      0 stars is what i give them they stoled money out of my bank account and wouldnt give it back and they are the worst **** ppl alive i had id thief and they charged my bank 380 dollors and i dont have a account with them at all didnt even know what it was til i looked them up got in my account at 230am THEY ARE THE SHADYS **** PPL I HAVE EVERY SEEN. I GIVE THEM -25 ON STARS THEVIES

      Ive been waiting for my withdrawal for over 10 days now, they tell me to contact Interac, ******* says they have no record of it and to contact DraftKings. Customer support is awful Where is my money I withdrew?!?!

      My phone number has changed. I've been trying to access my account for the past three months and have contacted support several times to update my number. I need access to my crowns and funds in the account. Still not resolved

      This app is an absolute joke. I had doubled my money and planned on withdrawing it and then I get hit with an identification question. Thats fine I do it and then they say your account is unfortunately going to be permanently closed. I did everything they asked for showed my face showed the ** clearly so they could see it as well, this stuff has never happened on any other betting app and I thought draft kings was trust worthy of my money and I been proven wrong.

      I will be filing a lawsuit against draftkings for not allowing me to withdrawal my funds.. When I deposited there was no form of verification.. And as soon as I win $1,624.11 to be exact, now they want me to verify my account. S**** ********************** ill see you in court!! Ive already contacted an attorney. If i dont get my funds before next week ill see you guys soon. -***********************

      I set a betting limit, and the limit factored in existing bets. Now I can't bet at all. And I only did the limit because they were running a promotion if you set one.

      The absolute worst customer support service Ive ever dealt with ! Each time I try to make withdrawals from my Draftkings account, they lock my account and make me go through a series of hoops. Which in my opinion is to make the customer give up, cancel the withdrawal, and just re ****** it back into the casino. When trying to reach out to customer service expect to wait a number of days (NOT THE 4 HOURS THEY CLAIM) before you get a response! They falsely advertise they have 24/7 365 days a year live support but that is far from true ! If you like throwing money away this is the casino to do just that. I have played thousands and thousands! Literally to be exact $37,680.00 deposited into my account, the withdrawals Ive made total $14,950.00 . Just recently I quit using their platform due to spending ******* and not a single spin bet or wager did I get a bonus ! 489 spins and never hit a single payout at all different denominations! Please do not give this establishment your hard earned money , your 401k your retirements . Spend that money on yourself or your family! Because this company/establishment is an absolute theft and robbery ! Again they are thiefs, I threaten to contact the gaming commission due to the unfair play and suspicion that the games are fixed or rigged and now Im fully locked out and support wont even contact me back . Im unable to even log into my account to get the transcripts or my transactions or even my tax documents! Again please beware of Draftkings !

      I won money on the platform. Its been over a month since I tried to initiate a withdrawal. Upon doing so they asked for more documents to verify identity. In all I sent front and back of my ID, a pic of me holding id next to my face w date, my marriage certificate, a utility bill , and several other docs. Its been over a month now since *** sent all this in and I still dont even get a response. At this point I dont care about the account. I want my money that I deposited and won thats being wrongfully held from me.
