      I won. Jackpot of $1562.50 on Draftkings. I have completed the required tax paperwork yet I still have not received the money. I have been on chat with several people from DraftKings and have reached out for a callback. I have yet to speak with someone. I have photos of the conversations.

      I have 2 complaints about DraftKings.1 - I had an issue of fraud with my bank so my bank account closed down. I contacted DraftKings to let them know and they shut down my account with close to $5,000 of pending ****** in the account and emailed me and said we arent paying you , and even if your ****** win your account is closed . Thats my money and my winnings and they are illegally going to hold it.2- I won a bet and was already down more then the amount of the winnings on the year so I explicitly asked DraftKings not to take any tax money out, and I would send in my forms at the end of the year since I was down money. They took out just under 11,000$ and according to the irs representative I spoke to they dont have it. I need that money back.DraftKings is scamming people and has stolen 11,000$ from me already and another potential 16,000$ if my futures hit that they refuse to pay.

      My Account was hacked by an unknown hacker at Draftkings who attempted to clean out my bank account that was linked. *****, the bank, was able to stop several transactions made but I still had money in the account of $133 plus an open bet that ultimately won for $131.25. Thus, they owe me $264.25. Despite numerous email attempts and letter to their corporate office *no reply*, they have not responded. There is no phone number to call and they send emails with bots or want me to upload my ID thru my account. I cannot do that since the hacker changed my password and I am locked out. I want this resolved by closing my account and sending me a check for my money. It is my money, not Draftkings. My userid was **********. Thanks.

      AFTER MORE THAN 5 EMAIL RESPONSES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. THEY REMOVED MY **** CARD BUT REMOVED MY **** CARD WHEN I NEVER ASKED THEM TO. I KEPT REPEATING MYSELF ASKING FOR ONLY THE **** CARD TO BE REMOVED. THEN THEY'VE MADE IT SO THAT I CAN ONLY WITHDRAW $5 INSTEAD OF THE $473.72 OUT OF $500.00 CONTEST I WON LAST NIGHT. I'M AT THE POINT I WON'T BE CONTACTING DRAFTKINGS MAIN OFFICE TOMORROW ONCE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS BEGIN, I'LL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU & THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TODAY. NO ONE HAS BEEN READING OR UNDERSTANDING WHAT MY INITIAL REQUEST WAS, WHICH WAS SIMPLY TO REMOVE MY CARD **** & LET ME WITHDRAW MY $473.72. THAT'S IT. I NEVER SAID REMOVE 2 CARDS ONLY 1 & GIVE ME MONEY I'M TRYING TO WITHDRAW. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WITHDRAW TINY AMOUNTS OF CHANGE EVERY DAY FROM $473.72.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.   I resolved the issue myself by taking a chance & going ahead & clicking the withdrawal button, despite the fact it kept showing $5 going to my PayPal yet the withdrawal button showed the $400 & change I was originally withdrawing.  I received my money, then yesterday a DraftKings' SuperVisor emailed me & corrected the error of removing the ban from a brand new credit card I had in my account that was wrongfully removed by one of the Representatives.

      I sent an email to the young woman who contacted me from The Better Business Bureau regarding my situation tell her thank U & I provided DraftKings' REAL phone number.  Thought I'd share it with The BBB - *************.  I called it August 2, 2022 but didn't leave a message or try to tap any numbers for the directory.  There was an image of DraftKings mapquest location online & their number was included in the image.  So passing this info along should it help The BBB for any upcoming complaints against DraftKings that you all may receive.  Thank you so much for taking my complaint & trying to help me resolve my problem.

      I deposit money to play because I was going to travel to ************ but plans fell through I tried to change my address and now they won't let me withdraw my money

      I was given a DraftKings gift card for some work I did for a friend. I attempted to use the card on my DraftKings app while in a state of ******** that allows sports gambling however the app would not allow me to use it. It denied the gift card giving me the following reason: "Your deposit failed due to your card's policy on real money wagering. For the highest success rate, we recommend funding your account through Online Banking." From 7/22-7/29 I have emailed DraftKings over 40 times to resolve my issue. In one of the emails I requested to talk to a representative over the phone. I haven't receive a phone call. They have yet to resolve my issue and honor the gift card they are selling in stores in the *****************. Currently, they have my account lock because I canceled my old account and attempted to open a new one to resolve the issue myself.

      I was placing two live ****** on Draftkings Sports book ******** as I'm a ******** resident I did one $5 dollar bet lost and proceeded to place the 2nd bet for $15 as I was watching the game on TV I seen the bet won I then proceeded to notice the winnings were not credited and their system converted the live wager player bet for another player in a different game. This i believe is fraud. I then went back to the live wagering screen and seen they had ******* ****** players under the title of ******* ********* vs ******** Rockies as my wager was on a player for the ********* in the ******* ********* vs ******** Rockies game. This was a complete waste of my time and my money $20 was taken on their site.

Live wagering is a fun and entertaining part of NY gaming and I hope you guys correct the error or at the least disable until it these errors don't happen. Once again the credit is appreciated but more importantly I hope to be able to utilize the live wagering especially on at bat or live plays just as long as what I am seeing is what is being processed I as a bettor can only enter wager so fast and if errors happen like a player being listed under a game he is not playing on is not fair.
