Worst customer service, survivor benefits. ******* was very unprofessional in the worst time of our lives. Stated false information between both beneficiaries, never returned emails or phone calls. The staff couldn't keep track of what was happening on the accounts. The whole process was almost a year. Gut wrenching. I have still requested that the lead rep give me a call and yet to receive a response. Case manager Extension: ***** is a huge issue for Fidelity and has made this process a nightmare for our family.

Worse services ever. They liquidated my security at a loss without notifying me. Then they claim that I overspent my money on a security order. I was like I didn't ask for an overdraft so if I am overspending money, it should just simply be stopped at the point of purchase. When talking to the customer, or my god, the supervisor name ****** was so condescending it was ridiculous. Otherthan keep stating that they are doing everything legal and it is all the customers fault. They should no remorse of causing me money losses.

Worst customer service. They told me there was no account in my name WHILE I WAS HOLDING MY ANNUAL STATEMENT IN MY HAND WITH MY NAME ON IT. Worst bank ever.

Fedility gave me a VERY hard time to withdraw a hardship loan to pay medical bills. I called everyday about this issue and each person I spoke with had a different story even with notes in the system. I also submitted multiples paperwork which was told never received, but some agents saw them while others didn't want to do their job. I was blocked from my online account by asking to speak with a Manager after all the hassle. Now, I still have no way of seeing my investments. This company is very RACIST!!!!

I have to echo, repeat similar issues with Fidelity. I am trying to rollover my corporate 401K. It has taken me over 5 calls, and I still have not managed to get my money. When I first called they asked my address and since my address has changed, they mentioned that it would take ************************************************************************************ 10 days to do the rollover. Upon asking where this policy was documented, they could not come up with a good answer. I asked to be connected to their customer support and then that person confirmed there is no such policy. Then I connected back with the plan assistant and went through the process. Turns out they got my address wrong. Even though the website shows correct address they sent the package to the wrong address. This is after them charging extra for next day delivery. They then mentioned they would send out new checks. I get confirmation by email that the checks have been issued with a tracking number. This time around, the tracking number does not even show up on **** Highly encourage everyone on their corporate side to ask they never use Fidelity.

I have to echo a lot of fellow 1 star reviewers here. Terrible customer service. Here's what happened. I had a corporate 401K and moved companies. I initiated a rollover to the new company account online and ********************** opened me a Rollover *** instead of cutting a check to transfer the funds. I've called several times over the last month and because the account now is a Rollover *** I keep getting transferred to different departments with no resolution. I've even called with the new plan representative on the phone and he says he does this type of rollover 3-4 times a day and never encounters this much issue. He is helping me navigate, but the representatives at Fidelity are talking in circles and not helpful at all. I do not recommend working with Fidelity if at all possible.

This is an absolutely disgusting company with ZERO customer service or concern. Their 800# **************** reps are untrained, and regularly provide incorrect information. They're rude, and often obnoxious, and when you try and contact anyone higher up, they act as if you're wasting their time and a bother, and will actually just careless close your account. ********************** operates under the belief they are doing their investors a favor by taking their money. I don't think I've ever dealt with a ***** and more obnoxious cavalier business in my life, and I was a high value customer. They obviously do not care. Repeated issues with them making delayed trades, sometimes a day after it was placed. CS reps lying to me, and repeatedly providing incorrect information regarding the transfer of inherited assets. But the worst of all is just the plain rudeness and obnoxious snarky attitudes from those on top, particularly, ***************************, the Assistant to the **** Do yourself a favor and take your money where it's wanted and appreciated. All the negative reviews you see here are true and beyond

I have been using Fidelity for about a year and had previously been happy with their service until today. This morning I purchased a foreign stock via the Fidelity iPhone app, but after my purchase several $50 charges came through. I called Fidelity (talked to ***** and ****) to see why I wasnt alerted of these fees before my purchase. They looked into it and confirmed that their website offers an alert of these fees before purchase, however their iPhone app does not. Their solution was for me to call Fidelity on their recorded phone line every time I purchase a foreign stock to see if there is a fee associated with that stock. I asked them to verbally confirm that was their solution (because I cant imagine anyone doing that). They back tracked, and said although their website fee alert is better, the iPhone app does have a disclosure of sorts and theres nothing they can do about the fees. Im very hesitant to keep putting money into this company, especially via an app that they admit doesnt have the alerts they think it should have.

Sad that I had to give Fidelity a one Star. They do not deserve any stars. I couldn't imagine a worse money manager. I found out the hard way

The hands-down worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution. Fidelity will avoid putting anything down in writing, because it would expose their willfully negligent business practices. Rolling over my 401(K) to Fidelity has taken me over 5 hours and more than 12 phone calls between Fidelity and my previous provider. Fidelity rejects forms that provide all requested information, do so without notifying the customer, and are intentionally slow and opaque in their requirements for resubmission. I still have not rolled over my 401(K) to them.
