      Keurig Dr. ******************** screwed the pooch like Coke did in 1985.I have just tossed my second batch of Sunkist Zero Sugar soft drinks. The first batch, picked up at a gas station, made me think that it had been contaminated, in storage. It tasted like a chemical. The second batch, purchased at a local grocery store, is equally bad. Setting beside the old formula, you can see a difference in color. The new "stuff" is darker. Opening it, it reeks of some chemical, like alcohol or maybe a gasoline additive. It even tastes like you should be adding it to gasoline or rubbing it on sore muscles instead of drinking it. I can only assume that this is a cost cutting measure, when it is already $6 for six sixteen ounce bottles. Maybe with Covid, people won't notice this mess, but I did. I started drinking this in the late 1970s or early 1980s and have enjoyed it. Switching to diet/zero sugar worked because it had a good taste. Now, it is like New Coke. It isn't the same and won't be, so I'm moving to something else. One would think that Coke was an example when they changed the formula. You couldn't pay me to drink this and I am not paying a high price to pour it down the drain so it can open the pipes.

      I bought a Keurig and started noticing the plastic part where hot ****************************** gets dispensed had melted and caved in. This is very worrisome as I have small children and wouldnt want them getting burned, which has been close to happening. When I called to get a replacement, I gave them the serial number on the ********************** maker and was told it had already been replaced, which is untrue. We bought the coffee maker from BestBuy and had never had it replaced. The customer service agent said the replaced was sent to an address in ********. We have never lived or even been to ********. The customer service agent said there is no more they can do which was very disheartening to hear. I have filed a report with the SaferProducts.org as this defect in the product could cause harm if not fixed or replaced. Unfortunately Keurig was very dismissive and unhelpful in my attempt to get it replaced.

      Worst customer service. Dont back there products and I won this product and they cant do anything to replace it. I am broke and was so excited I was getting one off a raffle free. And it just stops working and cant get ahold of the people who did the raffle. So now I am stuck with out a coffee machine. Did not even half it half a year

      I purchased a ***** KCafe Smart July of last year. I have had this for 1 year and 2 weeks. I called customer service to see about getting a new one since I paid $200 for this and it should last longer than 1 year and 2 weeks. They will not replace it because it only has a 1 year warranty even though I submitted for the 2 year warranty. Regardless, a product that cost this much should last longer than 1 year. I would not recommend Keurig products.

      ***** company does not stand behind there product. ***** warranty is worthless. The staff at there 800 number disregards the customer that purchase there product.

      I bought yet another coffee maker from Keurig. It was delivered on May 29th. In just over a month we can't get a cup of coffee. There's no pressure, the coffee does not stream, it drips and it goes around the pod (ordered also from Keurig) and makes a mess.Keurig is no help at all.

      They only get a 1 because you cannot give zero stars. I bought my tenth Keurig in 25 years, 7 months ago. After cleaning and descaling, the machine stopped working. I contacted Keurig and was advised that they cannot help because I did not save my receipt. After some research, this is a known problem for these machines. Buyer beware, Keurig does not stand behind its products.

      We bought this device April 20th. It worked fine. Fast forward about a month, we replaced our router and suddenly, the device stops working. I do factory resets, all that stuff. Finally, I call customer service because the app for the device keeps saying that we have the wrong wifi password, which we categorically do not. Keurig customer service proves less than useless. They insist that it's an issue with our internet provider and fob everything off as if these devices with connectivity aren't new and if that couldn't possibly mean that they have some potential to be faulty. Finally, I have reached out to Amazon for a return because I am DONE with Keurig. Their customer service agents insisted on speaking to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, repeating the same information over and over again, and insisting that they would escalate and call back (over and over again, with no result).

      The Keurig K Supreme is so poorly designed that selling it as a coffee machine is fraud. I had two break within a week, each only managing to make a few cups of coffee. Keurig just offers you a 20% discount on a new machine. Luckily, I bought from Target and was able to get a refund. If you know your machines will break in a few days why don't you stop selling them?
