      I ordered a pair of custom shoes and the website said to go a 1/2 size down so I spoke with an Expert just to be sure and they recommended staying with my regular shoe size so of course I listened to the Expert. The shoes were way too big and when I tried to order a new pair the color and design was no longer offered when it was just there 2-3 weeks earlier and I have no way of knowing if it will ever come back. Extremely frustrating and converse wouldnt offer me any info if the color would ever come back. Their Experts have no idea what theyre doing. Converse needs a better line of communication and to train their employees better.

      Cannot change my design, nor retun anything after submitting. Willing to pay a fee to return/restock, but not an option

      **************** told me they can not help anyone that bought shoes from an actual brick and mortar store only online sales. Not helpful at all and youre speaking to someone in ***** which is almost always problematic no matter which company made that bad decision to deal with their customers.
