  Heres the background, Im a United ************** I dont understand shiny things. I wanted to make sure my fianc would love what she got, and the team helped me every step of the way. Very communicative and timely. We made a design they sketched it, then what I thought was cool they used CAD to make a 3D render. And then they forged it which is also awesome. So I got a manly appreciation for shiny things I dont understand. My fianc loved the ring and Ill be back for a wedding band!

  Beyond thrilled with not only the final product but the entire experience! From the very first inquiry to final delivery, the customer service experience was been second to none. I wanted to create a special piece, but had a couple of sources of inspiration - photos of other rings. The designer was patient and genuinely wanted to understand my vision- took only one revision and they had designed the ring of my dreams! The communication was incredible, constantly updating me about the processes and what was happening. When I had questions, about size of gemstones, ratings, colors, anything, the team was incredibly responsive. I met the ***** driver in the driveway, I was so excited to see my new ring... it did NOT disappoint. It is one of the most beautiful rings I've ever seen! Incredible quality, materials and attention to detail! We plan to design a few more pieces within the next year and are so happy to tell people, we have a custom jeweler!

  Absolutely recommend CustomMade. I had only a vague vision of what I wanted, but they guided me through every step and made something gorgeous at a VERY reasonable price. The process was easy, and the product was excellent. One of my favorite features on the site is the option to provide your beloved's Pinterest link (BRILLIANT). My complaints are few and insignificant: I wish the box with the ring were a darker color rather than white, and very occasionally the reps ************* my directions. That might be it. Don't go retail, use these guys.

  When I started to think about the ring I wanted to give to my girlfriend CustomMade came to mind. I had heard about them from an internet search and decided that I didn't want a "cookie cutter" ring. From the beginning of the process to the day my ring was delivered I had nothing but positive things to talk about. I had a few issues that arose during my ring's making, but the whole team handled every issue with ease and I was always kept in the loop as to what step they were on and how much longer the process would take. The ring looked exactly like the rendering from the first step and the real thing looks PERFECT on my girlfriend's finger. From the metal to the stone, I couldn't be happier with what was custom made for me. They also kept me as close to my budget without sacrificing quality or beauty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a signature piece and plan on using them in the future for more special moments.

  I worked with CustomMade to create the most beautiful ring and my fiance LOVES it. Its truly the most beautiful thing Ive ever seen. The quality of the gold and of the stone is of another level, and the process of having it created was so easy. The prices are amongst some of the best, and you dont sacrifice quality.

  I recently created my second ring for a wedding band stack with CustomMade and they exceed my expectations. The ring came out absolutely beautiful, and compliments my first ring perfectly. The entire experience was amazing, from initial ******************, the team keeps you updated and informed (even giving you some cool behind the scene details). I recommend CustomMade to all of my friends, and I'm always waiting for an excuse to use their team again for myself :)

  I loved working with Custom Made! Their customer service is top notch through the entire process. I gave them an idea for my engagement ring and they came up with a design that we both ended up loving. They make high quality work and are fantastic at doing. I'll definitely use them again for any custom ideas.

  By far the best investment Ive made. CustomMade has brought my vision to life. Everything I wanted was exactly how it was made. The time is lengthy but worth the wait, I was able to learn about how my ring was made and where it came from also what the process is like; learning something new everyday. The specialist / representative are very knowledgeable about their company and communicate effectively.
