I am highly disappointed in Keurig.. I am a huge fan of Keurig. I always buy their cups, new machines etc but this time I received a gift for my marriage and it was a Keurig machine. It doesn't work etc and I called and they said they needed a reciepet but I recieved it as a wedding gift.. They then proceeded to give a discount because they couldn't replace it and okay cool but they are trying to charge me full price when on their page it's half off and they wouldn't offer it with the coupon. I don't know what is happening with keurig or why they are acting this way but it's so unfortunate. A wedding gift turned into a sad thing because I can't even have my coffee or machine working and they can't do nothing. Super upset !Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

We got a machine on subscription last year thinking that this will help us make ok coffee and tea. The machine keeps breaking down. We called to get parts before. It didnt help. The **** cups dont hold up, they literally melt in the machine, collapse and overflow with water and substance. We tried everyday by cleaning it and washing and drying. But it still doesnt work. Keurig sells machines and cups designed to breakdown easily so you keep buying new ones. Their subscription system is a rip off. Everything breaks. They dont refund k cups even though their machine does not work. They are ****** priced and tastes disgusting. They want the customer to pay for their mistakes and cover shipping fees for returns.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

1 starBuyer beware. I purchased a Keurig Duo 18 months ago at $189 plus taxes. I registered it accordingly, saving the receipt and all manufacturer ************* Keurig is now leaking from the bottom of the machine and damaged my wood kitchen countertop. This machine has gotten light use as I'm the only person using it with the expedition of one guest 4 times a year. I was told by Keurig this was a machine issue; however, it was no longer under warranty so they offered me only a 20% discount to buy from them again. The website was already offering a 20% discount so there was nothing special about what they offered me to replace my machine. I've had coffee makers that have lasted 7 years under high use. This is a ridiculous price to pay for a machine that only lasts 18 months. Keurig does NOT stand behind their products.Review fromManuel M

K-Duo Life expectancy 2 Years.I have bought this product twice, once in 2020 and then in 2022. We followed all the maintenance instructions on it. Both of them stop working all the sudden after two years. Just do not power on at all (connected all the time to a surge protector), tested on different outlets.Used once a day, in the mornings, with the carafe.Stay away from this product unless you are planning to replace in two years.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

I am trying to get Keurig to replace my 5-hole punch maker with one that has a single punch. The 5 hole clogs easily and leaves grounds. The Select has only one hole like the original Keurigs have. I have emailed three messages and talked with ********** at least four times. They are hard to understand and while pretending to help me, they end up with the following: "You need to clean the punches with a paper clip" if you can imagine. I feel this is not good for a new machine. **** ***** where I bought it has only a 3-mo. guarantee, and since my maker is 7 mos. old, I am out of luck there. I sent this to them n no response Mine was a replacement of keurig it broke in a year and 1/2 . Horrible Please With all your respectCan someone call me it took from ******* 18 **** till today for someone to answer via email. I am customer for so many years and no one could talk to me about this situation and that on ******* 18 **** I ordered the coffee machine through ***** for $69.99customer care team they canceled my order than I call back thank god spoke to ***** again he did the order again on ******* 27 **** He said everything is good to go. Some would call you back on Monday to verify everything. Supposedly someone from corporate office called Mon ******* 29 **** around 12:20 eastern time. He said it went up to $74.99 and I asked him that wasnt my fault that they canceled my order I couldnt took advantage of the $69.99; and he said Let me call you back later today, and that was ******* Monday the 29 **** ; and here we are still with a customer for years that no one seems to care of what was offered and said to me.At least I need someone to call me and inform me of any changes and an apology. I have called many times talked to ***** twice, ***** ,**** ,***, *****, *****, ***************** and this Emailed.I would like to talk to a manager or anyone above that can hear my concern and tries to help **** never said I want something for free I called and offered the coffee machines for 50% and after talking to ***** for a while I decided to say yes and buy it.Thank YouKeurig Green Mountain, Inc.

1 starI am writing this to warn other potential customers about the abysmal quality of the Keurig K-Supreme Plus single-serve coffee maker. I purchased one at ****** and within a year it "died" during a routine descaling procedure. I contacted Keurig and was sent a replacement machine in June of 2022. That machine also stopped functioning in December of 2023 while I was running the descaling procedure. There is no power coming to the machine. I think these machines overheat while descaling and it renders the machine completely inoperable. This is a very common problem with this machine. There are so many complaints about this that I cannot understand why Keurig still manufactures this faulty machine. I called Keurig and was only given a courtesy 20% off coupon code for a new machine. I refused it because that 20% off was no different than the normal offers they have on Keurig.com for a new ******. It was insulting, quite frankly, and shows how little Keurig cares about its customers. My K-Supreme is going into a landfill now, along with the thousands and thousands of other broken Keurig brewers. It's fitting though, since these machines are garbage anyway.Review fromLaura R

I had placed an order for a Keurig, as a Christmas gift, on 12/15/23 at 6:51PM. I paid a total of $48.34. I had thought that the starter kit deal was a one-time ordeal not a recurrent subscription for over a year. So, the moment I realized at 6:53 on 12/15/23 (TWO MINUTES!!!!), I went to cancel the order. Instead of it cancelling the entirety of the order, it only cancelled the coffee/kcups. Because of this, they then charged my card for $109.99 WITHOUT my consent. So, I was now out of a total of $158.33. I immediately called the Keurig customer service line at precisely 6:56 PM. I spoke with a rep who told me that they couldn't refund me, despite taking my money MINUTES prior. He said he would need to expedite it to corporate. So, I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. I then called EVERYDAY for two weeks to follow up on the refund (that they said would take 7 days) AND to ensure that they would NOT send the ****** as I did NOT want to deal with a return ontop of this awful situation. I was assured by THREE reps that it wouldn't be shipped. Then, to my surprise, it showed up anyway. Then I had to deal with their god awful reps until someone paid for my shipping label because I refused to pay for something that was THEIR mistake. I sent that back and it took NEARLY A MONTH to get the refund for the ******. I received the $109.99 refund on 1/8/24 but I never saw the $48.34 refunded. I called a rep last night and they told me it was guaranteed. Tell me why I received an email today telling me that I need to return the coffee in order to get my refund. You mean the coffee that was NEVER RECEIVED??? AND NEVER EVEN SHIPPED??? Do you know why you people have such high call volume? Because your customer service is awful and you have the worst return/refund system known to man. I've informed EVERYONE about this situation and now I'm in contact with corporate demanding my refund. You will NOT hold my money hostage. ******* crooks.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.
