      Back on January 18th, 2022 an individual got a hold of my debit card information and used it on Draftking's platform, spending over $5,000. I did not catch it immediately the time as we were in the middle of move and had funds deposited into my account. I found the fraudulent charges in August when I was go back to find information. I called my bank and they informed me that there was nothing they could do as it was over 120 days and that I needed to reach out to DraftKings. Trying to find a contact number for them was impossible so I had to result in emailing them. They initially were good to respond and I sent in all the information they were requesting. They responded with the result that the card was banned from their platform, which I had already deactivated myself. I reached back letting them know this is not sufficient for me. Someone that has an account with them FRAULENTLY used my money for their services. I requested a call back which I received assuring me that they would reach out to the investigation team and get back with me. It is now been 17 days with no call back. I have emailed them since and now they are claiming they can find any record of the call. The problem I am having is I am emailing the middleman and they are not reviewing previous communication and have no clue what is going on, therefore responding with lame answers and I feel like I am going in circles. I am communicating with no one that can help resolve my issue and need to speak to someone that can.

      I cannot connect to Draft kings and when I do - there are always connectivity issues or game errors. They tell me they will call me and they dont. They email me and EVERY FAQ resolution they recommend does not work. I was supposed to get a call this morning (9/22/22) and they did not call to help me. Instead they throw a few bucks at me to keep me quiet. Their support is abysmal. One rep told me I had to resubmit my drivers license, and I was just logged on the site a few minutes prior. I have funds in my account and cannot even use them and I am in *********** where it is legal to play. They dont want to help! Maybe if their license was suspended they would then think twice and treat EVERY customer fairly and help them.

      Hello!I know you guys now own Golden Nugget Online gaming now. I have a huge issue with Arizona Golden Nugget Online Sportbook. I haven't once been able to get ahold of a single customer service rep. *** tried email, live chat and calling. 0 times has anyone from ******* responded. I spoke with the national customer service for golden nugget and they have told me they can't do anything because they have no access to *******. They owe me $3487 in winnings. It just a pending withdraw. I don't actually think they have customer service reps in ******* or else someone isn't even attempting to do their job. Since you guys now own the company I am asking for help in getting this resolved. Thank you so much and I'll send you any info you need.Thank you!

      I was chatting with someone about DraftKings vip services and found out they was receiving way more perks than what I was getting even tho they was a lower tier and played less! I closed my account but then reopened it after taking advice from someone who down the same things. Well they then punished me by taking my vip host which gives you loss back and deposit bonuses weekly! I shouldnt be punished for complaining about not getting equal treatment ! That alone cost me 100s if not thousands of dollars because the Mitigates losses! Extremely unfair!

       There was zero resolution thru customer support that is a bold lie.. in regards to them taking my host and refusing to give me the perks they got me first comfortable at then switching for no reason costing me thousands! They simply stopped replying smh

      DraftKings ran a promotion offering to match 50% of a user's first deposit. I made a deposit and was matched by DraftKings. After I tried to withdrawal some of my deposit, I was informed that I must play through my entire deposit before I can make use of the bonus funds. I asked the company to forfeit all of my bonus funds earned and simply refund me my original deposit as I have no wish to ****** any further. I have over $2.5k in the account with DraftKings and I'm simply asking for my original deposit of $2,030 to be returned to me. I have made this request more than four times and I keep getting a generic email back telling me how to forfeit the bonus, but the instructions provided do not match up with what is actually taking place on the website.This company seems quite predatory with their marketing practices and it's been frustrating I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to help.

      On 09/07/22 I sent email to Draft King for a refund $50.00 because it took more supposed to. I received a response from ********** from Draft King @ 10:24 stating they will refund the money for $50.00 also claimed it takes 2-7 business days to process back in my bank account. Well 09/2022 was 7 business days guess what money returned. I sent another email about my concern this time ********************* from Draft **** replied claiming they're going to look into it. I just want my money back of $50.00 if you tell me clearly I would receive the refund than it should had been in my bank account btw 2-7 business days. I'm so confused how it's so hard for this company have people playing everyday biding on a game but yet when it comes to someone wanting a refund you're refusing to give back. I want my money back please?

      I made account on https://www.draftkings.com few months ago, made $5.00 deposit once & cashed out $50.00 once without having to show verification, not sure if had to give my name to make account. In the few months I used the website they gave ************** won but when I'd try to use the promotional credits or money I won, most of time it would show I had a balance but when I went to play slots with that balance it would say I didn't have any money to play so I had to email support every time this happened to try to get them to fix my account which almost every time I got frustrated cause they wouldn't do anything except tell me I had a *********** could play which was wrong i couldn't. 2/3 times this happened I got someone who did help me & fixed it so I could use the balance I had to play. Most of the support you get is awful, they don't read your previous emails & the person you were originally talking to about the problem would change, you would have to go through trying to get them to listen or understand. I kept asking them to fix my account so I wouldn't have this problem every time, I wasn't sure if I deposited anymore money if it would let me use it or not. I tried to cash out another $50.00 once & it wouldn't let me so I played it. I couldn't get anywhere with them fixing my account so I asked for a phone # to call someone or to have someone call me which no one ever called me or gave me a phone # so I couldn't call them so I got really frustrated the last time I couldn't use my *********** didn't wanna deal with email after email to try to get them to fix it so I could use my balance again so I deleted my account (me5573). Few days/weeks later I tried to make a new account hoping it wouldn't give me problems like other account did but they won't let me, they think I'm trying to have 2 accounts, I'm not I deleted the other account. They asked for dL to verify me, now they want divorce/marriage certificate for me to use my old account. Thank you **************
