      I think they be cheating on games. My scores can be green all game then all of a sudden after 6/6 for the whole game then it shows a lost. I watched it for a reason too. People dont be wanting to be cheated either

      One of the worst customer service experiences. There is no live chat or phone number available for help unless youre someone who bets $100,000s a year ( you can see that on their member tiers). I opened a case because a gift card I bought that was a DraftKings gift card (not a third party card) would not deposit. Calling the number on the back confirmed the card was load and the funds attempting to be deposited matched what was available on the card. I contacted support on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 CST. I didnt receive a response from anyone until 3 hours later. It took another 3 hours to say well be back to you. Now Saturday morning, I have emailed 3 times asking what happens if a case is closed because in every automated response they send, it says at the top of the message Your case has been updated. If you have questions or concerns, please reply to this email; otherwise, your case will close in 48 hours. They are saying they are waiting to hear back from the gift card processor - this is a DraftKings card. How do you not have a streamlined process for someone you have your branded name ON. Three times I have asked if they dont respond in 48 hours because it is the weekend, what happens? This is the exact response Thanks for reaching back out to ************************* previously stated, we are unable to take any further action until we receive an update from the gift card processor. In the meantime, please feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns! Where in there anywhere is answer to the question???

      I'm currently seeking legal advice to try and obtain money from a subsidiary company name ********** that is owned by DraftKings. This company has shut down my account and is refusing to pay me my $5,000 winnings. I have repeatedly followed the instructions of reaching out via email. Because there is no phone number that is listed for me to speak to an actual representative. And their response has been sending out an email repeatedly to any question stating that a case has been opened with a number. But there is no further information other than we are extremely busy and will get back to you. I have waited over a week and the first response I got back was them showing me an email that I sent them claiming I need my money next thing that happened was they told me my account was being temporary shut down to January of 2026. With no information on when I will be receiving my winning tickets that I purchased online with their platform.

      I have never had an issue with my account being locked but after winning my 700 dollar bet last night, for some reason my account got flagged for "suspicious activities" I'm also a VIP member not to mention and I know **** well 700 is nothing compared to what other people are withdrawing. I'm lost I emailed multiple people and haven't heard back at all

      I would choose 0 stars if I could. Wont let you log in, locks your account for no reason. Cant get ahold of a real person, if you have money in your account and cant log it they dont care. If you win you might as well delete the app. You wont be able to log in again. Horrible, infuriating and frustrating

      I spoke my opinion to DraftKings Casino online, and they permanently blocked me. I was losing 80% of the time on their website. I was getting 3-5 winning spins, and 1 -2 bonuses out of ******* spins. I donated thousands of dollars on their website. When I told them about this, they immediately blocked me for 2yrs, and when I questioned them about my opinion they permanently deactivated my account. I have a right to freedom of speech, and DraftKings didn't like my opinion. I think they are the worst casino online to play. They are beyond totally rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. DON'T PLAY DRAFTKINGS CASINO ONLINE!

      DraftKings is preventing me from withdrawing funds because I haven't sent them the requested documents for verification. The confusing part is, I deposited money from the same bank account, yet I'm unable to withdraw back into it without this additional verification. They keep asking for photo ID next to my face and Ive sent it multiple times. They just want to keep the money so theyre stock price goes up.

      I tried to register or I registered for an online betting account to bet on the May 16, 2025 Preakness Stakes Horse Race using Draft Kings (DK). I question the validity of the account for several reasons: After adding the information into the system, I attempted to log into the account. Problem, it did accept the password I had just created. I reset the password and attempted again. This happened at least 5 times. At some point, the system asked me to deposit the money to place the bet, I did. However, I was unable to execute the bet because again it did not recognize the password. By that time, the race had already taken place. There was no confirmation of any bet, I received no account number, etc. I checked my bank account and $40 the amount of money I thought I deposited was different, thus $50 was pending in my bank account. I contacted ** immediately after these actions. After 4 more emails and no resolution, finally a DK *** asked me to go to the bottom right corner and select "More," then select withdraw. Problem is there is no "More" option available ANYWHERE on the page. I opened the link for my profile and the available balance shows "0.00." However, today my bank statement shows DK received $50 from my bank account. I have provided them screenshots validating my claim that there is no "More" link available anywhere. If there were a "More" link, I would be out of luch because there is no money in the account to withdraw!! Please make this review available to those seeking information about the experience others have had to endure before betting. Please help me to have my money returned. Thank you!

      I accidentally left my work VPN on and Draftkings immediately banned my account and stole the 14k I deposited it. I got an email stating I forfeit my right to collect my deposited money for making a mistake. DraftKings is the worst betting site ever

      They locked me out of my account with funds I havent withdrawn yet. Been emailing the last 48. No help talking to a robot all day.
