This is an impossible website to use. We had to change our bank account 6 weeks ago and we still cannot use it with fidelity to move OUR money into our new account. Have called, have filled out paperwork and mailed it and still there is no linked bank account. They are actually holding our money for some unknown reason. Do I call a lawyer and start a lawsuit or will they eventually respond to my calls for help and actually do something. They were eager to GET my business, not eager to KEEP it........................so sorry I ever used them

I am trying to create an account for my investment from 15 years ago. The employer is not showing up in the dropdown of employers, even though I have a statement with that employer on in. They needed to know my social, year I started working there and when I left. I was not able to give an exact year because it had been so long so they were not able to help me. I mentioned that it is a general question and not in regards to my specific account and just needed to know how to find that employer. They would not help me. I asked for a manager and the manager would not take my call because I didnt authenticate my account. I dont think they provided good customer service. There is no reason to have to authenticate an account for a general question. I had worked in customer service and with peoples account for many years. I have helped many people with general login questions many times and even gone as far as asking IT. This might not be a concern of the employee I talked to but maybe a concern of the company if this is how they are training their employees. Training them to tell customers they are unable to help. So now I have to call the old employer to get these dates. I am taking up their time and my time to do something not necessary for a general question.

I tried to have Fidelity to change update our address. My wife has memory problems and is the primary person on our account. So it was necessary to get a power of Attorney. The power of attorney wad faxed to Fidelity on March 31 at 11;09 AM..Later I was told it would take a month for their attorneys to check it out. Today I called and Fidelity said they were unaware of any power of attorney and I should start the process again. We got a letter saying they were stopping my wife's pension checks. This was sent to our new address We need to get this situation slowed as quickly as possible. **************************************************************************************. Apt 246 MELBOURNE FLORIDA Please respond as soon as possible We need her pension check. We live in a assisted living apartment .

Finally received my tax refund check that I had been waiting on for 2 years. Deposited into my fidelity checking account, and was then told it would be 16 business days for them to release the funds. Everywhere says it should be 3 and that they should release part of them next business day. They are ******, *** told me I could withdraw from my 401K is he serous? What banker says that to a customer?

Fidelity hired me and made me jump through hoops 204 miles each way for finger prints and. Then 70 miles each way for a drug test on another day. Everyone was in contact and then **** all of a sudden everyone stopped answering and didnt return phone calls. Finally background said something in my background check was bad and they took back the offer. Called ********** and they said NOTHING in my background was a problem and Fidelity MUST provide me WHO said something derogatory, WHAT was said and a PHONE NUMBER for me to have to call. To date even after asking for almost 2 weeks, they have provided nothing. Called the phone number on background and nobody ever answers. Fidelity was one of the great companies!!! I was so proud I. Was going to be working for them and then this shady move on their part. I have insurance licenses for annuities and also a TWIC card so pretty sure my background is clear or I would not have either one, both recent. RUN away from any job offers, they will string you along and let you spend $$$$ on fuel getting fingerprints and background and then lie about taking back the offer. Fidelity needs to have an ethics classshady hiring and from these reviews, shady business practices.

Fidelity Investments used to be a good company, but they obviously lost their way. I am still a customer and have a few accounts with them. I am the authorized agent for other accounts as well. They retained unlawfully thousands of dollars in taxes from a few transactions in one of these managed accounts. When I submitted all the paperwork, they said "they couldn't reverse their mistake". This branch used to be managed by people that cared for their customers, but they seem to have moved on to other areas and the people that left do not care about their customer base at all. Needless to say, I'll sue to try to get my money back, and will move all my accounts elsewhere.

Horrible company. They accused me of cancelling a transaction when I did not. They suggested I discontinue my business elsewhere.
