  This piece is a christmas present for my wife, I went to a local shop with my rough design, in my work clothes and was treated like I had a third eye on my forehead. Googled custom jewelry and collaborated on design with Customade it turned out to be a good decision and a better experience. I will write another review after the holidays but suffice to say I highly recommend Customade for your custom needs.

  I had the best experience with Custom Made! They helped me design my own engagement ring, to ensure I got the EXACT piece that just screamed me. Even though I was unsure of what I wanted design wise at first, they were patient and most helpful with throwing out ideas and helping me come to a decision. I ran into money issues along the way, and they were kind enough to put the project on hold until I got back on my feet-without pressuring me to continue and without making me pay to move forward. The piece I got is gorgeous!! Its exactly like the professional photos I got sent. I definitely was leery about using an online only company at first, but I was able to get a gorgeous tanzanite heart stone and the band I wanted, so Im very happy I took a chance! 10/10 overall experience!!!

  I had the most amazing experience crafting my now Fiance's engagement ring with the team at CustomMade. As a man with little (no) experience or knowledge about creating custom jewelry, or jewelry in general, I was so pleased with how easy it was to get exactly what I wanted. Each and every member of the team I worked with made this process as smooth and meaningful as possible. Obviously, I wanted this ring to be special and exactly what my fiance wanted. Through each and every step of the custom design, I was greeted by extremely knowledgeable and talented people who crafted THE PERFECT ring. My fiance was stunned, astonished, amazed, baffled even at how perfect it was. It was EVERYTHING she ever wanted in an engagement ring, and I impressed her more than she could have ever imagined. And I have never been more serious when I say, I literally could not have done it without the help of the CustomMade team. I don't have enough kind words to say about them to get my message across about how pleased and excited we both are about how the ring came out all because the process to get from start to finish was so thorough. I truly can't express my gratitude for making this so special. I will be recommending CustomMade to each and every person I come across who is starting their process of creating the perfect engagement ring.   Im always wary about making big purchases like an engagement ring online but CustomMade was very reassuring and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They are willing to put in time to work with you personally down to the last detail and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom made ring.

  The entire team from start to finish were absolutely amazing! All of them were polite, professional, patient, and understanding. The process of customizing the ring was daunting at first, but the CustomMade team make it easy.I sent them a lot of photos for reference to help them understand what I was trying to communicate. I found that helped clear up any confusion on the design.Take your time! They will not rest until it is absolutely perfect; so take advantage of that!I am beyond happy with my ring!The price is reflected in the quality of the piece I designed.My ring is absolutely one of a kind and all me.100% worth it!

  I was nervous about ordering an engagement ring for my now fiance. I wanted to make sure to get the right one. ******** at Custom Made was excellent and very patient with me throughout the process. She updated me every step of the way. My fianc loved the ring and to top it off, I received it much sooner than expected. Id strongly recommend this company to anyone.

  Extremely welcoming and attentive, even brought up things/ideas even if I ultimately declined some of them to ensure that we were not missing any details of the project. The 3D model was spot on the first time and they even added a bail that would fit my larger chain at my request, could be from simplicity but I could have changed anything if I was unhappy, but I was very pleased overall! Seeing the final product in person proved that the craftsmanship was top tier and quality of the piece I have is competitive to that of name brand jewelry companies, except this is my design! Definitely recommend if custom jewelry is what you are looking for!

  CustomMade really does stand by their commitment to make things right. They really mean it when they say, if you are not happy they are not happy with the piece of jewelry being made and will do what is necessary to make things right, from repairs/modifications (like resizing a ring) up to and even a complete re-make the piece of jewelry if needed (provided you act in the time frame of their warranty). My Experience: They were able to make my personal signet ring to the specifications I gave them but when the ring arrived and I used it in a wax to make a seal the detail on the ring was too fine and so caught the wax and pulled it away from the paper clumping it and trapping the wax in the signet ring. A beautiful ring but not a functional signet ring. I politely reached out to the production lead the same day, with whom I worked with and described what had happened. CustomMade sent out the prepaid *** label and US customs documents and I was able to return the signet ring. With the ring returned we will now be entering into another redesign phase to make me a functional signet ring with the material that has already been paid for.Outcome: CustomMade has earned my trust in this process and after this current project is completed I look will not hesitate to work with them on another piece of jewelry in future and I would recommend them to others for their jewelry making needs.

  My fiance had something very specific in mind for what she wanted in an engagement ring. After searching for a couple of weeks, I couldnt find anything that fit exactly what we were looking for. So, I decided to go the custom route here with CustomMade. I was worried the process would be tougher and more expensive but was really happy with the process as a whole. It even ended up more affordable because we wanted a lab created ******* which during my research I had an hard time finding but was offered by CustomMade. All of the employees I interacted with were very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The updates through the process were great. Delivery was quick and discreet. Everything came out perfect and I am very happy with my decision to use CustomMade.
