      I have had my money in Fidelity for years but recently they convinced me to use their planning services and I lost 5k in less than 3 weeks...then they want me to pay the fee for using their help.dang, if they want me gone then they simply should have said so.

      Fidelity is the WORST 401k investment company I have ever had to deal with! They hold your money and delay transfers. They're visions service representatives need to be trained all over again about what customer service is, because without holding the people funds they would not be employed! I will turn down any job that has fidelity as the 401k, I do not recommend this company, they need to close this whole company down! I would not give them one star if it wasn't mandatory to leave a comment. Its really ridiculous how people treat the people that keep them employed. I hope they loose so many accounts they can't remain active or have to sell this company to someone else! DO NOT USE FIDELITY FOR ANY INVESTMENTS.

      Fidelity will not allow me access to my account. They continuously stonewall and ask questions not related to me as the investor but a past company as an employee. *** made it patently clear I worked there a while ago and dont know company specific information. In addition customer service is condescending and unprofessional. They refuse to give me the complaint address.

      Had a problem with Trades being conducted without providing a time of transaction as their phone app showed no trades yesterday and today the *** only trade was done after market.There are plenty of companies to choose from, dont make the mistake I did in using Fidelity,

      That is my second review on Fidelity and it came again 1-star. A Fidelity representative made an unauthorized transaction on my account recently. I asked him to make a source specific rollover from the **** portion of 401k to ***************. Instead of that he transferred money from the pre-tax portion of 401k. That automatically triggered a tax event that I did not authorize. During the phone call with that representative I was alarmed with questions he asked: I got the impression he does not have a clear understanding of what he is doing. But I was forced to proceed becauseFidelity does not have an option to make such rollovers online, and I have to call them each time when I want to make this transaction. When I realized that Fidelity made an unauthorized transaction, I sent a secured email to them but they responded that they do not want to discussthat in email. Then I called them. A new representative admitted their fault and said that Fidelity will correctit. But when I asked how they want to correct that (because, being sure that I had the correct transaction, I already made an investment), he quite rudely responded that they won't tell me how they will correct it. I asked him to inform me before correction is done afraiding that their "correction" can make the situation worse. But said that I won'tbe informed and aggressivelyrepeated if I want their correction or not. He "twistedmy hands" and I said:: go with "correction". I would like to skip Fidelity "service" at all but I can't because my employer 401k sticks with them.

      I have been trying to get information from this department on a transfer and a detailed account statement. All I get is a big run around. When you call them the process takes forever to says he will do something, they they put you on hold for ever. They say they will call back. Never does. They don't seem to be able to get anything right . I do not recommend Fidelity for any financial dealing.

      They are down this aft 8/15. Can't do any trading. Fidelity should be better than this. I have been on the phone for 20 minutes no person to talk to yet. Fidelity should be embarrassed!!!!

      No customer service - too many internet outages when busy day.Time to research and switch to another investment house.NOW, currently waiting more than 45 minutes to get an answer why my account can't be logged into. Worthless after 4pm

      I have been calling all my 401k companies this week to request rollovers. I can honestly say, Fidelity had the best customer service phone prompts, and especially customer service representatives. :)
