  I was well cared for while working with the team, and they were very accommodating to my circumstances: communicating in short, brisk bursts, at all hours and from various time zones, in support of a highly compressed schedule. They helped me rapidly iterate on my ideas, providing variants to choose from and drilling down on the details I preferred, before ultimately delivering exactly what I had hoped for at a truly breakneck pace. Two critiques that I would lay are that the gem expert seemed oddly determined to find me a 3ct stone, when I had specified 1.7-2.7cts as my preferred range (though we ultimately found a perfect 2.26ct stone), and that the photography of yellow gold on a yellow background makes for a muddier aesthetic that makes seeing the details more difficult (though I'm sure they would have reshot if I had asked, my time constraints prevented such a request). Besides these genuinely minor nitpicks, I am extraordinarily happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a quality custom ring made.

  I started with an old grainy photo. My lady had a necklace given to her by her father who recently passed away and it had been stolen years ago. I searched the web for custom designs and found Custom Made. I saw they had a photo option to upload what you wanted to create. So I went with them and made contact to upload the photo. Boy did they ever come through! They were in contact with me for literally every phase of the production. They kept me updated at every step. Showed rendered images. I gave feedback and they adjusted it accordingly. I recently gave the necklace to her and she teared up. It was as close to the original as possible and she loved it. A very thorough and caring company. I cannot recommend them enough. To have a crappy photo to the finished product was nothing short of amazing. If I ever have need of jewelry again I will come here without hesitation. Thank you CustomMade for making a long wished for dream a reality

  Absolutely the finest company that I have had the pleasure of working with. They were very patient during the design process for my ring. During design they kept me informed of progress and made helpful suggestions to improve the final product. Once the design was approved the kept me informed of the production process via email. The resulting ring was perfect and the final cost matched the initial quote as expected.I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom jewelry.

  Every single person I interacted with was patient and helpful. They were able to take my awkward and confusing descriptions and requests and turn them into exactly what I was thinking of. They were also very good about reaching back out to me. For example, I said frequently said, ** going to think about this and get back in touch by Friday. Inevitably, I would forget, and there would be an email waiting for me by Monday morning just checking in. I never felt rushed or pressured.

  My husband and I conceptualized a signet ring combining our family crests. We went to a local jeweler and the results were not good. The crest was etched and barely visible. We found CustomMade and decided to give it another try. What a wonderful experience. Their staff was prompt and responsive to our questions and were absolutely determined to make us heirloom quality rings. We received regular updates on our project and the results are beautiful rings we are very happy to wear! One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had!

  I reached out to CustomMade to make a custom signet ring. I wanted something that I can pass down through generations. I knew exactly what I wanted to every specific detail of the ring. I sent them a specific detailed message describing the ring. It was a pretty lengthy description too. I also **** some sketches of the ring, and Im no artist, but I thought it might help to bring it to life. After talking back and forth about the karat gold I wanted and estimated price of the ring, we continued on with the 3D design so I could see what my ring would look like. I thought that was awesome, and it was great to see when they showed me the design. It was exactly what I was picturing in my head. I was asking all sorts of question also and their responses were reasonably fast and they were happy to answer them. After answering all of my questions, we did the final 3D design on the ring, I changed the size of the face of the ring and add diamonds. They told me what the price was going to be. $2200. I thought it was a reasonable price considering these things. 1 Its a solid 14k gold custom ring to exactly my description and liking. 2 The warrantys are great 3 They spend a lot of time doing the 3D design having about three different people working on your project. And thats me just estimating how many people. I dont really know, I just know I talked to 2 different people and then the 3D designer being the third person working on my ring. 4 Very quick, it took six weeks from my first message, to receiving my ring in the mail. I mean, that is great time. I will recommend this company to everyone I know wanting to get something made and they can do anything!! Thats the best part, they can custom make anything you want. My advise if your getting something made. Do not be afraid to ask questions, be as specific as you can and draw something up if you can. My ring is perfect, theres nothing I would change about it.

  Custom made is a great place to get that special ring made! After much debate I decided to go thru them and I am so happy that I did. They are more than willing to make the smallest of changes to make sure that the final product is even better than what you had pictured in your head. Amazing work, craftsmanship, customer service. All around a great company to work with.

  I reached out to CustomMade to see what it was like and what we could put together. Long story short, I was incredibly impressed from start to finish. They guided me every step of the way without being pushy or trying to ****** lead me in a particular direction. Each person was top notch professional and communicated often. At one point, I almost thought this was too good to be true and we know how that usually finishes. This case is different...it is simply that good. So not only did I have them create a unique engagement ring, but I will also have them complete the design with a dual wedding band, and accompany them with a matching set of custom earrings and a necklace. Great value for the money. Well done!!!
