      Trying to get a 100 percent refund since our daughter had emergency deployment. Terrible they would not give a full refund said we had to go through the airlines they booked. Ridiculous.

      This site has very limited availability on certain flights and hotels, which are publicly available and reservable on many other OTAs, TAs, and aggregators. This discourages customers from using the site. In case of *********** customers, the lack of availability on flights and hotels make the credit nowhere to use. We will be filling complaints to *********** toreconsider their partnershipwith Hopper.

      I booked my honeymoon through hopper. We have four legs to the trip, and one leg got cancelled by the airline. Im a long time customer at **********************, and the airline in question didnt have any way for me to reach an actual agent. I wanted hopper to help mediate or rebook me or compensate me for their bad partner, but they offered me nothing. Im out hundreds of dollars in hotels and dinner reservations with no help from Hopper over a month out. They are less than useless since it is booked through these airlines directly at least they would have to answer to me.

      I booked a hotel room with hopper and on the listing it clearly indicates that the room has a pool however after calling the hotel, they verified that there is in fact no pool. Hopper refuses to issue a refund or make any sort of accommodation to make this matter right. They should issue a refund due to inaccurate information listed on their website.

      ************ have been fighting for a partial refund since March 21 and have gotten nowhere. Calls go to a never ending circle of wasted time. I would contact the *** but I am guessing it is also useless as who would run a company like this. Instead, we will be reaching out to the Federal Trade Commision along with ***************** In addition, our attorney has contacted the ** Attorney General.

      I cancelled a flight through Hopper and was told I would have a flight credit through American that would appear on my account. After 24 hours of not seeing the credit on my account I called back and was told they could help me with booking a new flight after seeing the credit was on my account. After being put on hold for 30 mins I was told he would have to call me back, he never called me back. I called back a few days later and was told that there was no flight credit. I told her of the previous conversations where their agents told me there was a credit, she told me a manager would have to investigate and call me back. They never called me back. I called back today and was hungup on immediately. Avoid this company.

      I would give zero stars if I could. My flight was delayed by five hours. I had purchased flight disruption assistance for an extra $12, and got absolutely zero assistance because Hopper did not recognize the delay. On top of that, I had a hard time getting in touch with an actual person to explain the situation, and when I did reach a real agent, he spoke very fast and muffled, and was rude to me when I had him repeat himself. I will be deleting the app and never using, again.

      Hopper is a scam, I earned money from refer a friend program , but they never let me use credits to use in hotel. Wasted time and effort.

      This company took no fault or responsibility for their actions. We are out almost $300 for finding a more affordable flight and they do not deposit credits for the difference into your account. We cancelled our original flight since we found a less expensive one and they kept our money. Called them back and forth for over a month, sat on hold for HOURS to get no results. Youd think for a multi-million dollar business that we have used for years that they would try to make their mistakes right/corrected. **** in the management department was rude and deflected all of the blame to the airline, which, is simply not true. We booked through Hopper therefore, it is Hoppers responsibility. We talked to him for 3+ hours on February 23, **** and he did nothing to rectify the situation. **** in management had no empathy or willingness to help us. We are very frustrated and we and everyone we know will never be using Hopper again. They have no business morals and they are completely against any sort of customer service. To be *****, they are crooks.
