      In addition to their faulty tech (they say the beeping and buzzing sounds that can make you ill are normal!) their business model is to delay your refund indefinitely. The website promises a refund in 10 business days after receiving a return and I've called weekly to find out why I haven't gotten my money back. Still waiting 7 weeks later.

      I have many Bose devices I bought a Bose ear bud quiet with case. And have had nothing but problems with it from the very first day Have called and troubleshooting it multiple times. Finally it went out of warranty and **** said hey you have to buy a new one Nothing like standing behind your product. Buy **** or something else

      I am very unsatisfied with my experience with my Bose QuietComfort 45 headphones and Bose customer service. I purchased my headphones in December 2022. They were quite expensive and sounded good. But after a little more than 1 year, the headphones suddenly stopped working and no longer make any sound. I spent more than 1 hour with their customer service representative who told me that my 1-year warranty expired and whose only solution was to offer to SELL me a replacement at a small discount from the regular price. I'm very unhappy with the entire situation. What a joke. I did not abuse the headphones, and I did nothing to break them. They worked one day and stopped working the next. I cannot support a company that does not stand by its products when they break right after the warranty expires.

      **** refused policy is misleading and out right a scam.I purchased a couple of items from their online store and when received they did not function as I thought so I started the refund process. I sent baited the refund request on the 29 of Dec and to this date have not received my refund 2-25-2024, a process stated on their online store 3-5 days. Its been almost 2 months. Now they want me to send a copy of my credit card statement. I dont trust them anymore. ****, misleading information and useless. I will no longer do business with ****.

      Bought a pair of sunglasses the charging went out on them I called and asked for replacement or fix and they offered me headphones at a discount rate and were rude about it. They discontinued the glasses was there excuse to not help

      Had a problem with my Soundlink Color II speaker not charging. I sent it to them to repair. 6 months after getting it back it has the same problem. **** is asking me to pay for the repair. Absolute junk product and awful customer service. **************** person was nice and told me that they agree **** makes junk products now.

      Bose customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I needed assistance with my ear buds and the directions that were given to me did not work. When I asked for support they told me there was nothing they could do to assist. When I asked for a manager I was told they could not bother them.

      Awful customer service out of ******. I had to prove ear pads were damaged to get a ***** refund. Rude and illegal in US what they are doing. False advertisement and final sales. Stay away.

      I have the Bose Sport Earbuds - Wireless Earphones. The earbuds are flashing red and white, it won't connect to anything. I have contacted support, and they want to charge me $115 for replacement, when I already spent close to $300 on this set. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY OF A COMPANY. They don't care about you after your purchase.

      Bose customer service used to be great it has really gone downhill, they refuse to stand behind their products, I have head phones with a know defect and their solution is to true and get more money out of me to buy new headphones,
