      I'm really unhappy with Fidelity. Created a Cash Management account after creating a big ********************* They are holding onto my first deposit for over three weeks. Terrible way to do business.

      Fidelity Investments are criminals so stay away from this bank. I deposited a check for $22,500 on November 25th, 2024. After two weeks I called support to find out why the funds are NOT in my account. and they stated my funds will be available the end of December or early next year. 1 to 2 months for a a check to clear is fraud. I have been a customer for over 10 years and the check issuer is nobody new. They are either incompetent or fraudsters. Support treats you like trash. I filed a case FINRA and I am currently seeking legal advice. I be will moving to a new **********NOTE In the 1980's a check would clear in 3-5 days. A half century later it takes 2 months for a check to clear. Stay away from this fraudulent company,

      Similar to other reviews.... Fidelity is now not making YOUR CASH available that you have transferred in from other banks for roughly 24 days. You can however, invest it in Fidelity, How convenient for them. I was told by fidelity customer service that this ********************** policy protects me. The truth is that behind the scenes it really gives fidelity the liquidity that belongs to ****** Flags abound. I used to love fidelity, but as soon as I can get my money I am leaving. Feels like old man ****** trying to bully the ****** Savings and Loan.

      Hold period has increased to 16 business days with no notice. Have several youth accounts there for nephews, but cant reliably send them money any more.

      Funds are always maybe available after trades, even on a margin account! Mobile check deposit takes 3 weeks to clear! BBB do something!!

      i would give them 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest is 1 i created an account at ******************** and right after my account got blocked saying a message something that my account got blocked and that i should contact fidelity customer service for assistance so that what i did and after a bunch of questions they finally unblocked it so i start investing but about after a week the account got blocked again (and i wanna clarify that i signed in that day in the morning and it went through but then when i logged in again afternoon i got blocked and i did it the same way with no tricks etc.) so i called in again and was on the line with them way more then an hour and they literally asked me every question possible to ask to verify my account and when i answered everything correctly they said that theyll investigate why my account got blocked and theyll get back to me within the next 7 days so after 7 days i called again and asked them why nobody got back to me and whats the status they told me that my account got blocked forever with no possibility to reopen it so i asked them what do you mean i used my account 100% normal so why should my account get closed without a possibility to reopen it and i invested money what i need back the representative said in middle i was asking have a nice day and he hang up the on me (and i wanna clarify again i opened the account normally as the way is to without any tricks etc. so theres no normal reason my account should be blocked and special with no possibility to reopen it) so if you want to invest your money invest it somewhere else and not at fidelity investment unless you wanna get bad experience you should and a message to fidelity you should better work normal and not lock accounts for no good reason (and if theres a good reason you can just explain it normally) and for sure not to hang up the phone on a customer when he communicate normally unless you wanna loss all your customers and youll get out of business

      Ten years after closing my acct at ********************** they used my old information to attempt withdrawing nearly $400 from my personal bank. The attempt was caught and stopped. Fidelity offered no explanation and the customer service *** was unapologetically rude, refusing further effort to investigate. Terrible customer service, no resolution as to why. They still have my bank info.

      OUTRAGEOUS!! Fidelity Investments now holds funds for 30 Calander days that are deposited by *** or check. The funds will not be returned or usable. Their reason is "a recent uptick in fraudulent activity" and that "it's industry wide" So it takes them a month to figure out if the transaction is fraudulent? I deposited $2300 into my Fidelity account by *** from *************** on 11-20-24 and funds will not be available until 12-13-24. Other banks to my knowledge (Huntington and *****) have not adopted this new policy.

      I'm writing a review about Fidelity Investments. Folks, please be aware that "EFT" transfers will take more than 14 days to be available and probably up to 20 days for withdrawal. The website says sooner, as in 1-3 days. However, that's false information, and as big as a financial company Fidelity Investments is, I would think they would divulge this in their ********************* But it's not there. Please do not rely on them for anything of financial matters. They are the worst. Also, ****** via live chat as the supervisor is the worst in customer service.

      Authentication nightmare. I have not used my account for a while. First they authenticated me to allow me to change password. Then I needed to change my phone numbers, representative directed me location to change it but then I needed another code to do so. Another call, wrong department, fully authenticated with promise that I will be passed over to the right department without authentication. Guess what, another authentication, requested supervisor, no help, he requested another authentication. Nightmare, taking my business somewhere else.Treat job team!!!
