      After making several deposits, I attempted to cash out my winnings of over $1000. (Username Josiesosa76 and email ********************* My account was suddenly suspended with no advance notification and no actual specific description or explanation of why. After researching, I see that DraftKings has a habit of taking customers money and then using a cookie cutter rule that they mold to fit your circumstances in order to close accounts and say you forfeit your money. I have reached out to the joke of a support team multiple times for help or an explanation and even reached out to the *** directly. I have not received one ***** of my money that I initiated a withdrawal on and can not get an answer from anyone.

      On 8/10/2022 I made a $100 live betat +130 on the ********* moneyline when down 1-0 to the Royals on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Sox proceeded to go up 3-1 in the next inning, about 15 minutes after I made the water. Since it was a rather large bet for my standards I went to go make a hedge bet on the Royals ML to recoup my original wager if the Royals ended up winning, but the live odds were not available. I tried multiple times over a 20 min time period, but I could not access due to the live betting system being down. DK was well aware of the outage because a banner message in the app indicated so. In fact, it was down for hours. The Royals ended up winning the game without me being able to recoup the funds with a hedge bet. As a long time customer of DK, I wrote to them explaining the situation while the game was still going on. I wrote requesting a refund of my $100 wager. I figured it was fair to refund if they let me make a live bet but then not allow another one to hedge, just 15 minutes later. They denied my request multiple times, even indicating that they posted live lines. This was obviously not the case because they had indicated the system was down. I requested to escalate to a manager on Friday(8/12) but have yet to hear back. Ive attached all correspondence with the company.I preferred to resolve this with DK directly, however they have not responded accordingly, hence my escalation.

      I placed a $250 deposit with my casino account associated with DraftKings. As part of a promotion, I received a bonus of $125. This bonus was subject to play through requirements, which I failed to meet. I played several games over the week and was down $40 when the play through period ended. I understood I would forfeit the bonus ($125) and associated winnings (none as I was down money). DraftKings removed $351 from my account as a rollover bonus forfeit. I am seeking a return of $226 ($351-$125) as all that should have been forfeited was the $125 bonus.

      I have been gambling on draft kings for2 and a half months. I have wagered over ******. I'm v.i.p. I finally have real money coming in. Then I get a notice my account is permanently closed. I called and emailed them. I even had an account manager running my account. He was placed there by draftkings themselves. I contacted him,I figured it was something silly and I could have it reinstated. He informed me that there were 2 accounts in my name and that is a rule they won't budge. I was looking through my bank statements and had over **** dollars stolen. My email was hacked, all my casino accounts had double accounts. My identity had been stolen. I contacted authorities and filing a police report. This is a darn shame. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much. Have a great day.

      I sent a previous message in regards to this complaint yesterday but I feel I may not have provided enough information such as requesting a refund. My complaint is against DraftKings *** at ******************************************************. I opened an account with DraftKings om May 15th, 2022 & in a little more than 2 months I quickly lost over $750. My complaint is that it seems like whenever you win money on DraftKings sportsbook your luck then goes the other way in the DraftKings casino. I also find there odds very deceptive & difficult to understand. For example I bet on a tennis match that was live in game on a player with ***** odds of losing & I almost lost. I bet $30.00 with a payout of only $30.50 & again almost lost on this match. I also feel that overall DraftKings has a very confusing website, especially for someone new to sports betting.

      I feel that Draftkings has a very deceptive website & that whenever you seem to win money on Sportsbook you than lose it if you ****** in the Draftkings casino. I also feel that the odds they display are hard to understand. I feel its a site where they make it very difficult to win any money.. I would like a refund for the $750 I lost with Draftkings..

      DraftKings stole money from me. They closed my account when I had a lot of money pending. I want to file a lawsuit against them if they are illegally refusing to pay me

      Draft kings is a mobile app betting service. I signed up and deposited $500. They were running a promotion where they match your deposit (so in this case, $500 was added to my account). My balance was $1,000. I played a little and my balance fluctuated a bit, dropping maybe as low as $800. When I stopped playing my balance was at $1,000.05. Today I logged back in after about 6 weeks of not playing so I can transfer my money to my bank, and my balance reads $0. Draft kings stole my money and is refusing to give it back! They can keep their stupid $500 bonus, I want my initial $500 back! I maintained a balance where I didnt lose money! How can they justify taking my balance down to $0!?!? In the photos attached, you see my balance as $0 and the transactions. (Note: they gave also gave a $50 credit when I signed up which I turned into $65 and withdrew right away.) The transaction at the bottom, what they call a promotion shows the negative $500.05 they decided to steal from me.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

      Please note that the matter was resolved through direct email and not without the threat of legal action, and multiple emails over several months. **************** was unhelpful until I found the email of the ** of legal and contacted him directly. Be wary of this company.

      I was part of a class action suit that Draftkings lost and received a partial refund added to my account but they won't let me back in with my password so I can retrieve it. Help please.
