      Please look into this corrupt business, I have evidence of false advertising. They do not follow the payout structure of their owns contests. They have unhelpful support teams that move goal posts off the issues raised. Horrible site, look into this company immediately please - especially the law-breaking "Best Ball" contests they scam people on.

      Draft king are scammers I won 400 On a bet and went for payout and then they flagged my account. They still havent released my money even after verification. This site is a fraud

      I opted in on a deposit 100 get 50 in casino bets free. After I won 48 betting on casino I had 198 I tried betting 25 on a hockey game and couldnt I also couldnt withdraw my 100 I deposited back I said forget the ***************************************************** my 100 back i had to play 10x my 100 plus 50 bonus **** before i even had access to my 100 i ended up losing all of it at the 800 **** total hostage taking of my 100 i closed account **** scam artists support laughs at you

      Company should be thoroughly investigated. Not paid off bs audits either. They scammed me out of $5,000. Company is run by incompetent youth, much better options out there.

      They require minimum information to put money on but once you want to withdraw they need all sorts of documentation. Initially, all I wanted to do was change my phone number which required endless amounts of information so I decided to just withdraw my funds. Now I need more documentation than when I had to put money on. I'm sure once I provide that information they will want more information. I regret ever giving this company my SSN to sign up.

      I have won 4 different bets on draft kings site. for $25.54, $31.49, $7.01, $3.64 One has fallen off my bets. $31.49. I have sent a email about the issue. I was sent a link to talk about how the betting ***********. If I can not get this solved soon I will fial a complaint with the BBB. This is the first time in 7 years I had a issue. We think for a company making bets with would be straight and honest not try to cheet people.

      I placed a $2,000 bet on a player to win, and with higher bets Support has to approve it, which they didn't deny it. The bet would've been $5,600 in winnings and they took my money out of my account so I couldn't use it, then waited until my guy won and then they apparently didn't place the bet after seeing my player won which would've paid me out the $5,600.

      DraftKings suspended my account for 6 months after winning big. They wont let me withdraw any of my money and I also contacted commission regarding my account. I havent been paid since the win on Oct 24th.

      DraftKings has a very sorry support operation when you run into an issue. I literally got a reply from at least 15 different support employees, and none of them appeared to have a clue about how to fix my issues. I had location issues due to the .apk app they required me to download to place bets. They LOCKED ME OUT rather than work with me to fix it. I received a clean bill of health on my phone from a professional service who came in and performed full diagnostic checks. I was in touch with DK techs all day regarding technical issues. Yet, not one of the technicians who put their responses in writing seemed to have looked back at any other messages. It was really a pain all around to deal with that kind of setup. ***** USERS OF GAMBLING APPS BEWARE. Your phone may have a problem with location if you download the "alternate" .apk application, which these betting apps like DK are going to just blame customers for instead of fixing their own glitch. Worse, if you run a fantasy account and a sportsbook account with **********************, the balances can get confused by the system every now and then. You get double billed. Keep an eye out for it. It happened to me twice. I lost $58 in contest winnings from the fantasy app before it went back to normal and no balance sharing. Then after downloading the apk app the problem was back. I could not use the sportsbook because of the other apk glitch and then decided to use the fantasy app, where I had about $48 in credit. I spent it down to around 9 bucks and then logged into the Sportsbook app to see if I could get location working to place ****** for the first time in *****. (I have had no issues with the ****** Play Store app in **, but ***** or ****** Play is restricting that app here). I found my balance in the sportsbook had deductions matching what I just spent on the fantasy app. These had two different balances prior to this discovery. These apps are not secure. The ****** Play version is secure.
