This is THE WORST Investment firm i've ever come across. I set up recurring direct deposit with fidelity and it was working fine for years until June of this month. It started when I started getting emails saying that my direct deposit failed due to insufficient funds. So I go and check my account and I have over $6000 in my account and the direct deposit is only $200. I called and asked why did the error occur and they said it must've been a glitch and give it time. well, that's exactly what I did. After two more attempts of Fidelity FALSE direct deposits , they COMPLETELY blocked my account for online access. I went in circles with this company for 3 months sending them all the right documents and they still refused to reopen my account, even though the error was on them. The representative had the audacity to tell me that they're allowed to shut down ANYONES account for Any reason. I highly wouldn't trust this company. Terrible honest and integrity, they don't care about there customers at all. Highly disappointed. I'm currently employed through ****** so I am forced to pay my health savings account to ********************** which I cannot get no access to. I'm paying $160.00 a week for an account that they refuse to let me access. Do anybody have any legal advice is there any way that I can sue this company for that? It's really sad to think that you could do everything right and if your bank decides to have an error they can completely your account and shut it down and deny you access to your own money.. Beyond disappointed

Has held money in my account for three weeks. Your account has been blocked for security reasons, call us for help. I called twice and was told that back office is working on this and should get back to me within the week. They have not. Many people on Reddit are complaining about similar treatment. There must be a defect in their fraud detection system. They have $50,000 of my 401k and another $2000 in a cash account. Thank goodness I dont need it right now but imagine if I did!

Fidelity held a loan check for over 16days and refused to release funds. The check was government certified too. They refused to expedite or tell me why funds were delayed and put me under financial strain. Cant pay the bills if I cant use my back.

Faithful customer of ********************** since 2011. Have instituted a new fraud policy where they hold check deposits for 3 weeks without informing their customers. I suspect this is happening so they can make a lot of interest off of their customers money. We were planning on rolling over a 401K to Fidelity, but will have to look elsewhere. They have lost our trust due to these very suspicious new policies.

This company is the absolute worst I've had the misfortune in dealing with, ever. I've had at least 10 different 401K retirement accounts across my career, and somehow one of mu jobs switched to Fidelity without my knowing about it. For nearly a year I contributed to Fidelity, and now trying to get that account out of **********************'s hands and into someone reasonable like Vanguard or USAA has been impossible. Their hold times are ridiculous, you can never log into your account without having to call them, you can't start a rollover without a long and involved process that again, involves waiting on the phone for minimum of 1hr. Avoid Fidelity like the plague.

Terrible customer service, have had support **** tell me they will execute a distribution (requested as first step) and then they simply ignored the instruction, complete the rollover, and then say sorry, can't distribute money that isn't there. Really messed me up while I was unemployed. I don't know if they don't train their people or what, but they are basically incompetent. they even made me initiate a Plaid account verification step to complete the distribution, but then just whiffed totally on sending the money. Really bad.Another time the *** just wanted to argue about everything we said, while asking for re-confirmation of everything we just confirmed. Really dumb. huge time waste and terrible VOIP sound quality to boot. Awful. not sure what happened to Fidelity but glad I'm out of there.

I think Fidelity is illegally keeping it's investors from rolling money from Fidelity's *** to **** ***. I transfered money to my *** on Monday and was told that once the money settles in 3 to 4 days, I will be able to roll it over to my ****. It is already Friday and the money was settled on Wednesday, yet I still cannot roll it over to my ****! My Fidelity *** now won't even answer to my email. When I called Fidelity, they said it is a new fraud prevention policy and I cannot touch my money or move it to **** until Oct 8! That is a huge difference between 3 days and 3 weeks. Why didn't your *** tell me that on Monday? What is the difference between keeping the money in my *** or **** *** have anything to do with fraud prevention? You have my money either way! The 3 week period is unacceptable and I don't think it is legal! I am taking my business somewhere else.

After opening a Rainy Day cash account with **********************, I accrued cash for 1 year. After a year I realized I didnt have a debit card to access the money. After ordering and receiving the debit card, on the first purchase the card was flagged for suspicious purchasing because there were no buying trends. After I called to find out why my transaction was rejected, I was told that the ********** had to complete a review before unlocking the account. It has now been 2 days that I havent been able to access my Rainy Day account money. No explanation of the account freeze, no notification of the account freeze, no estimation of the release of funds.

I have received so many emails from this awful company, and they will not let me stop the emails from coming without registering as a new user. I hope someone sues them, and they lose all their money. BLACKLISTED.

Fidelity thinks Im too stupid to transfer my own money into my 401K. I have been transferring money into my 401K through Fidelity for three years. Then 2 months ago it was no longer an option. I was told I would have to call my advisor or call Fidelity to do it. No explanation or notice. When I called, they couldnt give me any answer other than thats what we decided but you can call your advisor or us. Terrible customer service.
