      I am multiple emails and over an hour of phone calls into trying to get a warranty replacement on my keurig. They keep saying I have not sent the attachments, or not sent a requested photo, when everything has been sent following directions to ***. I spent over an hour with a CS rep earlier where I then sent the requested documentation multiple times, In multiple photo formats that are listed as approved by their customer service, he could not open any of the attachments, and was acting like that was my fault. He then tried to suggest I mail them the keurig as a reasonable step forward. That is by no means a a reasonable step forward when I am 10+ repeated emails and over an hour of my time into following requested documentation and instructions perfectly and trying to get a replacement device for my 6 month old unit that died. This company does not care about their customers one bit.

      Got a lame keurig machine for a Christmas gift, machine will no longer operate after two weeks of use. Will not refund due to not having the receipt, after explaining this numerous times I give up. Second c*** keurig machine, will not be purchasing another. S*** company

      I purchased a Keurig from Wayfair on 11/25/23. It arrived on 11/30/23, and was defective. I called Wayfair and they referred me to Keurig for a replacement. When the replacement arrived, it was not packaged as the new defective machine I had purchased, it had a void sticker on the opening flap of the box, and was visibly dirty. They sent me what appeared to be a used machine. I called Wayfair, and they are accepting the return and sending a replacement. I am very disappointed with Keurig, and will look at other brands for future purchases. I was shocked that they would actually have the audacity to send me a used machine in replacement of a new but defective machine that I had just purchased. Unbelievable.

      I bought a Keurig late September . One day it just stopped working. Amazon returned it for me and I ordered another one. This time it worked for 4 days. I called their department in hopes they could help me. ******* was kind and helpful and said he would send another one to me within24 hours.The next morning I received An email saying that I needed to ship it back to them before anything of a replacement could be given to me. I was shocked that after speaking to them that a company this size chose to handle it this way. I told them to forget it and bought another brand CUISANART. Excellent prooduct. I would never spend a dime with this company again. Oh yeah they offered me ***** off of coffee. No thank you.

      The first time I call in to Keurig for assistance with an error message I was told my machine is no longer working. I have had it for about 2 years, I have personally fixed all the other issues this machine has had. The one time I call in to the company for help ** told Im out of warranty and my machine isnt fixable. I tell them I want a replacement, not any money off since I have fixed all my problems myself. They then throw in Kcups. Sorry, no. Let me speak to a supervisor, ** then offered more off. I want a free replacement. Their customer service/support team needs a training course. I will never buy from them again.

      Purchased the Keurig K-************ 1st time descaling it with the Keurig ****** Care Kit & the descale light wont stop blinking. I called Keurig for help troubleshooting & all they could say is Sorry but your machine isnt working but we can give you 20% off & free shipping on a new one. This is a new one!!! We purchased it at **** Club around October/November 2022 but until about 2/3 months ago we only used it about 1/2 times a month. And the 1st time we descale it using Keurig cleaning products & the machine isnt working now & all you they can say is Sorry heres 20% off which by the way you already get if buying on their site. So basically they do nothing about it. Theyre cleaning product broke my machine cus it was working until then. People do not buy from this company because they DO NOT stand by their products. We had the Mr. ********************** brand for years prior to getting what we thought was the best with no issues. I guess Keurig products only last a year so they should lower the prices if they need to be replaced yearly. Will never purchase anything Keurig ever again. Im going back to Mr ********************** is cheaper & work great & last years.

      I bought a coffee maker with a contract to buy a certain amount of coffee. I got a reduced price on the coffee maker in exchange for a contract to buy coffee over the year. This company breached the contract. I called numerous times. They could not get my credit card to go thru. At one point it went through when they told me they had a fraud alert in our account in their end.The supposedly removed the fraud alert. But we still could not get the card to go thru- this is on their side . The card was and remains fine with all other vendors. Even though I called more than 6 x they charged us for the coffee maker as if WE breached the contract. They closed the account. We called. We changed the credit card. We asked to reverse the cancellation charge ($125) and buy even coffee to to end the contract ($98). They agreed verbally. Then the charged us $125 and cancelled the account! Do NOT sign a coffee maker contract or buy a coffee maker from them! We paid WAY more than we would have purchasing anywhere else. And we spent a hours on the phone with them. Complete and utter rubbish. Not an honorable business.

      This company tells you they are canceling your subscription then actually doesn't. When calling for refund you get the run around and they make you wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Customers shouldn't have to wait when it's the companys fault. This company has the worst customer service and doesn't deserve a 1 star rating.

      E-mail to Keurig to Thank you for not honoring your warranty. I have attached my new coffee maker that was cheaper and makes better hot coffee either with a pod or grounded coffee. Now that I am home, I will be notifying the better business bureau on how Keurig does not honor its warranty. I have also included the picture of my Kuerig you refused to accept that will be attached to my BBB complaint.Former Customer who will continue to spread the word.

      An expensive coffee make such as the **Duo should last more that a year and a half. Keurig phone and chat customer service don't seem to think so and have no real troubleshooting tips except to offer a 20% discount on a new one from your website, the same discount that already available to anyone shopping on Keurig.com. My **Duo was working just fine until a routine descale, at which time the carafe side decided to stop spitting out water. I was told this is a "defect" which I agree with, but no replacement or solution to fix the problem. VERY disappointed in the longevity of this product and the customer service support I received.
