      This has more to do with the return process. Today I've been waiting over a month for an exchange to be sent out. I have called 4 times now with no resolution. I've been told someone will call me back and they will expedite this process. I feel defeated at this point. Never again.

      I love CONVERSE shoes. I've worn them my entire life. But I've spoken to 4 different people on the phone today trying to get this pair of shoes (All ******************) at the price of $34.79 they have listed. When you add it to the cart, it is full price. They tell me it's not on sale and refuse to honor it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT is real.

      Wanted to place a customer order. The total for 1 pair of custom shoes was $100. I wanted to know if I should order wide or regular so I reached out via chat feature, asking where I can try on both fits prior to placing my order. The outsourced employee was completely useless. I asked him the same simple question over and over. He was not capable of understanding. I tried calling customer service. There are NO American customer service reps. **** advised that all the agents are outsourced. I asked to talk to a manager. After a while of waiting, I was transferred over. The manager advised that while there were several locations where I could try on the wide vs standard sizing, the closest location to me was about 45 min away in ************. Luckily I was smart enough to call first. The store advised me that the outsourced customer service manager was incorrect, and that not only do they not have wide to try on in their store, but they don't have wide to try on in any of their stores. Because I cant try on the different fits prior to placing an online order, I won't be ordering at all. And shame on Converse for outsourcing all their customer service, and putting profit before customer experience. My time was wasted and I was given false information due to their outsourced customer service employees.

      I would leave zero stars if I could. I purchased a $50 digital gift card online. When I went to use the gift card, the website seemed to glitch and it said the sale was made, but only a portion of the screen would show up. I called customer service and they reassured me over and over that the order was placed successfully. At this time, the order showed in my account history as well. A few minutes later, the transaction no longer showed in my account. I called in again and they confirmed the order was not completed. I tried my gift card to redo the order, but the balance was now at $0. It had been used, but there was no transaction it was used on. The customer service representative assured me they would send me a new digital gift card by ***. Never received. I called in the next day and was on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to get resolution. They insisted there was nothing they could do until the gift card department re-issued me a new gift card. They escalated to a supervisor and she was even worse than the first representative I dealt with and offered ZERO resolution. Told me I would have to now wait 7 days for a new digital gift card. At that point, the sale (the purpose of my original purchase) would be over. Zero resolution or consolation. At this point, I doubt that I will ever even receive my digital gift card. Horrific business practice. My money has essentially been stolen from me by Converse and there is nothing being done about it. Totally unacceptable and highly disappointing.

      I ordered a digital gift card as a Christmas gift. Easy, right? It wasnt received, even after checking junk, spam, accidentally deleted or archived, etc. Three attempts at resolution with customer service has resulted in be patient, estimated time to resend is 7-10 days. For an email?? Cant just cancel the order and send a new code?This is super disappointing from an iconic brand. I never would have expected this from Converse. I wouldnt be here complaining on my own behalf, but this whole debacle on what should have been a no brainer transaction impacted my sisters Xmas present. Very disappointing all around.

      Converse received my return order on November 29th and I have yet to receive my money back. Ive called them twice. To no avail. Its been over 39 days.

      I ordered shoes and expedited the shipping. The shoes I received were completely wrong. Wrong size, wrong color and wrong style. Started the return and noticed they were going to refund me for only the cost of the shoes, not the shipping. I tried to explain that it was not my fault they sent the wrong shoes and I should not be charged for shipping or expedited shipping.Lady (obviously from another country) told me to send the shoes back and then call back for a refund of shipping otherwise the other refund would be delayed. Also, it is going to take over 3 weeks to get my refund. Unacceptable. Buyer beware. Just go to the store and purchase them if you really want Converse shoes. Their online store is inept.

      I ordered custom made sneakers for my son. I moved just before the sneakers were to arrive which was late so to oversea issues. The original arrival date was before my move. I had done a change of address with the post office and **** The package was returned to sender the warehouse. What happens to the custom made sneakers at the warehouse. I wish I had read all of these reviews before ordering my son custom sneakers for Christmas. Let's see how long I get a call back from management

      20 days and still havent got my money back, we called and every time its a overseas call center who have no clue why the order was wrong and dont know when youre money will be returned. Never buy from **** again

      This firm steals people's hard earned money. Mr. ************ is a thief, he is one of the representatives at Converse and l still haven't received my refunds yet from them even do the items were paid for. I never received it. Very BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
