  I was pleasantly surprised with National Floors Direct. The process was speedy from start to finish- I requested a quote, and someone came out that weekend (the earliest I had available!). Desire, who did the measurements was kind, processional, and knowledgeable. She helped me get the floors I wanted at a price point that I felt comfortable with.Once the supplies for my flooring came in, they scheduled the install immediately. The workers that came were professional and experienced, working quickly but with skill. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The materials that didn't end up getting used were left with us, and they were also kind enough to leave the transition strips off so that the carpet install we were having done wouldn't have to rip them back off.I love my new floor, and am impressed with the great job they did. Thank you!

  Working with National Floors Direct was simple, smooth, and painless. From the very first call, they filled me in on all the details of what they need and never asked for anything else. **************** was kind and professional, and when the installation team arrived, they were courteous and understanding. The price was incredible as advertised, and I was very happy with the end product! The carpets look much better than before. ME10078.

  We had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct- again! Everyone who came to our house was efficient, friendly, and professional. The floors we had installed were a great price and look awesome. Couldnt ask for better. This is my second time using them, and we will definitely use them again if we ever need more flooring.

  National Floors Direct advertised on TV that they will carpet or vinyl any room for $333.00.I needed to re-tile 2 small bathrooms (someone did a bad job 2 yrs. ago). A rep. came to my house on July 11, 2022 and gave me a price, tiles were a little more money. I accepted the new price, higher but agreed. All the time the Rep. was on the phone with his boss, sent measurements and pictures. All is O.K. and a contract was signed and agreed on the price. I was told the company does not take credit cards, I gave the rep. ****** Screwicz) a check as a down payment. He gave me July 26, 2022 as the date for installation. He also told me upon completion I would have to pay the balance in cash. The following week I called to confirm the date for installation only to be told that the price I was given was too low and it could not be done, therefore, they are cancelling unless I pay the higher price. I spoke to I believe, her name was ******* who said the contract does not mean any thing and she would not send me an e-mail or put the cancellation in writing. Rep. did not have a business card to give me. He said Company does not give them any. ******* also refused at first to return my deposit and said that I revoked my deposit by not accepting to let them do the job at a higher price. I responded that the company cashed the check and with a signed contract they would have to abide and do the job with price agreed on contract. She put me on hold, came back and agreed to return my deposit. I am still waiting for the check...This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hope others see my experience with them and not give any business. Thank you for allowing me to share. I would like to forward copy of contract to BBB if I know where to sent.

  After having a water leak, I needed new flooring in a room. I decided it was a perfect time to do two other rooms that were carpet in order to convert everything over to laminate or vinyl. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and an in-home consultant came in on Sunday. I had a difficult request, as I wanted to match my bedrooms to my already existing hardwoods that ran down the hallway. My consultant found a product that was almost an exact match (something that can be hard with an 80s colored hardwood) and included all other requirements I wanted (water-resistant, pet friendly, lifetime warranty).My install was scheduled for the following Thursday, which gave me time to prep the rooms. On install day, two men showed up at the start of my window (****PM). They worked diligently and completed the job in about 5 hours. They moved all the furniture I needed, and left the rooms in fantastic shape. I couldn't be happier with my flooring choice. (Order # CT30552)

  The installers came in and remove the old floors and move the furniture. They was very professional and polite. They finish the floors in a timely manner. Job well done .

  My wife and I just had National Floors Direct install our Luxury Vinyl Planks and a new carpet for the stairs. The *** and new carpet look absolutely amazing. We are delighted. We read many online reviews about customer installation issues, so we put a lot of work into getting our condo ready for installation. We cleared almost everything out to make the process easier. The gentlemen installing the floors were kind, courteous, and professional. They did a great job. National Floors Direct has a great product; make sure you work to prepare for installation day.

  What a great experience we had dealing with National Floors Direct! From the salesman to the installation it was top-notch service! We had our bedrooms and our stairs carpeted and even our a little laundry room floor replaced. We could not be happier with the service we got. They worked fast and efficient and the price was right. We will be coming back!

  I had a great experience with National floors direct from start to finish! Our sales guy was amazing at helping us find the right fit for our needs using samples. They measured out all spaces and gave us all options. The turnaround time was fast. We were pleased with the install time as it was the quickest turnaround we have seen. We got carpet stair runner and our bathroom floor plus carpet in a closet done. It took less than an hour to install. Would use again!
