      I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. After my initial call, a representative was at my house within a couple of days. The representative was very pleasant, efficient, and accommodating to the timeframe we were looking for. The installers were timely and also very efficient. The house was left very neat and the carpets looked great. I would definitely recommend doing business with National Floors Direct.

      ******* came to measure our floors and was polite and professional. ******* was knowledgeable and provided samples for us to look at and choose from. We were able to select a quality product at a price that was reasonable to us. The installers who came were prompt and worked tirelessly to install our new vinyl floors. They did a great job and I highly recommend!

      I recently contacted National Floors Direct because the original carpet in two of my bedrooms needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly met with a free and punctual review and consultation by their representative and found myself quickly scheduled for next day installation of new laminate flooring . The process was courteous , thorough, professional, and consideration for satisfaction was paramount with clean up and final inspection over work completed. It was amazing to have this all complete in just one day . The high quality of product for underlay and planking were insulating and noise reducing . The final result made each room look new as if it had always looked that way. The selection for styles were right long the idea of what we desired and we ordered a rustic **** barn-board plank to install and it did the job of beautifying wonderfully. The time saved by not doing a DIY project myself and having the work complete in such a short time made it more than worth the effort to have National Floors Direct come in and complete the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone desiring to upgrade to better floors in their home. Thank You National Floors Direct !Sincerely,***********************

      Despite being rescheduled twice, the carpets turned out fabulous. The installers arrived right at the start of the arrival window. They cleaned up everything, leaving zero mess. The installers were friendly and communicative. I ordered Mohawk's silverado for my upper floors.
