      DraftKings has a very sorry support operation when you run into an issue. I literally got a reply from at least 15 different support employees, and none of them appeared to have a clue about how to fix my issues. I had location issues due to the .apk app they required me to download to place bets. They LOCKED ME OUT rather than work with me to fix it. I received a clean bill of health on my phone from a professional service who came in and performed full diagnostic checks. I was in touch with DK techs all day regarding technical issues. Yet, not one of the technicians who put their responses in writing seemed to have looked back at any other messages. It was really a pain all around to deal with that kind of setup. ***** USERS OF GAMBLING APPS BEWARE. Your phone may have a problem with location if you download the "alternate" .apk application, which these betting apps like DK are going to just blame customers for instead of fixing their own glitch. Worse, if you run a fantasy account and a sportsbook account with **********************, the balances can get confused by the system every now and then. You get double billed. Keep an eye out for it. It happened to me twice. I lost $58 in contest winnings from the fantasy app before it went back to normal and no balance sharing. Then after downloading the apk app the problem was back. I could not use the sportsbook because of the other apk glitch and then decided to use the fantasy app, where I had about $48 in credit. I spent it down to around 9 bucks and then logged into the Sportsbook app to see if I could get location working to place ****** for the first time in *****. (I have had no issues with the ****** Play Store app in **, but ***** or ****** Play is restricting that app here). I found my balance in the sportsbook had deductions matching what I just spent on the fantasy app. These had two different balances prior to this discovery. These apps are not secure. The ****** Play version is secure.

      If I could leave zero (0) stars I would. Draftkings is A HUGGGGEEE SCAMMM!!! Do your research prior to starting up with them!!! SEVERAL PEOPLE (most of which I referred) now have issues receiving money from them. (All of their winnings!!) In total almost $1000. I have been going back and fourth with different "draftking advocates" leaving 4 voicemails a week (no callbacks) they have now blocked me from even getting into my account. I have gone through the routine of bank statements, pictures of ID and of me holding my ID, etc. I was told once a check would be arriving **** business days..,(this was 26 business days ago) I am now just going to see what I can do legally (if anything) because there is no way this is legal. Draftkings is a poor company and should not even be in business anymore. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU KNOW SPORTS AND ARE EVEN DECENT AT PICKING WINNING BETS!!! This company is a JOKE!!!! Draftkings you should really do better and treat your customers with decency and respect!!!! Be honest with the way you do business prior to letting customers open accounts and NOT blindside them!!!! Not a good look at all!!! No sir no ma'am!!!!

      They restricted my account without reason, I have $25 in my casino account and my account is not let me log in , Draft king wants more of my personal information after 3 months of playing, they have yet to tell me why Im restricted and according to me, Theft of my $25 is illegal and I just might get my lawyer involved, they have my banking information, thats good enough plus a picture of me holding up my license(, drivers), 1 dollar or a million dollars thats theft in my eyes

      Illegally taking peoples money, placed a 115 dollar money line bet and they tried to tell me that I bet it on a second set of a game which I did not. Multiple reports of this happening how is this legal/ not regulated I literally lost over ********************************************************************************************************************* the bet was placed correctly. No it was not.

      "Put a 5$ bet, and we'll give you 200$" is the offer that got me back into gambling after 15 years. I'm fine that i lost my bet. (I always lose, that's why i gave up gambling years ago.) But the fact that i got 0$ compensation for their lies should be criminal! There is no better case for false advertising than this! Our government is currupt, i get it, but can we just kill these scam f**** yet? I'm getting pretty tired waiting for a way to make things right in a civil way when there are economic terrorists in our midst. Draft kings, i yearn for the day that your heads are on spikes! ??

      Brutal. They lost my withdrawal of $1000 and make me feel like it's my fault. No idea where my money is and they don't care. I'm not spending another dime

      They are crooks..........if you bet 100 bucks and then win a 10 bucks your take should be 200 bucks not here you just get back you 100 bucks. In a REAL casino...........you get your BET back AND your winnings.............draft kings **** on you. I wish there were NO stars

      They will not let you cash your winnings out they take but don't give look at reviews on reddit before you download they restrict your account upon withdrawing and ask for proof of things but it's never ending and never good enough don't waste your time or money

      I think there very inconsiderate and not worthy. They don't operate right it should be a phone number to handle business not texting like children.
