we just paid 749. Monthly payment .I feel as,though they trying to rip us off again help me understand this please ?? ?? ??

      If I could give zero stars I would. Premium went up not once but twice. $1000 a month for 3 cars? Garbage company. Will be cancelling

      We had a house insurance policy for the 5 + years we lived there which had payments made through our loan company PNC. We made a final payment in on 06/05/23 for $3,182. We then requested to cancel the plan. We moved to ******** on 09/21/23. However, on 06/13/24 Safeco reinstated the old plan for $6,307. We have been paying for both plans.We have had issues with ******** canceling our plan as our bank is still receiving requests for payment from ******. It is also impossible to get in touch with ****** to resolve issues. They need to be investigated. We are still waiting to receive our money back

      This company is horrible! I got hit by one of their customers and purchased a new engine for our vehicle last June with a lifetime warranty! They totaled our vehicle, took our rental car back in 3 days and only want to give us ******** for a engine that cost us 7500 dollars. No apologies, and zero empathy for any of it!! I hope to God none of their customers NEVER hit me again! Shame on you!

      Our parked car was hit by a drunk driver. It was a hit and run however, she was caught by the police. She did not have any proof of insurance. Our car was in perfect order prior to her hitting it. ****** suggested body shops. We left our car there for 30 days. When we picked it up, the check engine light was on the radio was randomly cycling through stations. There was a noise coming beneath the car. There was a crease and a dent on the side of the car. The horn was not working we again had to take it back to the body shop this ones an ongoing back-and-forth with ******. Our car is still not fixed back to its original condition. Safeco refuses to do any more repairs stating they werent related to the crash. However, as stated above, our car was in perfect order prior to being hit , they set up a rental for us for the additional work needed past the 30 days then refused to pay the rental company and we were charged very unhappy with their service. Stay away from this company.

      Extremely Disappointed After 15+ Years as a Loyal Customer I have been a ********************************************* customer for over 15 years with a perfect driving recordno accidents, no tickets. Despite this, my premium suddenly jumped from $352 to $507 with zero justification. The only notification was a single email that I never even sawno phone call, no mailed notice, nothing.This kind of stealth price hike is unfair and completely unacceptable. When I reached out for an explanation and a refund for the difference, I was met with reluctancy and told a supervisor would contact me. That was weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution.Liberty Mutual clearly prioritizes profits over customer service. If this is how they treat a responsible driver with over a decade of loyalty, I cant imagine how they treat others. Avoid this company unless you enjoy surprise rate hikes and frustrating customer service.Can someone from ********************************************* finally step up, review this issue, and issue the refund ?

      HORRIBLE!!this company has to be the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. I ran into some problems. Not only did they add a previous balance from an account from over 2 years ago that they should not have added on! My lawyer even contacted them telling them what they did is not supposed to happen!! & they need to correct it. Said that I had to pay or would cancel. I Sent them the required paperwork they needed to clear it up. But they canceled anyways even though they shouldn't have - Added on renters insurance that I never asked for & justified cancelling my account by saying I was late on a payment on something i never bought. They won't return any of my emails, I call & no one knows what's is going on with my account. & not one person has called me to explain why they did this. But!! What they did do was send me a bill for over $500 FOR 1 MONTH OF INSURANCE THAT I HAD & THEN THEY CANCELED ME!!! they will not be receiving a payment from me Disgusting way of doing business

      The worst insurance ever! They made me pay for almost all my damages even though I have full coverage. They presented that I had two accidents in the parked car to utilize my 1000 deductible twice. The problem is that I wasnt present in the car when it happened. I have no idea what exactly happened with my car because I was away in ******** and I found my car damaged on both sides after the Eagles parade. Why do you have insurance if I still have to pay for almost everything if I pay full coverage every month? Those premiums are going into the pockets of people in the company to make them rich! From now on anywhere I go: Red Carpet or Public speaking, I am going to talk about my experiences with people and will bring attention to authorities because they need to evaluate the actions of this company.
