      Bose Corporation is the worst company I have had the pleasure of dealing with lately. I purchased the black Bose Sport Earbuds and shortly after the expiration date of warranty the earbuds stop functioning due to flashing red lights. So, I purchase another pair of blue Bose Sport Earbuds (stupid me). They also worked for about a year and now they have the same flashing red lights. So, went onto the website for technical assistance. I did every suggested fix possible to get the error reset and nothing worked. When I attempted to request a replacement pair, I got an out of warranty message and another message informing me I could buy a pair for $115. So, I started searching the website to see if other people were having the same issue and to my surprise the search produced numerous individuals experiencing the same issue. They all stated they had reached out to **** with no success. Apparently, this issue is a manufacturer problem and as such should be taken care of via a product recall or whatever is necessary to stop scamming people out of money. I purchased the first pair of earbuds at the Coast Guard Exchange in ********** **, I purchased the second pair at the exchange at ****************** in ******* **. As a retired military member, it is my expectation that products purchased from a military exchange is a quality product. I am going to reach out to each exchange and complain about Bose products. I will make it my personal goal to see that Bose products are removed from military exchanges. Service members are paid below the private sector pay; we do not join the military to get rich we do it to protect our country and I refuse to allow some company looking after their bottom line take the little money we do make.

      I ordered a set of noise cancelling headphones through ****** in November. Based on other products that I've ordered through Bose, they would have likely shipped directly from Bose. The headphones were out for delivery but never actually delivered. Now they are no longer in-stock at ******. Not only did the Christmas present for my husband not arrive on-time, **** will not honor the pricing that I had purchased them originally at.On another note, their customer service is terrible. Their chat agent is as useful as a bot. They keep cutting and pasting the same responses without actually addressing the issue. Furthermore, they intentionally did not provide a link to their customer service survey because they knew it would be a poor review. Their last message is below without providing the link."Thanks for chatting!       I have a pair of the Bose NC700 headphones. I began having major connectivity issues after a few months, and they would go into an endless reboot cycle. I had two replacement pairs sent to me, and both have experienced the same issues. After digging through numerous threads, it seems that if you have any other Bluetooth apps on your device (i.e. Beats), it will interfere with the headphones and send them into the loop. For as long as Bluetooth technology has been around, this seems to be a major oversight, and it's inexcusable to let the issue persist.The fact that this is a long-term, known issue that has gone unresolved is indicative of some very bad-faith business practices. The company continues to sell a product at a high price point with the knowledge that it will fail, and that is dishonest to the customers. I've always enjoyed Bose products, and I understand needing to make money as a business, but it shouldn't be done by taking advantage of your customers.

      Sadly, I opened a new pair of sport earbuds and one will not work. Ive tried everything they instruct you to do on their troubleshooting website, to try to get it working. I also chatted with customer support via their chat platform, also offered on the Bose website. After all was said and done, the only resolution was to buy a new pair of earbuds :(. How is this possible? Now I listen to just one of my new earbuds. One. Very disappointed, frustrated and will not recommend this product or the Bose brand to others looking for earbuds. Its apple all the way from now on.

      I can't believe a company with such horrible products and customer service is still in business. Sent back defective products and a month later still have not received any resolution after contacting them three times.

      *****ED HEADPHONE FOR CHRISTMAS WELL IN ADVANCED AND BOSE PROMISED 2 DAY SHIPPING. 5 DAYS LATER I RECIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT THE ***** WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE HEADPHONES NOT BEING IN STOCK. I WAS CONFUSED IN THIS MATTER DUE TO WHY AM I ABLE TO ***** THE **** IF THE **** IS NOT IN STOCK. I WAS PROMISED A RESOLUTION TO HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOR THAT IS IN STOCK TO BE SHIPPED. AFTER ACCEPTING OFFER, I RECIEVED A CONFIRMATION NUMBER STATING THE **** WOULD ARRIVE AFTER CHRISTMAS. THE WHOLE REASON I *****ED THE HEADPHONES WAS BEACUSE IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, AND NOW IT WONT EVEN ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, I WAS LIED TO BY MULIPLE OF THEIR AGENTS THAT THE **** WOULD ARRIVE ON TIME, TO JUST GET A NOTICE THAT IT WONT.

      I've been a loyal Bose customer for years, and it pains me to say that the once stellar customer service has significantly declined. The claim that you can "chat with a Bose customer service agent 24/7" is simply not true.I recently encountered an issue with my Bose product and attempted to use the chat feature for assistance, only to find it unavailable. The lack of reliable customer service, especially in urgent situations, is disappointing and frustrating.**** has always been synonymous with quality and customer satisfaction, but my recent experience has left me questioning the company's commitment to its customers. I hope **** addresses these service issues promptly to maintain its reputation among loyal patrons like myself.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Bose Corporation regarding a recent issue with my Bose headphones. I purchased the headphones June 20, 2022 and after a year and a half of use, they stopped charging.On November 30, 2023, I contacted Bose customer service and was informed that my warranty had recently expired, and therefore, they were unable to assist with the repair. I am disappointed with this response as the headphones ceased functioning shortly after the warranty period ended.Furthermore, I am dismayed by ****'s suggestion that I repurchase a replacement. As a loyal customer, I expected better support and options for resolving this issue.I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with **** but have not received a satisfactory solution. I am seeking assistance from the BBB to mediate and find a resolution that is fair and reasonable.Enclosed are copies of my purchase receipt, communication with Bose customer service, and any other relevant documentation.I hope that with your intervention, a solution can be found that acknowledges the situation and provides a fair resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I have a Bose wave 4 system and the problem is the cd player went bad with very little use .In researching this problem it seems to be happening to all of these wave systems .It is definitely a defective product that **** did not stand behind. I contacted them and they told me they would repair it for ********************************************************************************************************************** it is not available .I asked them if no replacement cd players are available how are you repairing them with old parts ?I got no response then was told probably. I really think the government should be protecting consumers better then it does this was an expensive piece of equipment when I bought it and now there is no availability of parts (the cd players) .I have been looking for this part everywhere and it is not available. I would warn anyone about buying anything from a company that does business like this.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt !! They have received my defective product, then charged me ***** and I never received any thing, ******** I call they tell me it still in there time frame, they have had my money over 7 weeks, and the last product returned 21 days.
