      Hopper is a scam. I had canceled about a month ago and they stated that they couldnt refund my money but give me travel credit that I can use for up to a year. Ive been trying to buy a ticket using my credit but they keep stating that they are working with the ticketing team and waiting on the status. Its already been a full day and Ive yet to hear a response from them. Ive given them my credit card information to pay for the difference but I still dont have a ticket. They are the worst and wont use them again the future. They are scammers and steal your money. Stay far away from them.

      DO NOT TRUST! Great potential but they can and will steal ****************** youll not be charged or it will only be a temporary charge & then not refund the charge or have the decency to communicate when you follow their rules for help!.. I placed a booking for a hotel, and it said there was an error and it didnt go through and that I wont be charged. So I had to do it again. The system then double booked and double charged me! ZERO help or response or refund despite saying well be in touch within 24 hours its a LIE!. I could barely afford the one night I booked, let alone be double charged for something I had ZERO benefit from! SHAME ON YOU HOPPER!. Unless I get a refund I will 100% NOT recommend and will deter people from the site and pass on my review to as many places as possible as this is FRAUD AND THEFT!!!!

      Had issues with hopper changing my flight. They changed my flight 3 times and then I had to pay over 40 dollars to talk to an assistant just for them to not be able to do anything after being told my flight got canceled .** military and it's very difficult to change my flight times due to time constraints .This site is a compete scam. I have no idea if I will be able to get a refund on that call or the canceled flight. They also offer many services like a price freeze for flights, but they are very expensive and don't work so they just add to the pile of scams on this app.

      Do not use this App they will steal your money !!!!!!. I paid $1,500 for a ticket to ******** they gave me three different airlines that I had to disembark on each itinerary airline ***** refuse to board me at the connection at *** I was stuck there ****** refused to reimburse my money had brought extra insurance ****** was offering for the flight insurance . Their insurance company alliance refuse did not email me any information on how to file a claim. After I spoke with the Agent there Hopper is a big hacker company and a co-broke with the airlines to bamboozer your money.

      Garbage Ive booked with different companies and this company for some reason . Has no where to call them. I get charged 700$ and because of a glitch in their system. Being an emergency it was stressful. I still get charged the 700$ and no one can help . Plus I cant get no refund

      ****** got me with the good ole bait and switch. I reserved a rental car and paid upfront and the day I arrived to ********* I was told my car was no longer available and that my rental reservation was non-refundable. So I asked for another car was told there were none available in my price range and I would had to pay $200 more for the new reservation. I made them aware I did not want a more expensive car I wanted my money back to rent elsewhere. I spoke with 4 different agents via chat message after I paid $10 for vip service I kept being told they would follow up with my in 24 hours just to get another rep and start the entire process over with no resolution. They just kept telling me someone from a dr ********** would follow up with me. This happened March 2023 its now June 2023 I never renting a car or received a refund. Hopper is Very deceptive and malicious business that i would never recommend to anyone. They basically stole my money and said it was in the small print that your car was non-refundable. You can give my reservation to someone else then say its my fault and taken my money I am so hurt and disappointed by the way I have been treated.

      Worst experience to redeem the credit. The problem or the option they provided me as below.My opinion to Hopper service based on the option they give me to redeem the cancellation ticket:If I buy as a new reservation I am paying less than what you ask me to pay includes credit for 2 full tickets and 1 infant If you are in my situation, will you really be happy? Or will you be frustrated or feel like cheated? When I purchased cancel for any reason it doesnt mention anywhere in the policy and terms and conditions. Open the cancel for any reason policy and show me where does it states this rule? I am going to take this issue as far as I can as I feel like cheated and lost my money.

      Hopper used a reservation I did make and made a fraudulent reservation at the same hotel for similar days. I had no clue about the reservation until I showed up at the hotel. The hotel cancelled the fraudulent reservation without any issue but Hopper refused to release the funds back. Of course the only way to contact customer service is through email. Over the course of 3 weeks, I had responses on one email chain from THIRTEEN different agents all saying they were working on the case and waiting to hear from the hotel. I personally talked to the manager of the hotel who had given Hopper all the documentation they needed to refund the money but Hopper kept saying they never got it and could never reach the hotel. They were given the managers cell phone number by me! I had to pay $25 to upgrade to VIP customer service to chat with a live agent and magically they had it resolved in a matter of hours. Not only did they make a fraudulent reservation, they held onto $380 and would not refund it until I paid $25 more. Worst company ever!!

      Vacation spoiler do not trust!1. 100% refundable is not $65 in credit to my card and $260 in hopper credit when total $479. 2. Choose ************* arriving 3:49 for my safety and then find out it was change to arrive the next day at 1:00am. Try to contact and now worry about the car rental, since it was Through this company definitely will be spreading my voice So this dont happen to anybody else.

      Their app was easy to use. I uploaded a new credit card and made sure to select it as my form of payment for a flight that I need in order to attend a funeral. I went through all the extra motions, selecting an upsell option for flight ******************** insurance. However, when I got to the final screen and it showed me the overall cost including the $10 discount it provided, the confirmation I received for payment was for the incorrect card! There is no way to conveniently refund this card and swap the payment to the correct one! If I want to speak with someone quickly, I am expected to pay a fee! Now, I have over $500 added to a credit card that will charge me interest, whereas the one I selected would not have. This is an extreme inconvenience as I am currently unemployed and trying to make ends meet. Any small cost is detrimental to my financial well being.
