I took out shares from my company stock using this company Computershare.I was told they filed an extension for sending me tax documents for these stocks for March 20th. The phone message to employees and listed on Computershares website says that documents will be uploaded to the site no later then March 20th. Today is March 20th, I have been calling for 3 weeks for my docs they say there is nothing they can do they are not there. Now they say they are mailing them today which puts them past the date of getting to me. My taxes will in turn be late because of how slow the mail system runs. If they promise electronic docs it should be there. Computershares manager was not helpful they are all unable to provide any answers on where my docs are at.

My mom and dad both passed away in 2022. They owned stock through Computershare. We have tried since March of ******************************** First the issue was that my dad lost the certificate. I paid them the insurance to secure the stock but they then said that I had to secure it another way. Then the issue was that my moms name on the stock and her death certificate and will didnt match exactly. They wanted a Medallion Signature stamp guaranteeing that but our local bank doesn't do them. Then they said they would take a letter of appointment from the court. Well, their assets were in a trust so the court wasnt involved at all. They will not call me or email me. It took 10 days from the day they sent their last communication until the day I received it. The total value of the stock isnt much at all. I just need to know what the next option is. I have called, filled out and had notarized everything they asked. I cant close my dad checking account because he is still receiving a very small dividend monthly. My sister and I just want what belongs to us. This has been a very stressful and emotional journey. All of his other assets were settled within ***** days.

Computershare received my request to transfer shares of stock to a Credit Trust account on 2/10/25 and 2/19/25 because my wife had passed away and I was preparing estate finances for future tax benefits. Computershare did not follow my instructions completely and also put the Trust into a Reinvestment of Dividends account which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. After many telecon conversations I was advised on 3/10/2025 disposition of funds. I immediately changed disposition of funds such that I receive dividend payment, however Computershare insisted that I cannot receive dividend check payable in March and must wait until the next dividend payment scheduled for June-2025. I use these funds for support, since I am retired, and this places a financial burden on me. My complaint is that Computershare took action without my authorization causing me a financial burden. Computershare should have record of the above conversations and issues.

Online I submitted and paid for a digital stock certificate to replace my lost physical stock certificate issued in 2011. Hopped on online chat speaking with ******** each time the following week. She told me it'd take 3 full business days for the 'sell' option to appear for my **** stock so I can sell it in order to pay a huge bill due this weekend. It never appeared, I called in to speak to Sicily and her 'supervisor' they stated there was a 'technical glitch' and my transfer never went thru. Despite me pleading with them i need this resolved TODAY! They could only tell me a 'case worker' will call me next week. When I asked to speak to her Manager she refused to place them on the line in a 3 way conference call with me. The 'sell' option never appeared (screenshot attached) in time for me to make my payment and no one ever contacted me back to follow up after I left a message reaching back on again... I received no communication from the company what so ever between Friday February thru Thursday February 27th that there were any issues with my order until I called back in Friday February 28th letting them know the 'sell' option is not there. They would not own up to their mistakes that they made and wouldn't help me further with my crisis. Yet they had no problems taking $250 from me and not issuing my digital certificate ONLINE for me in time to sell my shares and use my funds. Causing me both physical and mental distress when I was already dealing with a full plate of issues to end my week. They did not care to help me get my issue resolved, hiding behind their screens and phones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR STOCK NEEDS THEY ARE A SCAM! Now I need to go try and borrow funds from friends/family causing them stress and yes I'll need to repay the debt...no one gets anything for free in life. All because this piece of s*** company doesn't know how todo their job online right.Computershare, you have ONE JOB and you FAILED terribly at it.A warning for all

The screenshots provided show: I still never received my dividend check.  As of today,  still don't have the 'sell' option online. The online certificate replacement fee shows up under summary transactions but no details are provided.  Finally. A screenshot that shows PROOF my account was charged for ****** by computershare company.  Before I made the online certificate replacement purchase, it stated after 10 calendar days. I would be able to SELL my shares online. The option still isn't there. Enable the option please instead of slowing down this process by mailing me items I won't receive until months end. I was supposed to have my shares funds into my bank account back on Friday February 28th 2025. Make it happen,  NOW please!

      Thank you

      Regards,

      Enzo

Computershare is holding $13,000+ of stock and other investments I own in several accounts and I can't sell them and get the money. They will not help me sell the stock, they will not help me log into my online account, which is locked out. Options provided do not address issues at hand. Calling customer service results in endless hold sessions or issues arising and disconnection. This business is unresponsive to all my attempts at resolution.

Computershare is paid by public companies like ***** *****, ***************************, ****************** Services and ********************** to manage their stock transaction activity reporting. I listed the companies that I own stock and typically have online or mail delivery stock reporting activity on. In Oct. 2024 my mother died. Some of the stocks that I have declared dividends (paid taxes on) were listed as ****** (joint ownership) with my Mom. Since December ************************************************************************** Jan. 2025 Computershare locked me out of online accessing (no notice). I have called the customer service line 4x and sent an email complaint but I need to know 2024 dividends for Discover FS, WBD. And my bank has told me I need to provide recent financial statements for Discover FS and WBD before they can notarize and verify my stock name change documents (from Computershare). I am annoyed at the time I am spending to correctly record information for tax reasons and make appropriate name changes after my mother died. I am asking BBB to help Computershare respond to my multiple complaints. This should not be an issue that takes several phone calls to correct. I did not have this issue with their competitor **.
