      I placed 2 custom orders. Both shipped from ****. One pair has a significantly & noticeably wider toe cap than the other. I contacted Converse. I then filled out a claim form with photos as it is a defect. Claim denied. I own MANY pairs of Converse. I expect the brand to have good quality control practices in place. Obviously they do not. Now I have a pair of shoes that look like I bought them off of an irregular rack instead of a cool pair of custom kicks. Im EXTREMELY disappointed in the company. This is not how a brand with such a long standing ******************** should handle a manufacturing mistake. Converse has lost a dedicated customer. I do not recommend ordering shoes from them online. You dont know what youll receive & if there is an issue, youre out of luck. Shame on you Converse!

      If I could give zero I would. I have worn Converse my entire life. Even for every event, I should've been in heels. I am 25 and they have forever been my tride and true. If ever I had an issue it was corrected and addressed almost immediately. Since **** took over the brand, overall care and customer service have dropped rapidly. Resorting to sourcing their ************* Base Team out of the country to save money. Their system has no protection in place for correcting and ordering. I spent $100 on shoes and shipping to have my new pair shipped. I always order a new pair when the old ones wear at the soles. I have been looking at the embroidery collection for months... but never actually purchasing. Finally, I caved, as did the soles of my old ones. My "cache" auto filled an old address which I have not lived at in 5 years. I moved for the military across the country and the shoes somehow got shipped there via Apple pay using an old address. Converse told me to call *** and have the order corrected. That they cannot do that. *** tells me they cannot do that. Converse created the label but that converse absolutely can change the shipping information for me! That they know this because converse creates the labels and has them picked up from their facilities. SO back to converse I go.I was gaslit several times during my conversations and told I should have verified my address. I was also told I have to wait for 24 hours after they deliver my shoes (to the wrong address) for me to report the item missing, and receive a refund to REPLACE THE ****** How much sense does that make? So not only is someone else going to get my shoes. I have to report it, wait 3-5 days for my money back, then try to REplace the order. What an absolute disappointment and disgrace. I'm sad. I will never support this company again. After 25 years I have to find a new shoe. I refuse to ever have to deal with this again. Do better.

      CONVERSE-Your company has provided the absolute worst customer service Ive ever dealt with I order over $100 in gift cards which had no tracking information. I never received them. I waited the allowed 14 business days-which we all know mail doesnt take 14 business days. These gift cards had a delivery date of December 11, and I wasnt able to make a claim until December 27th. Then I was told they would NOT refund my money but send me an E-gift card. It is January 4th and I still have no gift card but am out $$$. I have called multiple times and been told theres nothing anyone can do-I have to wait for their gift card department to approve it. All the while-gave this company my money-and nothing received.Converse-do better. Treat your customers better. Have a better system in place.

      Placed an order, received it, sent it back. It took almost a month after it was received at their warehouse for my refund to be processed. **************** was good enough bc they couldn't really do much more. I will never order from converse website again.

      They resulted in my bank account being negative because they charged it 12 days after I placed the order and 4 days after I received the shoes, while i thought they were paid for the minute I made the order because my bank sent me a notification of it going through. **************** is trash and they honestly don't care about their customers. This was my very first and last purchase from Converse

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not deliver orders to customers instead they deliver to business and then customers have to drive to get trackage they paid shipping on!??!! No accountability on their part!

      Another ordering and canceling problem. Can't cancel even though product is not shipping. Agent advised too late to cancel but was unable to say when the shoes will ship. If the business can't fill order, it should be able to cancel. Now I have to wait (don't know how long) to get the shoes and return for refund. Please order will caution.

      Called within minutes of ordering to update shipping address because my Apple Pay had me at my previous address. I was told the same as the other reviewers here. Even though it had not processed yet, they couldnt update the address but could place a cancelation request that takes ***** hours? And if it ships before the team evaluates my request then Im stuck paying $325 for an order that went to another address. Its BS. Ive called twice and got the same ridiculous responses. Never EVER from them!!!

      Placed an order at 7am. Got my daughter the wrong size. Had to wait till they opened at 9am. They told me it was to late to cancel. Seriously. It hasn't even processed yet! Now have to waste the gas, like that ain't expensive to return to the store. Make sure you have EVERYTHING CORRECT before you order, They will NOT LET YOU CANCEL ANYTHING!!
