      Wow the agent hung up after over 2 hours of being on the phone and not honouring the price she promised me? Absolutely disgusting.

      Bunch of idiots called customer service representatives!Wasted 3 hrs of my precious time being transfered between 4 b******* who only said I would transfer you 4 times with nobody ever addressing the reason I had called for assistance

      I'm trying to figure out a problem with my Bose QuietComfort Earbuds - for some reason I'm getting static in the left ear ONLY with phone calls or video calls. It's happening across several devices. They work for music, radio, etc on the same devices. I have update the software on the earbuds as well as have check for updates on all devices. I was going to upgrade to the IIs, but after an incredibly frustrating experience (60 min on the phone) with Bose customer service, I'm thinking of going with another brand. Really disappointed about this. I regularly share with friends and family that these have been the best earbuds I've used. Has anyone had this problem with the original earbuds? Could there be a solution out there so I can continue to use the ones I have? Does **** actually know how horrible their customer service phone centers are??

      My mother wanted a BOSE radio. So I bought her one which I inherited a year later at her death. I had a problem with the radio casing and wanted to know if they could fix it. Without knowing the procedure I mailed it to BOSE. They r eturned it to me stating that I had to use the form online to request repair so they can send me a box or label or whatever to send it to them. I looked online and did not see said form. I called numerous times for assistance. When I sent it only the casing needed work yet it played. When they returned my radio it did not play. I called no explanation. WHY CAN'T I GET MY RADIO FIXED? WHY CAN'T THEY GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION?

      I have been a loyal consumer of the Bose brand for many years and I never had an issue. Two weeks ago I tried calling their customer service since 3:30 pm, after 122 calls ahead, they picked up and after a few words they hanged up!I called again, waited 2+ hours, at 8:58 pm I get I GET A PERSON ON THE LINE TELLING ME THAT THEY NOW CLOSED!I called the next day 4 times, I left ******# all 4 times but I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!So disgusted, so disappointed!!!

      **** poor customer service. I bought **** QC45 headphones for $329. A month in the mic stopped working. They asked to send it in for a replacement and sent a used device instead with a broken box.

      I paid over $250 for Bose Quiet Comfort headphones and the left one doesn't work and is flashing red and white. Warranty has expired but this is a KNOWN ISSUE (see the many complaints below and here: ********************************************************************************************). **************** offering a discount on a new pair, as if I would ever want to buy their products again. SUCH A SCAM, as this is obviously an issue on their end that they refuse to acknowledge. People in countries with stronger consumer protections are getting free replacements because it's so clearly a problem with the product, not user.

      My Home Theater speaker was giving me trouble and I called customer support to assist. After calling 6 times, I was finally put through to someone that I thought was able to assist me. I was advised to unplug the speaker from the *** wait awhile then plug the speaker back in. That didn't resolve the issue at all. Then I was advised to return my speaker to ****, (I made the purchase from ********* keep the remote control and power cords, after 6 weeks the device will be returned to me after a fee of $99.00 was paid upfront to see what could be the issue with the speaker. WHAT?!? No other options were provided for me except to send the speaker back and pay the fee. WOW! Money down the drain if I'm unable to enjoy my speaker!

      I purchased Bose QC 45 headphones new. After a week of use I determined that the color was not what I preferred and there was already damage to the ear piece when I received the headset making it not worth keeping. I contacted **** to exchange for a different color headset and a refurbished model on May 31. As of June 14 my replacement headphones still have not been received. When reaching out to **** regarding a price match, they would not honor it even though I still have not received a working product. They further informed me that my product is no longer eligible for a refund and is only eligible for warranty coverage negating the 90 day customer satisfaction policy. I am wildly disappointed, without headphones and without my money with no remedy by what is a company that has utterly no customer service left.
