      These people are a bunch of crooks, stay far away from this company. They only want to pay less than 1/2 of what your claim is worth even when you get two quotes for repairs one is 3600 at caliber collision a company that works directly with liberty mutual and another is 3900 and they send you a 1800 check and claim that their hired in house adjuster who has never seen your vehicle is claiming only 1800 in damages, I have dealt with ******* ***** and his supervisor **** ***** and they are so unprofessional and pushy, they have made this process way more complicated and stressful than it needs to be. They are a fraudulent company and all I can tell you is please run the other way and let their business close, they have no business in selling insurance to the public just horrible.

      Worse insurance company ever. Do not use these guys. They insure nothing all they are there for is to take your premiums and never pay to fix anything. They never should be allowed to register as an insurance company. That is not what they do. If I could give less than one star I would.

      This is a very poor insurance company. I work in the automotive field and they routinely rope potential customers in with low rate quotes before gouging them in underwriting. I literally had a customer get a quote from ********************************************* for over $6,000 (yes, six thousand) dollars for a six month policy (one automobile). We hung up and called Geico who provided an actuate quote of $120 per month. Steer clear of yet another predatory insurance company with cute television commercials.

      Absolutely horrible company to deal with. My car was hit by one of their insured over a month ago and it has yet to be fixed! They keep running me in circles and telling me they need more info. They keep trying to get me to fix my car on my insurance and get reimbursed later. No way. This needs to be handled!

      I was givin a quote of ****** by the time they were done the price had changed to ******. So, at that time I cancelled policy. The next day they had removed ****** from bank account! I called back told them I wanted my money back because it was not authorized to be taken from my account since I had no policy! They told me they couldn't return it until 12 DAYS ! But , they could take it out in one day! They are thiefs and liers I warn you don't take your luck with this company ! ****** *.

      The group within Liberty Mutual who handles ********** liability is not doing their job. It's been 20+ days since a HD employee back into my car with a company rental truck. I've reached out four times since the accident occurred and was told each time that an examiner would be contacting me within 24 work hours. I haven't heard from an examiner yet. Wow.

      ****** stated that on January 29, 2025 they cancelled my policy due to a supposed late fee from 2023 (that I have no record of, my mortgage company has no record of, and is not listed in any of the Safeco documents). However, they also sent out a renewal notice on February 5, 2025 for $2,789. My renewal date is March 7, 2025. My mortgage company paid the requested renewal amount. Then on February 13, 2025 they sent me a refund check. When I called, ****** they stated that they cancelled my policy. They also stated that they had sent several emails, letters, and notices to me and the mortgage company. I never received anything. My Mortgage company never received anything. Even on the documents page, it doesn't show that any notices were sent out. The mortgage company even called them several times and told them that they never received a notice of cancellation.When the representative looked up how I could reinstate my insurance, low and behold, my quoted price was more than twice the amount of my renewal. This was a scam. I had a great price for the property insurance and they wanted to raise my rates. But they couldn't just double my price. So, they fraudulently cancelled my policy and then more than doubled my rate. This was a scammers plan and I know that they do this to many people. These insurance companies should not be able to get away with things like this. This is fraud. I am very disappointed but, not at all surprised. ****** ****

      I have been arguing with Liberty Mutual for over two weeks. We had a total loss vehicle. There comps more for vehicles not in near condition that mine was in. I gave them cops that were for cars the same year same everything is mine. denied them at first they tried to settle for $2000 under what my car was worth finally they came up 1000 after having to talk the supervisor they have still undervalued my car about $1000 plus tax title and license now they want me to put a lawsuit or pay an appraiser out of pocket to go on. I pay Liberty Mutual $14,000 a year for House and cars and they cannot even give me fair market value for my car very disappointed.

      Horrible once you ask them to cancel your policy! They increased my rentals insurance the same day I cancelled because I was no longer bundling but never actually cancelled my auto insurance. When I was just illegally charged, because phone calls are recorded? Look it up! They stated they heard that I wanted to pay for an extra month. NEVER happened. I was cancelling for the next billing period. They did not confirm the cancellation after the phone call and now that I have called back angry that they stole money from me, getting a refund after they steal your money? Oh yes, a paper check that might come in 10 days. Are you kidding me? I'm out the money that was needed for other bills. And they didn't refund me the full amount. I'm livid. I'll never come back and I'm cancelling all policies with them. Too bad you just couldn't cancel the policy online and get a written confirmation. Check your phone logs, since you record them. Thieves'!

      Whatever yall do, do not use Liberty Mutual Car insurance. They ****** us over. They disabled our auto pay. Then tried to say oh we aren't sure what happened. But I still payed the bill cause I saw the email. It was $181 to renew for the next year. How about they took my money but then are refusing to renew us cause we had 2 wrecks in 12 months. Both wrecks someone backed into us. In 1 wreck Noone was even in the car. After ******** called them back and complained they agreed to turn our insurance back on but the wanted almost $6k up front. No thank u! I will NEVER deal with them again. I went to ********.
