      0 stars for this app. I booked my reservation and was confirmed for my flight. When I get to the airport they the airline agent told me my reservation was canceled. I never received any information from them or the airline about my reservation being canceled. The airline agent told I was canceled due to none payment. I sent my bank transaction to them showing the payment have been collected. Be going back and fort with the hopper app customer support teams and the airline and no one wants to take responsibility and give me a reason as to why my reservation was canceled. They only want to refund me . I have explained and send them proof of me having to purchase new reservations at the airport last minute that cost me a lot more than my original reservation. They dont want to compensate me of nothing. They both pointing fingers at each others and still cant give me a reason for the cancellation.The flight was a full flight, so I think they over sell the seats and canceled my reservation. I will never use this third party hopper app or spirit again. They are not reliable.

      I booked a flight for my family (5 members) and received an email from Hopper that said Confirmed. Youre on your way. The next day I opened another email from Hopper saying my flight was canceled. I called the airline and was told my reservation was there (and woul;d be until 23:59), but Hopper had to complete the reservation. After hours emailing various members of customer support, ************ revealed *********************** misleading secret: confirmed doesnt really mean confirmed. In his words, the email that you may have received was a confirmation that we got your flight request and we are working on it. (As a side note, the flight that I had booked went ** in price by $65 per ticket by the time I received the cancellation email. By the time I was done with my back and forth with Hopper, it had gone up by $105.)So, beware booking on Hopperwhen you get your confirmation email, that doesnt mean you actually have tickets.

      If i could give 0 stars i would. The airline changed my mom flight, and im trying to get a hold on someone, i sent 3 emails request so far, they all copy and past saying exactly same thing:"Hi ******,Thanks for reaching out!I apologize for any delay in getting back to you, and thank you for your patience. Your inquiry is a priority for **. I am looking forward to helping you and am looking into this now. I will get back to you as soon as possible!" Always.. no one never get back to me, ever.... They do that in order to customers spend money on a VIP support, witch is $25 dollars or we have to paid the airline 3rd part fee for cancelation or flight change. .. what kind of support is that?!?!

      I do not recommend using hyper and will not use them ever again after my recent experience. I Purchased a round-trip flight using different airlines. I did not know that by purchasing flights on two different airlines would result in my baggage not being transferred. This seems to be some thing that should have been communicated. Additionally, how is someone supposed to make a connecting flight if they are supposed to go get their baggage and check back in to Security. That was never communicated, and I am now stranded without any luggage and no way to contact a live agent. They make it impossible to reach them by phone. I now know that they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use Hopper and save yourself time money, and a headache.

      I have a complaint about a horrible experience I had using hopper. I flew to ***** and had a very long delay, the airline that I chose didn't do a free or discounted checked bag. The tsa threw away sealed food and my underwear/lingerie. The airline also didn't offer any snacks. I had a great trip except for the traveling. I would never use hopper or frontier ever again.

      I downloaded the app for booking hotel and was quoted diffrent prices after they took my money from my account of ****** dollars i have been reaching out since may 13th,2023 i have recieved some phone calls about my refund that is suppose to be refunded this number is listed just to get your funds and get busy signal,they disarmed the app from your telephone number so you cant get your refund,some people who cant speak english.i would like my refund back.

      Hoppers customer service is not worth all the back and forth .It is an absolute joke of customer service. I still have a credit and if I cant get help to use it then I want a refund. I don't understand why trying to use a credit would be so hard . Cant they just put it in carrot cash on your profile so you can book for the future ? Maybe you should try being a little more customer friendly make your customers want to return for business not push them away !

      I was charged $33 for VIP service. I did not request this service. I only inquired about adding insurance to a flight after paying. It took hours before I got a response and no suitable solution was given to me. No where in their app was there anything about being charged to reach out to someone via chat in the app. Someone responded hours after, with no real solution. The solution given ws to cancel ticket, rebook and add insurance. I wanted to pay separately and was not given that option. Hoppers does not send a receipt until 24 hrs after. My fligjt was $628, I received a receipt this morning with a charge of $660. $33 was added for VIP. I never requested VIP through chat, no mention of a $33 charge was displayed anywhere on their web site. I consider this to be hidden charges. I find this company to be deceitful. It is very difficult to reach anyone to get any kind of assistance. you all had a hidden fee and this fee was not transparent... There as to be a level of customer service. The only form of customer service are Pre questions with answers, this is not sufficient. My question was not one of the pre questions and therefore I was unable to get an answer. There was no where to ask how to apply insurance separately after purchase was made. All in all, the service is little to none. There is no way to remedy anything. Once you make a purchase, you are pretty much on your own.I don't suggest anyone using this app to urchase a flight. It os best to go directly to the airlines.I have no remedy as I cannot reach anyone This is bad business for customers. Show more

      I had flights booked with a friend through Hopper to go to ****** 1/2022. Flights were cancelled due to the border being closed, so we got flight credits. We both rebooked for May 2023 with flight credits, plus paid an extra $300+ each to rebook. Hopper then changed just my flight several times with several layovers and would not change my ************** to be the same (or vice versa). Now we are less than a month out from the trip and she gets a message that her flight credit is actually not valid and she no longer has a flight. We both booked the exact same way through Hopper so this makes no sense. Hoppers customer service keeps passing us around to different departments and nobody is giving us an answer besides that we can each pay an additional $300 to change our flights (again). At this point wed both just like refunds because I will never trust them with flights again. Horrible customer service and a horrible experience for what should have been a great trip. I will never use them again. Warning to others to just always book through the airline directly! This is the second time Ive had major issues with Hopper cancelling/changing flights and offering zero support.

      Dont use the change for any reason ever. I booked a flight and purchased the change for any reason. When it was time to change my flight, I literally couldnt change some of the terms they offered. In my specific case this was departure and arrive destinations. So I attempted to submit a support request via email and there was no path to submit a change flight support. I emailed their support email directly, and was told to submit a request via the app. I tried via a different path. I had to be forced to purchase VIP support to redeem my flight change because they said there are certain features you cant redeem in app. So I had to book a new flight and then provide them with my new booking details. When it was time for a refund the only option was PayPal. Is this a scam. Ive never heard of a business force you to make a PayPal account to receive a refund.I will be deleting this app and using other flight tracking means. Unfortunately my credit card books on top of hopper as well and I experienced some of the same problems with booking a regular flight and their flight data not updating which caused me to miss out on $150 savings.
